I received a belt from my mom for Christmas. It was ordered as the correct size and the belt I received was too small. It had been stamped with a 34 on top of a 32. Obviously this was a 32. I have a 32 waist and it barely fit around me. I could fasten it to the first hole. This was a 32 sized for a 30 waist. Not a 34 sized for a 32 waist. I am a true 32. All my pants are 32s.So I sent back the belt after receiving a return label. On the return form, I noted in the correct location to send it to me and not to my mom. Today I received a box from my mom with a belt in it. It was shipped to her again and she had to pay to ship it to me again. Also, they didnt send me the same belt back, but the one they sent is also stamped with 2 different sizes on it. I have uploaded pictures to show this.No telephone numbers listed on the exchange form so I looked up the number on the website and called. When I selected customer service from the returns option, I was immediately sent to a voicemail. Hung up and called back. Chose the option that I needed to speak to someone about a web order. Sat on hold for several minutes. Hung up. Sent an email asking to be called back. Was called back and spoke to a customer service rep and explained the situation with the shipping. She said they will credit my mom her additional shipping. Also told her about the belt sizing again with the multiple sizing stamps and how unsatisfied I am. She said that I can send it back again and they will exchange it. Nope. Not going to waste my time. Id rather waste it writing this review about my experience with your company.What I would have done as a company wanting to exude quality customer service and provide great UX would maybe be send me another one as this is the second time its happened. Maybe offer a coupon to my mom off another purchase. No. The only option that was offered was for me to take my time to send back your defective products - again. No thanks. I dont think Ill do that. Good luck with your future sales and I hope they go better than my experience with you. Because you have certainly not earned me as a customer.Oh, and you all only have one person answering your phones? Thats what the rep told me. What kind of customer experience is this giving your customers? You are trying to convey a certain type of lifestyle as is noted by your name but you are not living up to it. Time for you all to step up your game.

If you like looking like a Macys ad this is the place for you. Preppy clothing galore with the prices to match. This place is perfect for people who like that sort of thing. I am giving this place 3 stars because the entire time my husband and I were in the store with the two employees they did not acknowledge us. It was our first time in the store and it was very uncomfortable. It was almost like they were purposely trying to avoid any type of eye contact. I actually liked some of the clothing and accessories in the store and would have considered purchasing but because of this I will not patronize this establishment any longer. In the world of retail, professionalism dictates that you greet each and every customer that walks in. Especially when there is only one customer in the store.

Great place to get preppy clothes, including UVa merchandise. The selection is large, and the staff is fantastic. Lots of clothes and accessories you wont find any place else, like their Smathers & Branson Lawn belt and their Wahoo baseball caps (also by Smathers & Branson).
