Transmission broke 1st hour after being replaced.
It’s all in the name, “Integrity.” My wife’s car and my truck were totaled in a tornado and we searched to find replacement vehicles for awhile. I feel like we indirectly worked with almost everyone at this dealership but the process was really solidified with Jordan Miles and Wayne Tubbs. These people are some of the most down to earth, honest, and caring people you will find at a car dealership. We could have bought vehicles anywhere and we chose here because of them. Also a special shoutout to Kevin and Karen on the team as well for being there when we needed them. Karen assisted me in the process on Jordan’s off day and Kevin is a finance manager who is quick, efficient, open and honest. Just wish he wasn’t a Vegas golden knights fan. We really do appreciate all of the work these people did to make our experience the way it was. I have faith the service department will be top notch when we need them as well. We have used the service department a couple of times with a great experience each time. They have plenty of comfortable seating in the waiting area as well as seating in other places around the dealership. They have a flat screen television playing typically in the area for entertainment. They offer free wifi while you are waiting toi
Had car serviced at INTEGRITY and requested tire rotation. Car was returned to me and tires had not been rotated. Had read two different reviews about tires not being rotated so I had marked the tires before the car was taken back For service. Service representative did apologize for his teams error but ...... Did request that someone from senior management give me a call but never heard from anyone. Other than this the service was good.

I took my truck in there for a hundred thousand mile service week later I noticed the radiator was leaking transmission fluid out of it. I paid$1,200 for the 100000 mile service they wanted to charge me $854 for radiator. I was supposed to be leaving for Destin Florida that morning. They wound up charging me $411. Now my truck is running on 7 cylinders. Worst service possibly imaginable. Integrity dont mean anything in the name of the Chevrolet dealership. I wish I had an extra pair of hands so I can give it four thumbs down.
They have awful customer service, rude finance people, and over all do not return phone calls. I bought a car from them in 2016 and they were so friendly and accommodating (which is why Im giving them 2 stars instead of 1). However I traded the car in for another one different dealer that is closer since I have moved and Steve the finance guy was rude when i tried to call to follow up that he had taken care of getting the refund from my GAP and service warranty. He spoke to me like I was a child when I asked if he has updated my address so I can get the check he said he told the office manager and if she didnt write it down it wasnt his fault. I tried to follow up with office manager of course has not returned my call so calling again tomorrow and Monday if I need to.So if you have read this far if you buy from them they will treat you well, but if you dont well good luck! I will never deal with them again nor will I recommend them to anyone to be called Intergrity you need to have some.
Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and they took me in on time appointed and was out and gone within 1 hour 10 minutes
