I don’t know if my experience with this dealership could have been ANY worse!! I bought a 2019 Ford Edge.The following day the wiper blades were dry rotted and came off in some of the worst rain we had this year. I had them replaced . Went to dealership following that to finish paying them the other $ 15,000 they said I owed after telling me I had been approved for that amount exact amount through one of the lenders. Now, mind you I had already given them $25,000 out of my pocket! It was of No concern to them or the finance Supervisor who assured me I had been approved . He was extremely rude and pompous. . The sales guy was able to take advantage of me and did so from the beginning. They lied to me and the whole deal was inappropriate. They should have done what most honest and descent people would do. Have a whole different deal after all I was the one buying the car.! And a month or so later they are asking me to pay for a warranty that doesn’t exist. If it did why did I pay 40,000$ and couldn’t even get the wipers looked at by there customer care team. What a joke!! I was easy prey.

Never shop at this dealership! My wife and I bought a “brand new car”, but it was wrecked. They lied to me about this escape being wrecked, and it is highly illegal to sell a car as new without notice to the buyer over a certain amount. They did fix the car, but that is not the point. You can still tell that the car has had some damage as the passenger side pillar is still not center. It is bad when the regional manager of ford customer care said “we denied the fix for a factory defect and you should take the dealership to court”. This is just a warning for anyone that is looking at this dealer.

I went there to see how much they would give me for my F150 since car prices have gone up, but they said that they couldnt give me a price unless I wanted to sale or trade in my F150 to them because I could use that price to use at another place or dealership to my advantage. But I did buy my F150 from here and they only had about 10 new trucks there on the lot and not that many used ones either because of the pandemic and the chip shortage. When I got there, there was about 5 car sales men sitting outside under a tent playing on their phones without any people to sale trucks to.

Wish that I could give a good review but the truth Im is that this company does not stand behind what they sale and your gonna have to argue with them to get them to do anything and that’s a maybe at best. Run! Find another place to buy a car or you will regret it on the back end. Once they get your money it’s a fight from then on. Really shady business for such a large company. I guess when you get so much money you can just run over the little guy free you use them fund your dealership.

Hands down the best dealership experience ever. We made the switch from another dealership in town to MV and the process went fast and smooth. They took such good care of us and made the whole experience enjoyable. You can tell this is truly a family run dealership, because when employees are happy and taken care it shows through in their work. Everyone we encountered from reception to ownership was friendly, reliable and honest. Big shout out to Logan for getting the process started, Tamara for making financing a breeze and Josh Newman for being incredibly knowledgeable and fun to work with. Josh will shoot you straight, theres no sales pitch here, just facts and making sure its a good fit!

Chris Yancey is simply one of the best! This will be my third sale with him. Chris always treats you with respect, honesty and integrity. You tell him what you want for a payment and he will do his best to get you where you need to be. Chris is not pushy or impatient. His knowledge of the vehicle is incredible. He really knows his stuff! I went into the dealership thinking that I wanted something different. Chris knows me well enough to know that I would not have been happy with the vehicle I was originally looking at. He suggested I just take a look at a beautiful 2020 Mustang. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is having issues getting financed because of credit. We came in after looking for days, we had very low credit scores (Under 500) and they got us into a vehicle that day! John Green is amazing, super sweet and nice! He did an amazing job making us feel like we actually had a chance in getting a car. Craig Beckler was super nice, and was fast with the paper work! They got my husband and I into a really nice 2007 Honda Odyssey when we doubted theyd be able to do anything. 10/10 recommend!

I had to take my car here and get my oil changed and tires checked under warranty. They were not holding air. Well, it took 3 days just to get my car back and the tires didn’t even get fixed. They didn’t even air it up and the papers said the work had been done I left and immediately had to come back and have them put air in my tires. The man who put air in my tires was super nice! I took it to a 10 minute express oil right on gunbarrel rd. And apparently I had 2 nails in both tires! Unacceptable!

Damaged my Lincoln! Dont bother taking a car here! Had my veh towed here with a broken window. No calls returned to the insurance agent and window was covered with an office weight plastic bag tucked into the already broken window. AFTER A MONTH.... (and almost 4 inches of rain and hot sun) our leather seat was ruined! Mountain View has no concern for the vehicles in their care. Problems were continually blamed on an employee which had left. Cmon guys! you dont deserve to be representing Lincoln!

