Love going and getting parts, but I do wish the company would send workers out to clean up the isles so that you can actually get through easier. And label both ends of the isles PLEASE

I love this place. On this visit we were getting heads for my boyfriends 3400 Chevy motor. We found exactly what we were looking for. While he was doing that I was walking around looking for a sun visor you my cusion. For her Chevy Malibu. I did find it. They charged $10 for it. 😊 While looking we found a red and black seat cover to match my boyfriends seat covers. They didnt charge much at all for it. It was a good trip. I cant wait to go back.

I love this place! Cant beat the prices! Great staff, always looking to help! Im extremely thankful for these guys because they have to deal with some real winners and they do it with a smile. They almost always have the vehicle im looking for but they are unorganized and very expensive.

They have a very nice clean yard ( for a scrap yard ) all cars and trucks are not just left out all over. They are neatly rowed and put on welded supports so it is easy to get the parts u need .

Needed a alternator retail 386.00 bucks. Who can afford that. So I hit the web site found a recent truck there to match my own. Looked up price of part. Took me 20 mins a 3.00 admission fee and 39.00 bucks for a almost brand new one. Took 20 mins to put on my truck and problem fixed. I find that out of reach parts and pricing is like magic made reasonable here. While it may add a bit of time to your solution its at dramatic discount to your wallet. I would be walking without these guys!!!

Have always been lucky going here for parts they have a big selection you have to pull it yourself but its worth the money

Great experience. My only grief is they wont let you take your old party with you for comparison. I understand the reasoning but still if your talking pulleys is hard to know. $3 entrance fee. Clean work area with all vehicles on blocks

I didnt go there but my card did. A friend drove my card to get some parts he was very happy with this place. He called ahead yo make sure they had the parts he was looking for. They told him exactly how many they had and on what vehichles had what parts.

I called.about a part. I was Very specific about the peace I needed. I received a quote the part I was looking for. However once I got to the location pulled the part out and proceeded to pay for it suddenly the part was 2 times more expensive. I was then told I could either pay for it or they could throw it in the core Box and it would be gone forever.I refuse to pay for the part Id rather go to the store and buy one new than line the pockets of a thief

Was in there twice got the parts I needed but charge completely different amounts when I gave cash versus giving the car not sure why but I dont have the receipt so I cant prove it was overcharged by 20 something dollars a second time when paying by cash but when it was paid by card I got charged way less not sure why but I got the parts I need it

My truck is literally made with about 45% of the parts from this place. They are extremely Fair on their prices extremely and if you have a problem with something take it back to him immediately and theyll take care of it.

I scored all the parts I needed for my project. I did notice that this location has purchased some additional wheelbarrows. This is huge for me the customer and LKQ as well. I had 3 wheelbarrows full. My bill was over $300 and there have been times I have not been able to get a wheelbarrow. But the Chattanooga has been the best yard for staying on top of this.

Always a pleasure to visit the LkQ. Guys are all super helpful and lot is always inventoried for online parts verification.

I cannot say enough about these guys and their honesty. During my search for a part, I dropped my wallet on the lot. An unknown saint of a person turned it in to the front desk. You need a used part for a car pay $3 admission and take your tools . Go take the part off and bring it to the cash register and pay for the used part

This place is pretty cool to be a junk yard. The most organized one Ive yet to see.!! They know and keep inventory on whats on each car. Great idea.

It is big. But the industrial side of LKQ had already removed the engine and the only one that they had at the yard there youd think they could say that if its removed by the industrial side before it ever goes in the yard I could tell you the engines not in it anymore drove 4 hours to find that out

Great junk yard with lots of cars.It costs $3 per person to get in.Take your own tools.They have wheel barrows and carts to carry your tools and parts. They also have portable engine hoists that you can drag out to the yard.The trucks, cars, american, and imports are divided and you ask the cashier for a map and where your type of car is.The prices of each part is posted on the internet. Just type in LKQ Chattanooga price list and it should come up. Do be prepared for a core charge, environmental fee, and sales tax. But it is still much cheaper than everyplace else.You can also search online to see if they have the years, make & model of your car in stock. Doesnt mean that the part is still on the car, but means that at least your type of car is there.

After making an account on the website I had put a 1985 Buick LeSabre Limited Edition in my garage a while back, I got an email last night saying they had the exact same car there! I came the very next afternoon and got EVERY SINGLE PART I NEEDED!! And for much cheaper than what I would have had to pay if they still sold the original parts today

Endless supply of cars, trucks,vans,suvs. This place is incredible. Very fair pricing,tons of vehicles,if I could I would spend 10hours a day in there just looking through different vehicles and finding parts for all of my cars . The only drawback period is that in some places it can be quite muddy ( for the most part its not to terrible) and for the value and money you save its more than worth it

Found the vehicle or whatever, but didn’t realize that they’re a hour ahead of us in time so we had 20 minutes before closing time. Get out to the yard and they started the blow horn saying that it’s time to leave. My thing is, why would you let us in if y’all were going to just rush people out of the yard? You would think that they would let the people that’s already outside to go ahead and finish picking their parts....

