I took a late lunch to avoid heavy traffic to get an oil change. It took 13 minutes from my location, about 10 minutes for the oil change, fluids tapped, and the oil filter changed. I made it back to the office with enough time to place shipment order online. The gentlemen were polite and task-oriented. I will definitely return.The price for the oil change was very reasonable.

I came in to have an alignment on my truck. The gentleman working on my vehicle brought back in the shop and explained to me exactly why they were unable to give me one, what parts needed replacing, how they worked, etc. Afterwords, they rotated my front 2 tires like I asked and didnt charge me. I would feel very comfortable bringing my vehicle again!

Ill definitely be taking my Jeep back there. C. K. is extremely helpful, and so nice. Talking to him really made my day a thousand times better!

I have been a customer of this business since 2017. I use to frequent one of the locations in Atlanta. Since moving back to Chattanooga I still stayed with this business. However every time I visit this location the plastic guard underneath my vehicle is always left hanging after my oil is changed. The previous 3 times I just let it go and put it back in place myself. Today it happened once again. This time I was just fed up with the negligence of replacing the guard back properly. I called to let them know about how this happens every time. And the reply I received was unacceptable. No apology at all and on top of that the guy I spoke to had a very nasty tone to his voice. Therefore I will not be spending my hard earned money at this establishment again. I will find another business who appreciates their customers.

Last 2 visits. First one they did not tighten the oil fill cap. Had oil all over engine and exchaust manifold. Last time, returned home, parked in garage, drove car about a week later, discovered oil on the garage floor. Drove about a month later, their was a big oil spot on the floor. Discovered the oil drain plug was snug, not tight causing the oil spill. Will not return again..

We get all our oil changes at Express Oil but recently bought a set of tires there also. Always friendly and helpful. These days customer service is hard to find but Express Oil supplies it for our cars.

This place is awesome! Fast, professional, caring and honest. When getting an oil change they will check all your fluids, air filter, and check for any needed preventative maintenance, such as cabin filter or hoses. Never had bad service here. My second trip to Express Oil & Tire (EOT). I have been a long time customer of NTB on East Brainard, but had many disappointments there. So I have broken up my maintenance vendors. The price at EOT of an oil change is comparable to NBT but the whole process takes 10 minutes compared to dropping the car off or leaving it. The EOT staff is obviously well trained on oil changes, does a through job of checking fluids and other functions such as lights, and doesnt do unnecessary crosssells...at least so far. Highly recommend them!

Love Express Oil, they provide services other than just oil change. I went there for a Coolant Leakage. They gave me a good price and I felt like I could trust them. There are a lot of Mechanics that would over price their services, not Express Oil.

Slow, Customer response at reception real slow. Typical time is 1 1/2 hours. Other customers there had the same experience.personnel was very friendly which helped make up for the wait time.

Fantastic place. The people here are great and have on multiple occasions gone far beyond what was expected.Maintaining a car isn’t cheep and the prices here are fair. Even if they weren’t I would happily pay more just to have these guys be the ones working on my car.I can not express how good hearted they are here. The customer service here makes me want to be nicer to people when I’m the one at work.

I took my hummer H2 in for a oil change. I had to wait maybe 15 minutes but well worth it. They guys here are always nice and helpful. I feel like the recommendations they make are genuinely for the best interest of my car and not for the sake of a dollar. I would definitely return I had synthetic with one quart of Lucas and I think I paid less than $70 great value for the services received

Took my sisters car in to get an oil leak fixed from the last quick lube place that didnt do an oil change right. They diagnosed and fixed it really quick and refused to charge us for it. Much better than NTB who wanted $110 just to look at it.

The entire process from beginning to end was great. Caleb needs a raise. The whole team is great. I wanted all Toyota parts in my car so I brought my own filter and oil. I was given a great price and excellent service. I asked a few questions about my car and all were answered fast and accurate by Caleb. They have taken care of be like I was good family. They are honest, saved me money, and on more than one occasion went above and beyond, even coming to my home when I couldnt get the car started. I have had to stop by for a tire plug, oil change and etc. They are very straight forward, quick, credible and honest. I would not use another oil service... These guys are truly amazing. My daughters dad is mechanic and fixes all the major issues on my vehicle. However, I always know I can go to these guys for oil changes and last minute emergencies. I was headed to Florida from Dayton Ohio. My car started making a horrible metal to metal scraping sound. I called the nearest Toyota dealer to me. They were unable/ unwilling to help me out. I called Expresss Oil Change and Bill couldnt be nicer. He had me come right down and got me right in. They did a thorough inspection of my brakes and came to the decision that I must of picked up a rock or something. Of course my car wouldnt make the noise when they drove it. The car was put back together and Bill assured us the brakes were safe and wished a fun trip.to top it off I was not charged for their time. Awesome people!

Today Seth helped me out. My service was quick and he was very friendly and helpful. Not only did he change my oil quickly, but He checked my lights, wiper blades, horn and tire pressure. He filled up all of my tires with air and he also gave me a $5 discount since this was my first time. Overall great experience and I will definitely be back!

I pulled up for an oil change, as I have many times before, and was told to pull behind bay 2. As I was moving, Terrence came up and told me to move in front of the building. I asked how long it would take since I had 20 minutes left of my lunch break, and was rudely told “Idk a few minutes,” as he shook his head and walked away. He doesn’t care about customer service. Don’t bother calling and asking to speak to a manager either, cause he is the manager. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning in the future.

The food was amazingly unique and the service was top shelf! This was my first visit but it definitely wont be my last!

I ran by during my lunch break when my low tire light came on. Someone immediately came to my car to ask what I needed. They checked all four tires, filled them to the correct pressure and I was done. No charge and out in 5 minutes. Everyone was polite and professional.

Don’t go here unless you plan on spending an additional $450 less than a month later at your mechanic. They broke a piece off my air housing unit that holds a hose while checking the air filter, and just decided I guess it wasn’t important to let me know. Had to find out the hard way a few weeks later. Never again. I especially couldn’t afford another $400 + expense, I’m 31 weeks pregnant!

They told me I was to get a $5 discount for being my first visit, but I didnt get it. Free brake check took almost 2 hours.

I took my car to get rear brakes replaced in Aug. that cost $310. Once brakes were replaced ABS light and ESP lights would come on and off next convenient time for me to bring car back in for service was Nov. i had this facility inspect the brakes and they told me it would be another $350 due to my rear wheel bearing needing replaced. they told me that it was just a coincidence that the rear wheel bearing were damaged and that it couldnt have been from the brake replacements. I refused service and took my car to another facility for a second opinion. Nothing was wrong with the rear wheel bearing and only thing that needed to be replaced were sensors. Be cautious, ask questions and request pictures before you approve service from this facility or you will be paying several hundred dollars out of pocket for service that is not needed.

Abosultely one of my favorite auto garages. They are so efficient and very helpful! Always willing to answer my questions and make sure I’m fully taken of before I drive away!

I was traveling through to Florida and the brakes started making a loud squeeling sound. Tried to call the closest dealership and they couldnt or wouldnt help. We called and spoke to Bill at the Chattanooga location he said to come and they would look at it. After careful inspection and test drive they couldnt find the problem but the noise had stopped. He didnt charge us and also gave us a piece of mind our breaks were fine. Thanks Bill and crew!

My experience was quick and professional. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and helpful. The men explained everything they found in my car and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, but were honest with what they found.

Above and beyond! They had trouble with my oil change one morning since a part was broken, and they were out of replacements. They went to get the part elsewhere the same day, and fixed me up that same afternoon. On a Saturday. I’ve had great experiences with everything they’ve done for me.