Where do I begin. The quality of service at this dealership is a joke all the way around!! Day one we went to look for my wife a new truck we found the one she loved. Waited on the car lot for approximately 30 minutes and no one came to talk to us the entire time. I even saw 3 salesmen come and go and offer no help. Day two we came back to look at the same truck, no one new the truck was missing for four hours until we showed up. 9 hours later my wife finally got to test drive the truck she was looking at. That was when the guy brought it back. After sometime in the lobby on day two a salesman walked in saying it smells like money in here. No situational awareness to customers in the lobby. After sometime we finally bought the truck 5 weeks after buying the truck we finally got the paperwork for it. To top it off the trade in we brought to them, we got a phone call last night after Bradley county sheriffs department have been sitting watching it at a gas station for 3 days asking us if the truck was stolen. This place is a joke very unprofessional no one knows what is going on. This is the worst service I have ever gotten from a dealership. To make matters worse my wife was prior enlisted and I am still currently active duty military. I am furious with the lack of care this dealership has. Oh and by the way this is day 4 of the truck being off the lot and their website still shows our old truck as listed and for sale. I know things don’t get taken down over night but it’s quicker than 4 days. I wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars because everything is a joke.

Very shady business practice. Make sure you check your mileage on your car. The one I signed for 6 mi the one I drove off with and brought back had 2000 mi on it. Was called to come back and resign paperwork cause they realized they messed up. When I questioned it, was told he got me a service loaner to meet my payment I wanted. He never told us this. I asked for my car back and left that with canceled contract. Was very disappointed. WILL NEVER BUY FROM MTN VIEW FORD AGAIN.

Bought a car from Mtn. View (Ringgold) in early June with an extended warranty that would need to be serviced from a Ford Dealership. Mtn. View Ford is part of that group, so I took the car to them after the 30 days for the warranty to become active. Mtn. View didnt submit the warranty in a timely manner, so it wasnt active as planned. They kept the car for just under 1 week to diagnose the issue and assured me that they had what they needed to get the repair submitted for approval. I eventually got a call from Josh to schedule my appointment to bring the car back. Come to find out today, after a month and a half since the first visit, that they did not actually diagnose the issue and never filed anything with warranty for approval. So were still at square 1. I spoke to Todd, the service manager this morning and he wasnt willing to even work with me on the issue or take any actions to make this huge miss on Mtn. Views part right.Never ever go to Mtn. View Ford. This is not my first bad experience with these folks. They just dont seem to care for customers and it shows... big time.Make the drive to Ford of Dalton where they actually care for customers and have their act together!

The maintenance on the car was excellent. The service was horrible. I was told I needed an appointment to fix the water leaking through the dash in my 6 month old vehicle. So I returned at my appointment. I walked into the service desk area and 3 men at those desk without customers ignored my son and me. Didn’t say a word and walked past us a few times. One like me right at my face as he walked by. Finally after at least 5 minutes one man asked who was next when about 4 more customers walked in. He said the leak might take an overnight and he would let me know. I did not hear from anyone for 2 days so I called them. I told the lady that answered my complaints with how things had been handled and sh offered no apology and told me she would transfer me. It was a few minutes before my service tech got on the phone. He knew who was calling and I assume she had shared my comments. No apology from him. He said the man was looking at the leak and he would know more later. He called that afternoon and said it should be ready the next day. When I picked it up I still got no apology for no communication when they had my vehicle for 4 days. This could have been handled much better. I don’t think they looked for my leak until I called after they had the car for more than 48 hours.

Todd Landers the service manager lies is rude and extremely unprofessional I’m amazed that this man is the manager, but it also explains why his service advisors are rude & unprofessional. Took my specialty Boss mustang in for an appraisal and to see if they were interested in making an offer on it. I arrived and literally only the receptionist was working. Waited almost 30 minutes for someone to help me. I asked if they need what the car was, because there are only 260 on the.in the world, so someone unfamiliar with the car wouldnt be able to accurately appraise it. He assured me it wasnt a problem and that they knew exactly what it was and could give me a fair price. They looked all over it, drove it, etc. Nothing wrong with the car at all and only 21,000 Miles. Came back with an offer of $27,000. Drove over to marshall mize and they offered me $35k, an hour later. Wrote the review because Vroom had offered me $37k and they hadnt even seen the car. I was very up front and specific about not wasting my time if they didnt know what it was. If you get an offer on your car there that you feel is low, go somewhere else because they are definitely low balling people on trades and buying.

