Had a good price on arrows when I got there, not so much on broadheads. Archery selection is on par with most places. Just not that big of a selection.

This type of store is one of my favorite types of stores. They have an immense selection of sports and outdoor wear. From bow and arrows, firearms, outdoor clothes, hats, and tackle equipment,they really do have it all. They also have everything you need for camping! I would recommend to anyone who has a passion for the outdoors to visit this Field & Stream. Even if it is to simply walk around and look, this place is a must-visit!Tip: if you have small kids, take them here to see the wild animal displays! They also have kids clothes here as well.

Great selection of outdoor gear and clothing. The keep things well stocked and the staff here are very helpful. The diversity of fishing gear here could be improved although it overall a good selection. The firearm selection is ok, the pistols are very slim pickings, as far as rifles they had several to choose from. The clothing is quality and plenty to pick from. The store was very clean and inviting. This is a great place to check out.

Rick is an amazing sales associate! He was so helpful in the kayak department. Taught my fiance and I things about ores that I didnt even know I had questions about. Awesome customer service!

It was an okay store. I looked around for about 20 minutes. I only saw an employee twice. Both were polite and asked if I needed help. I didnt think the selection was all that great. I would go back again to see if maybe I went at an odd time. I didnt purchase anything which is a tough thing for me to do at a outdoor sporting goods place.

Awesome outdoor outfitter with a great inventory. They have the classic freshwater tank and a nice gun selection. The knife selection is a little weak (Thats why I went there) and they dont have Spyderco knives, but thats okay. (Cabellas has a nice knife selection). Very nice store!

When you are a different race you get treated differently

My husband and I went to Field & Stream to buy new boots for him for work. Their selection of boots is horrible!Also, there was a salesman who approached my husband and asked if he could help. My husband told him that he needs new work boots but that he is very particular about them. So, the salesman hung back while my husband looked around. A few minutes later a second salesman came over and was whispering to the first salesman. We heard the first salesman say that hes looking for work boots but hes really particular about them. We just felt like they were being rude and talking about us behind our backs. We just had a bad vibe from the store.

It has been quite a long time since I have been to this store. With that said I have purchased more personal everyday wear but now there arent the Seatshirts that were more personal instead of only hunting Realtree. I like Realtree and did purchased a realtree coat last year. Most all clothing seems to be just Realtree.

They had these super nice rocking camping chairs in here. I just had a seat and hid from my family for awhile. It was real nice

Nice layout right now as of 12/20/2020 they have a buy 1 blanket get 2 free which one blanket is $29.99 so essentially your getting blankets for $10 each which you cannot/will not beat anywhere else. (No I dont work with them, for them or have family there) I just saw a great deal and thought I would share. The staff are extremely friendly. One man in guns gave my kids candy canes! He didnt have those on him, he had to take extra steps to get and bring back. That was an overall great impact that had me impressed by his friendly demeanor.

When I visit my son in Ohio this is a must stop for me. Really enjoy browsing the products they have. Always find a decent deal on something I need or can use.

Very nice place, they just couldnt help me get my bow fixed. 3 hour drive for nothing and the guy at the counter acted like he was too busy to stop and help me. Asked him about buying a new crossbow and again, he was disappointed I was taking to much of his time.

Seems like a cookie-cutter knock off of Cabelas and Bass Pro Shop. Being that it was Field and Stream I guess I expected a wider selection of other brands and better things. Their mounted animal display at the back of the store was impressive.

Great store, has everything you can imagine to find for the sport fishing and hunting person. But its sad to see it as a ghost town. Nobody was in the store.

Sorry but this place has to be mentioned they have a nice selection of outdoor fishing and hunting products, but they kinda bothered my friends and I a bit to much asking if we needed help looking for stuff. I understand that its part of someones job, but It should only have to be asked once by the same guy to know we were just looking around. The prices are a bit over the top, but some stuff is reasonable. Having been asked by the same guy twice and another employee as well if they could help us find something you could definately tell they didnt have much to work on in the store.

Friendly helpful staff. I was a little disappointed on the amount of hiking supplies. I was also disappointed in their clearance. The clearance sections start with a 0% markdown. Reminds me of working at Home Depot (where the change the price tag to yellow with no discount just because people will buy the yellow tag item thinking they are getting a deal.) But the field and steam staff that I talked to appear to know their stuff.

Prices are very reasonable. Staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly made shopping here a breeze.

They have a very comprehensive assortment of hunting, camping and fishing equipment. I drove from Cincinnati to Dayton just to go to the store and I was not disappointed. I went there looking for some specific items and I found them. I could tell that I could spend another hour or more just browsing the store to look at all the interesting new items that have been invented for camping, hunting and fishing. Do yourself a favor and visit the Field and Stream store near you. I think youll find that its a real shopping adventure!

The website is terribly confusing and nothing is in stock for fishing accordingly. When I visited the store the store, I believe they should take Stream out of their name. ----- Very little fishing gear available.

Not a bad stop for basic fishing needs.

A clean place well stock with a friendly greeting at the front door ..... But.. He comes my rant. My son and myself went to look and possibly buy him a deer rifle. I walked up to the gun counter where the sales associate was standing with another customer and after the conversation ends...the salesman just walks away right past me and never asked to help me.All of this happened on Saturday around 5 p.m. March 6th. If you dont believe me, just check your surveillance tapes. I was wearing my summer fishing cap with a red jacket and my son had on his boy Scout uniform under his jacket.I didnt appreciate getting a cold shoulder treatment from the guns sales associate. If any of these field and stream stores open in the Louisville market, I definitely will not waste my time by setting foot in the door or anytime that Im in Ohio.

I usually can always find what Im looking for here. This time, during the pandemic, I was still even able to find the ammo I was looking for. I was also looking for just a plain black winter jacket, kind of like a northface. They carry a brand called Simms, more for fishing but it was exactly what I was looking for.

Love this place. Wish I could buy everything in there. One of my favorite stores to go to, even just to browse. The amount and variety of taxidermied animals is very impressive. My daughter loves seeing and learning about all of them. They always have great sales on top-of-the-line clothing and accessories from some of the best brands. Check it out when you get a chance...you wont be disappointed!

Great place to see new products. We enjoyed the animals displayed all around the store. Outdoors items to do it all. The sales staff was super friendly and answered all our questions. The gentleman in grills even helped us daydream about grill accessories.Regularly have markdowns on brand name products, Columbia brand fleece and rain coats for $25 each. Watch for clearance, mens Field and Stream Jeans for $5.Love this store and hope everyone else does just as much.

The guys in the guns and ammo section are absolutely worthless. All they wanted to do is stand around in a circle and talk among themselves as people are trying to ask them questions. Then when you do get their attention they give you a one word answer and turn back around.

After Forever with Bass Pro being the Only Real Option for Outdoor Sporting the Rise of Outdoor Sport based Big Box Stores has been Awesome if the Lifestyles catered to are for You and while some of the Pricing may be High on certain items You cant Complain considering. The Pricing of these items are usually Higher because said Merchandise is readily available in Specialty Stores and the biggest example of this is Firearms but even in that the Selection is Equal to if not Greater than. Ultimately what makes F&S a Great Store, like My Favorite i.e. Cabellas, is that its a One Stop for most every Outdoor Need with much of what they carry was beforehand Difficult if not Impossible to find and then so Few and Far between. Anyway in the South Dayton area for the Outdoor enthusiasts You just cant go Wrong with F&S.

The help was good but the purchase and checkout for a firearm is painful and SLOWThe online survey is absolutely ridiculous, i quit after about 30 questions. Someone seriously needs to shorten it a WHOLE lot.
