I scheduled a repair/maintenance visit via the website. I was quickly connected to Grant who coordinated his installers with my schedule. Today, David Shannon and Kolby Haynes came to my house, listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem and provided a lasting fix.They gave great explanations about what they were doing. They showed me how a capacitor had shorted out, first with camera, then hands on. They reviewed the cost of labor and parts. I called in the morning to see if I could get my garage door springs adjusted. They came out the same day--and within a few hours! The technicians were very friendly and professional, and the price was fair, too! Ive tried a couple other garage door repair services in the past, (one never showed and the other was WAY too expensive) but this is the garage door company I will continue to do business with! -Highly recommended.

We went out to the garage and a garage door spring had broken during the night and none of our attempts would free the door so we could open it manually... So of course we couldnt get the vehicle out of the garage.Put in a call to Overhead Door Co. of Chatt and by noon the same day Thomas was pulling up and went to work. He changed out both springs per our request and put us back on the road again.Thomas was an exceptionally nice young man.