I bought my Ford Escape from a used dealership. From the very beginning it gave me problems. I had it towed to the same dealership a couple of times and it was never properly fixed. This last time I had it looked at by Jose at MTN view Ford instead. I am so happy I did that! Jose is the bomb. He was up front and honest about everything. They were backed up and he told me it would be awhile before I could get it back so he gave me a courtesy car to use. I’m beyond pleased with my experience and will always go see him now!

My wife and I had previously went to buy a used SUV. John the salesman was alright at first, but quickly became a little rude the more we saw wrong with the vehicle. We decided to take our business elsewhere. Fast forward four years and we were looking for a 2021 explorer. My wife wanted a limited since they have the second row captains seats. Of all the salesmen who comes to help us. We informed John another dealership had offered x amount for our trade and wanted x amount for theirs. He went to the finance office, and came back with their best offer. It was nothing close to the offer from the dealership in North Carolina. My wife pointed out that the internet price on their work sheet was different. John wanted to argue that we were looking at the wrong price. We decided to leave. He turned his screen around to show us the price. We showed him the price on Capitol ones site. He still wanted to argue. We had to demand for our car keys back. We left and went to Cleveland Ford. Got the same model, they price matched and gave us more for our trade. Today, six days later, my wife received a text message from John that said Are you still in the market for a new car, or are we being pests at this point. For employing this guy for at least four years, makes me very thankful we took our business elsewhere. It also says a lot about the dealership if this kind of behavior is acceptable, I find it hard to believe that we are the only ones to have this kind of experience from him.

Which parts will have to be Ordered !! I Only Waited What ! 3-4 Years to Order Passenger AIR BAG....SO ANOTHER 3-4 YEARS ON FLYERS EACH MONTH FOR DRIVERS AIRBAG !!!!-4- Serpentine Belt & Transmission Fluid/Filter has been OK ! No Problems Yet.....-5- Problem With Mtn View Ford Providing Transportation to and from Home. No Problem getting Home with Shuttle, But Had to Pay Out $40 to get Ride back to Mtn View Ford to pick up my 2011 Fusion after I paid out close to $500 for Service. It should have been Free to have Car Delivered to me And I would have taken driver back if they did......Thats Why only 3 Stars !!!!!!!!

One of the friendliest places around!! Thats the good thing about this place. Greg and Tessa were great to deal with. Greg didnt seem very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing and it felt like I had to ask specific questions to get the answers that I needed. He did the old four squares and let me talk to my manager routine. Its a gimmick and it really is an insult. He claimed that several other people were interested in this particular cat. It was a Flex and in fact, one of the worst selling vehicles in Fords lineup, so doubted the claims and chalked it up to marketing leverage. I didnt feel like negotiating with them because they wouldnt budge on the price and I had spent so much time at the dealership that I felt like I should just buy and be done with it, another classic tactic. I should have asked about the motor and wound up getting a naturally aspirated engine. Now, I know, thats my fault. But I feel like a salesperson should have some knowledge of the vehicle they are selling. Especially a hot commodity like the Ford Flex haha. Anyway, that was a disappointment when I found out. A trim piece was missing from the passenger door. I knowingly bought it, but you would think they would replace a 2 dollar part on a car they are selling. I have since replaced it and the cabin air filter that should have been replaced along with the engine air filter. I really dont have a lot of trust in their knowledge and expertise. What really sealed the deal was the four square negotiation.

The week it was to be built the team at Mountain View called to give me some made up story...what I got is they only wanted to sell more expensive trucks. They cancelled our order. Update to previous comment. Mtn View is in transition and they already understood my concerns before I gave this feedback below. They are in the process of making many updates. After sending my initial review they reached out to me and wanted to talk and in my book that counts. Therefore, I am updating my service facility experience with 5 stars.On the Service Center downtown, the chairs in the customer waiting room are not comfortable after 10 minutes. The chairs in the kid’s area were more comfortable. TV was so high you get a crick in your neck. Why not put some art on the walls related to your business like exploded views of basic engines, carburetors, brake systems, and basically things that are serviced regularly or go wrong. Waiting room furnishings were worn and cloth chairs showed dust in between the wood arm and seat bottoms. I was a first-timer for MTN View service center so not entirely sure where everything was. People were nice.

