I stopped in to see if they had a tire for my friends car and if it would be possible to straighten his bent rim. They straightened the rim beautifully and sold the tire at a reasonable price. Very happy with their service and very surprised they could actually get the rim that straight! I would not hesitate to use them again when I need tires myself in the future.

Mounting and balancing included.I wanted some tires slightly stretched (235 tire on a 9.5 wheel). A lot of tire places wont do it. They knocked it out quick and easy. This place went above and beyond for my family on Halloween so that our kids could safely be driven to our trick-or-treating destinations. We arrived right at closing time and they chose to help us stay safe instead of saying they were closed. They even had candy brought out for our 3 kids. They were amazing.

Pathetic service. Owner just sitting around eating while they were busy at 10:30. Took over an hour to patch a trailer tire?? $35??????? Ridiculous! Make sure you ask for pricing before they do the job and scam you! They have been fast and easy to work with in the past but this experience was ridiculous.

Enjoyed speaking with the workers. Played with a pup in the office. Wait was a little long but they are always busy and I didnt mind. They had a low profile tire (used) that isnt always in stock other places and that was appreciated.

Absolutely clueless...no one knew what another was doing. Paid then chased down by another guy saying i have to pay for my old tires or take them.

Brought my car in to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced. During the first interaction the tires were not balanced at all and had to be brought back to let them try again. Second time the same guy who put the tires on the first time said, whoever did it the first time didnt know what they were doing. When he was the one that replaced my tires. After the second visit, tires were still not balanced and this time they didnt torque the wheels properly. While driving down the highway one of my lug nuts came off and three were loose leaving the wheel barely attached by one lug nut. Had to pay another shop to do the job correctly and they said none of the lugs had been torqued to spec. Dont bring your vehicle here unless you like having to pay someone to fix this shops mistakes.

I went to get 4 brand new tires put on f150. Paid for them. Was told they had the tires.......set outside & waited watching other vehicles come after me & get tires before me...after 1 1/2 hrs. The guy came down to tell us that they were having to brings tires from warehouse...we set there about another hour. ...before our tires got put on & we could leave...1 week later called to get a price on 1 brand new tire for car.. was told they had only 1..I said hold . Left & went straight there. Paid for the tire. .was told to get in line. ..I set there for 30 min. To find out they didnt even have tire. Once again!!!!. I wouldnt recommend the service to anyone..

A few months ago I bought 4 new tires here. They said I had a roadside warranty. One month after my new tires I had a flat on the interstate in Atlanta which was very dangerous. They did not honour the warranty, and I had to buy a new tire and pay for roadside assistance. DO NOT BUY TIRES AT THIS PLACE!!!!

They have competitive pricing and are quick enough. its never taken more than 30 minutes to get a tire. New or used. Tho their price wasnt the cheapest Ive found they were the quickest and the nicest!

Decent used tires at a good prices. I can usually get a used tire for about $40-$50. A new tired would be about $80-$90 for my car. I have a jeep grand Cherokee. These guys do a good job, they just need more workers to make the service faster.

I chose this place for new tires because they had the cheapest price. But I quickly found out that is was 100% NOT WORTH IT! After leaving the shop I realized they never balanced and weighted my tires. I returned to the shop to wait over an hour to have them rebalance the tires. A week or so later my wheels were so loose that a couple of my lugnuts came off and my car started shaking so badly I heard metal on metal grinding and thought my wheels were about to fly off. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I was put into serious danger and am taking my car to firestone to get it properly fixed

If you want cheap tires theyre great. If you want them to stand by their cheap tires you have lost your mind. I have 4 tires on an Accord all bought from these scammers. Remember theyve been accused of some dirty stuff before when they were Doses Ave Tire. Anyhow, I had a rear tire blow with all my kids in the car. I took the tire to them and the car. They actually tried to tell me that the tire wasnt defective and it blew because it was out of alignment. If it was out of alignment at least one of the other tires would also be bad. They wouldnt replace the newer cheap tire, even though they knew I wouldnt give them my business anymore. Yall are fools for doing business with these clowns.

We got a flat on our way home to Nashville after a night in Atlanta and after call a few places to find they were closed and/or didnt have the tire size we needed, our tow truck driver took us here. Everyone was friendly right from the start and they had the tire we needed at a good price.It took some time for the tire change to get done because they couldnt find the tire on site and had to send someone to their warehouse but it didnt even matter. We were just happy that they were able to help us. And besides, I had some pretty cute dogs to play with while we waited.These guys were life savers for the evening and helped us get home. We need to get our other three tires changed out and seriously considered just driving back to Chattanooga to do it. Thanks for your awesome service!