Horrible rude stuff and manager. Workers on the register often overprice items even though the lkq web site states other prices and manager is having hidden agreement with people who buy parts to sell. They probably pay manager so he notify them when good cars are coming so they can be there when lkq is open. I hope lkq headquarters will pay attention on this!

If you can wait 2 days buy it on Amazon because theres as much as it cost new or the junkyard thats already got it pulled off for you LKQ Pick-A-Part is a waste of time and money

LKQ Pick Your Part is a great place to find all parts of any kind for your vehicle. I just went there to find a back door for my minivan with the window intact. I found one, it cost less then having just the window fixed. Bring your tools and get the parts you need for the vehicle youre working on. Its a gold mine for the mechanic at heart.

Well organized. Easy to find the cars, so that was nice. Part was way overpriced though. Cruise control switch is $20 online brand new and they want to charge $16 and you cannot negotiate. Maybe it’s a better deal on bigger engine parts, but not for the small stuff. Just use Ebay.

You will be charged for tire and rim separately,so not so cheap at around $65ea. Also core charge to almost every part. Plus add on environment fee? Never again! Huntsville LKQ much better without ripping you off.

I have been there several times over the years. They give you a list of the vehicles that may have the part or parts you need. The prices are reasonable. You need to take tools with you because they dont supply them . They are open 7 days a week. Which is a good thing for people that work during the week.

This place is great! Give a hint of what you want to the clerk. They give you a map and a list. Follow the map and list right to the vehicles on the lot that pertain to your search. Take what you need in with you using the provided wheelbarrow or cart of your choice. Nice staff.

I base off of price and accessibility......first off you have to know the place because no one there will show you or explain anything.....if youre going for any interior electrical things forget it they leave the doors open so everything is ruined....so now lets get to price....i got a driver window switch that was 25 dollars....sitting in the parking lot I seen one for 15 with no shipping....save your time money and sanity by just shopping online.....i know I wont be going back to this over priced unorganized joke of a business... thanks for nothing😂😂😂

Went here on Labor Day when prices suppose to been half price but the guy charged me regular price for everything I bought I let that slide that time, so I go there today which is 09/27/20 me and the guy who checks. people in we went over pricing before I entered the yard, so I go take off the parts I needed the guy at the register tried to charge me three times what the first guy priced me... I will never again visit there a place that rips people off for used no history parts.

Me and my daughter went. We had no clue what we were doing. But everything was so easy to find and so neat. We got the window we needed very easy at a great price.

I arrive at 4:15 I still had 45 minutes and they told me that I cannot go inside and look for the part that I need it I drove 40 minutes to this place and for them to tell me that that’s ridiculous Me being a mechanic I had enough time to takeoff a radiator 15 minutes the most....!!!

You must keep in mind that even though they may have the vehicle youre looking for, theres no guarantee that the part youre looking for is on it. These vehicles get picked apart (hey, we have a name!) pretty quickly so its a bit of a crapshoot. It costs $3 to enter and you can spend all day there if you like. At the checkout, youll pay for any parts you want; theres a flat rate chart on their website. BRING MORE TOOLS THAN YOU THINK YOULL NEED! Ive been caught without the proper tool and its frustrating. Prepare to walk, come with an open mind, and have fun.

Great staff and very helpful. Its a great place to get used parts. You can look online prior to going to see if they have the vehicle you are looking for. Basically just bring your tools, pay before you go on the yard, find the vehicle and pull the part and pay for if on your way out. Ive gotten several parts for several different vehicles there.

Pretty cool place.. Edited: At first I left a good review about this place because of the fact Ive never felt they jilted me or my family.. That was until today.. I understand they close at 430, which is crazy seeing most men have to work at these hours and leaves little time to swing by and do business after work.. Today my son and I came in to find a master cylinder.. We ended up getting one that didnt fit. Came back to the place around to get the correct one and they argued that because it didnt have the orange paint on it that they couldnt tell if it came from there or not.. We have the receipt and the man who sold it to us telling you hed just seen us.. what more do you expect? I understand the orange paint came off, it got brake fluid on it and came off??? I dunno.. What I do know is you not only LOST me as a customer but you have lost my whole family.. A small $20 exchange cost you way more in the long run... Instead of worrying about closing in 5 minutes maybe they should have just handled it like a good business would have.. So disappointed!.. Guess those Cameras mean nothing..