On March 11th 2021 I took my F150 in for service I got the works package I informed the service writer I was having some electrical problems he told me I had to make an appointment for it to be looked at so I made an appointment for 3/25/21. This morning I was told I would have to leave my vehicle and it would take a couple of days the reason this is bad customer service is that was never informed I would have to leave the vehicle nor did anyone at Ford take the time and look at this process where is the customer service so had to go rent a vehicle by trying to get my Ford F-150 repaired I have to come out of pocket so there isn’t any disruption in my household because of this I do want to thank Ford for one thing I know I’m customer nobody I was going to purchase a vehicle for my son from Ford but thanks for the bad customer service we won’t have to worry about that.

I took my 2011 ford fusion to this location for a recall on the passenger airbag. To do the job they had to remove the dashboard and replace some airbag components. Front desk service was good and they gave me a car to take home for the time my car was in the shop, which was great.The problem was when I received my car. The next day I noticed the seals around the doors were not installed properly; the air vent for the passenger seat was off; the center console was loose; the trim of the doors was not installed correctly; and last the trim for the A pillar was damaged (picture below).I am not happy with the job done in my car. And I find dishonest the technician that worked in my car didn’t report the broken trim. Hopefully parts behind the dashboard are installed correctly.I reported the broken trim and they offered to replace it. But I declined it.Front desk did a good job. The mechanics techs work is what in my situation was not good. After this experience I wont take my car to this dealer in future.

Upgrading a previous negative review to a mostly positive one. Long story short, a couple of miscommunications had me confused on what to expect from my appointment.Basically I thought my appointment was to just look at the car and see what parts needed to be ordered. Because that was said to me at the time I set the appt. So I was initially upset that they could not look at the car until 2 pm when I went out of my way to be there at 9 am. Thinking that I would later have to return for the repair . However, I was later notified that the car is currently being repaired. Great, everything is done quicker than I thought. I just had no idea that it was actually going to be worked on so soon.Just lack of good communication between me, the appointment setting side and the repair side.

I wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars. The customer service was non existant. I was not shown any features on my vehicle that I purchased. I was not kept informed about anything I did not meet the service team and I have been given the runaround not only by the salesperson I had but by the sales manager as well. I emailed the gm of sales and he replied with I have talked to Craig and andrew but he did not reach out to me at all to see why I was not satisfied with my service. Logan only got one side of the story and has refused to get back to me after several emails. I also noticed that when they put my picture on their fb page that they lied about my daughter having a baby. She has not had a baby and I do not appreciate that at all. I will never ever buy another car from them and I will not recommend anybody else to buy a car from them. They treated me like I was just another number I was not treated at all with respect or dignity. This place really needs an upgrade on their customer service.

Filled out application online preapproved, attached to stock no., set up appointment, drive 2 hours to car lot. Sales associate says it was sold and didn’t care if we left over it. Lot has already left me with a hard inquiry on my credit, wasted 4 hours of my life, and the best solution they came up with was a used one. Terrible experience. Greg Wilson is an awful sales associate and even worse at customer service.

My experience with Mtn. View Ford/Lincoln was fantastic because of one main reason. My salesman Ron Elliot. He was no pressure, easy going and respectful of my needs and interests. I was able to obtain the pricing that I wanted and he went to bat for me when one minor issue arose and without any effort on my part, was resolved to my liking. Finally, he went WAY out of his way to ensure that I received the vehicle that I wanted, which happened to be at another Lincoln dealership. Again, he is fantastic.

Chris does not fit the mold of your typical car salesman. He was awesome, listened to what I said and met my needs without judgement! He made this a wonderful experience. The kind you want to do business with again.. Chris was knowledgeable about the truck I had picked out. Answered all of my questions and then some. I had purchased a New 2019 Ford F150 from mountain view ford and wow what a major mistake this was. I have had issues since day one and mountain view ford says they dont know how to fix it after 4 times in this shop the last time it was in for the same issues they had it for 22 days and nothing was done to it now dont get me wrong they did give me a loaner car to drive but when they called and said nothing can be done to fix the issues I was told by the so-called service manager he was going to call the police and report the loaner car as stolen and I told this fool please do. I feel this dealer ship has a service department that back in the day we called them Parts Replacer seeing untrained and cant fix nothing... I would not take nothing to this half a.. shop for nothing this is the way after a sale you are treated ....
