Took the wifes Highlander in for oil change and tire rotation.Drop off was easy and quick. They finished everything in about an hour and called to tell us the vehicle was ready. Checkout and pickup was quick and easy. Great experience, will go there again next time we are due for an oil change.
I went to do oil change service of my car. They took me in at 12:24pm and told me it will take one and half hour. I said ok I am waiting. So he knew I was waiting. At 2:30pm when I saw it’s been 2 hours I went to the desk to check if it’s ready, the guy who took me in was at lunch and paper was still at his desk. They didn’t start working on my car. So I wasted 2 hours for his mistake.Other guy from the next desk said I will see what I can do?. What I feel is, they don’t care about your time and your work. Very unprofessional. I hate it. I saw so many negative reviews here. Why the in-charge person doesn’t do anything to improve their service??? Very disappointed.
They are prompt with service. Have had some recalls they took care of no problem and oil changes done. Always quick and good customer service.

I have only had my vehicle for two months and have had it in to be serviced twice now they were not nice when I said I needed to have more than an oil change done. They acted very put out the gentleman that has a pony tail at the service desk seems to only understand the words oil change and loses it when you need something more . I am very angry that I pay for an agreement and nothing so far has been covered under it. They never should have sold a used. Car that was not thouroughly inspected for problems
Knowing that the Rav 4 is one of their popular makes, one would think that the tires for that model would at least be somewhat stocked. When a customer calls to make an appointment for a simple tire situation, cant assume that its simple and make sure to order that tire ahead . Better safe than to disappoint and make the customer wait 4 more days. Yes,its reasonable, but it would have been more productive if the peticular tire had been there.

I really was shocked from this visit, I was asking about small part for my toyota corolla 09 called side skirt, unfortunately after some questions from the young good sales rep.it ended up that I have to bring the vin of the car, I mean why ? The car was not with me, otherwise I would have give him the vin out of curiosity, because I felt that even with vin given, the part is going to be found!!!This is really the strangest thing that I ever faced, when I go online ebay or Amazon and write side skirt it immediately shows the part, while its not in the toyota dealers computer.that was really strange.

DO NOT get your car serviced here. Went in for oil change, was told I needed new spark plugs, that they were original (2005 model). I said Id do it myself at home instead of their crazy 200 for 4 spark plugs. I go to change them and for 1 my spark plugs wires have zipties holding it in because the clips were broken. And those zipties were old, very brittle from heat. Which means they didnt even LOOK at the spark plugs. Just wanted to charge me for a useless service. I had the plugs already do I changed them anyway, but they were absolutely fine and did not need changing. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

Parts did not listed to what I wanted. If it does not match a VIN number it does not exist. Get your head out of the computer and listen to what youre customer is asking for.

I had a question regarding warning light on 2017 Camry. Rodney was at Service Desk, was very professional taking time to discuss my questions that I had.
When I worked here, I was paid below minimum wage and everything I did was either wrong or too slow. The attitude that the dealership had towards me was, Yes, were screwing you. No there is nothing you can do about it. When I had to fill out an inspection sheet during a routine service, I had to tell a long series of blatant lies. Otherwise, I was, Taking too long.