I highly recommend this shop. I went in on a Saturday afternoon at my leisure and unsurprisingly there were several vehicles ahead of me so I had to wait in line for about 2 hours. During that time the techs were working their behinds off. I didn’t see anyone not doing whatever it took to keep the line moving and getting people back on the road as fast as humanly possible. Between the demanding customers and extreme heat, the techs still found a moment to smile and apologize for my having to wait. I am extremely happy with my experience and got a good set of tires at a great price and didn’t have to make an appointment. I will definitely be a returning customer for all of my tire needs.

Wish i wouldve came here to began with. Their price was the cheapest i found from North Georgia to Hwy 58. It was such a good price, I never noticed that she had put the Used Tire Quote on there as well. Actually when i seen the Quote for New Tires, I told her to run that! Very pleased with the staff, extremely nice, very polite and worked very hard and worked at a fast pace non stop,so they could wait on customer after customer! Ill defiantly be back and would recommend them to anyone. If i could give a -10 i would! We have been sitting here for an hour!!! and have yet to have our tire changed for a new one which they want $95+!!! They have seen 10+ different vehicles since we pulled up and tell us that they have to go get the tire from somewhere else and it would be 15 minutes. That time has passed! And the guy came back with the wrong tire and had to go back! Shame on this business!!!! They are rude and pick who they choose to serve first! WE WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN! ALSO THE WOMAN IN THE OFFICE SHOULD FIX HER NASTY ATTITUDE!

I am so glad I found TN GA Tire! I got new tires for my car here this past spring and they kept losing air; for a while I just kept airing them up because I thought I had picked up a nail or something. I finally called them back and they asked me to come right back in, there was a problem with something not being sealed and they fixed it immediately at no cost.This meant so much to me because as a woman, I’ve been lied to twice by other BIG name national tire shops saying I needed hundreds of dollars worth of work on my car and after getting a second opinion, found out both national companies were lying to me (one said I needed $800 in repairs, another $500!)I finally decided to take the advice of a friend and go to TN GA Tire and I will never go anywhere else! They gave me a VERY fair price and when I had the small issue, they made it right. Thank you!

Heard they had the cheapest price around I drove an hour away got there before they open at 8 am went it paid cash for my new tires whole transaction took 5 minutes was a decent price but my problem they had 5 employee working while one guy Used three floor Jacks to take my wheels & tires off buy himself while one guy was moving tires out buy the road to advertise and the other ones working on other vehicles 6 cars where worked on after me it took the one guy over 2 hours to finish my truck I had one worker walk by and say he was sorry cause he could tell we where upset the young lady running the place offered no apologies they where more interested in a quick Dollar what you save in money you loose in your time the old said you get what you pay for stands true .I will never go back and want recommend this place I would rather pay more and get better service .

Do NOT trust. I purchased what was supposed to be the nicest used tire and it didnt last three days. It cost $50. Turns out they sold me a tire with a nail in it. The parking lot is covered in screws and nails (I picked up several while I waited) so its no surprise the product was damaged. The customer service was a joke when I called to see if theyd replace tire. If you cant stand behind your product then what kind of a business are you running. Took my vehicle to a different place my tow truck driver recomended and bought a cheaper used tire that has a 14 day warranty. TN GA Tire was a complete waste of time and money.

Today I went to Tennessee Georgia tires to get a tire replaced . I only had a small amount of money in my pocket . But I also knew that I might need more then just one tire replaced after having someone hit my car and leave the scene of the accident. I was having the worst week and sure enough the young man working at the tire shop informed me that I needed 2 new tires plus one of my tires had a nail in it. Not to happy about it I explained to him how I only had enough to fix the 2 tires and for him to give me the cheaper tire bc of the price . After telling him how my week had been and how I needed these tires fixed asap bc I had a trip to take in the morning. He not only gave me the best tires that he had. He also fixed my bumper where the person hit me and left. He plugged my bad tire and also made sure my spare tire had plenty of air. This was all more then I could have asked for. He made sure I was safe and I appreciate that more then anything. He went the extra mile and I couldnt believe he took the time to fix my bumper and fender. It was the most heartwarming thing I experienced in a while. Turned my whole week around. So thank you so much honestly there should be more kind people like him.

Its super high volume fast pace. Which sometimes can result in lower cost to the consumer the one bad experience was its so fast-paced they dont pay attention to detail., had they took the time to double-check and drop my quill in water they would have noticed that there was a valve stem leak and it would have been repaired instead of me having to get that repaired.

I’ve been here twice. both times I waited here for over 2 hours. during my second visit, while i was waiting i watched them roll my tires across the parking lot with no care whatsoever. They scratched my $700 rims and i will never return to this business again! if i could leave 0 stars i would. They do have cheap prices though. i guess you get what you pay for.
