I love this store for the variety of foods to household products they carry but so many things I looked at didn’t have a price and I can’t be bothered to go find anyone. The people that work here are always super friendly.

Great customer service prices are a bit much for a five and dime store on some items

Large and cheap home decor selection(rugs, chairs, storage), gets kinda messy but everyone there is really nice.

I want to give a better review. The down side is the store is DIRTY IN GENERAL AND THE BATHROOMS ARE FILTHY😔Its a great community resource for lower cost household items and clothing. Staff members are generally friendly and usually adequately attentive. Sad, that it seems like theyre doing the bare minimum to provide service though. I wish theyd pay better and or incentivise their staff to up level the service and cleanliness.

Wow! This place is a mess! It feels like it was the victim of a looting. But their prices are good.

Don’t expect covid safety whatsoever. At least half of the employees don’t wear masks. Yes you can find great deals there including a terrific deal on covid is If you want it!

As a customer I hardly go in. Good to get razors and cheap work clothes. Issues with cleanliness. Store looks like a middle east warzone. They offer their employees low pay rate low raises no wonder they couldnt care less about the store.

Prices are ok, but the store is in horrible shape. The floors, ceiling, shelving, and the entire bathroom all need replacing. The floors look like they havent been thoroughly cleaned in over 10 years. The bathroom is filthy and dated. There are holes in the walls, water stains in the ceiling, and duct tape holding something together near the floor in the mens room. The associates are nice, but upper management obviously doesnt care or budget for store upkeep.

UPDATE:Roses had seemed to work on quite a fess things since my previous review. They have much better organization and over all cleanliness of the store.The cashiers were all friendly.The bathrooms however are still closed. I’m not sure if it’s because they’re so disgusting or actually broken.OLD REVIEW:Associates ignore customers, except for the older gentleman who is a greeter. They will watch you just standing in line waiting to be rung up and ignore you. Ive left my items because no one would ring up my stuff a couple of times. The bathrooms are always closed. Im positive the employees go next door when they have to go. The store is usually a mess too. Listen up Roses, pay your employees a decent wage so theyll actually do their job, fix the nasty bathrooms, and organize this store!

Very busy store... Like a 5 and 10. Bathroom is always out of order but if you search you really can find good deals

Cashier over intercom on a busy Saturday at Roses: MARGARET!...hey gurl.AWESOME.I walk up to the register with a buggy full of items and the cashier asks, How can I help you?I looked at her puzzled and reply, Im interested in purchasing these items.We proceed with exchanging currency for items.AWESOME.

I have been to Roses 3-4 times and have never been disappointed with their selection or their prices. From toys to furniture, they offer a wide variety of items.However, on a different subject, avoid their restrooms at all cost! On two separate occasions, weve seen used toilet paper all over the floor, both locks on the doors were broken, there was human feces on the floor and walls. It was probably the most disgusting bathroom, I had ever seen. I really hope that whoever is running this store, quickly fixes this problem. In all honesty, it should be reported. Yuck!

Prices are good, but service is terrible. Would not let me make a return because there werent two people at the customer service desk. Poor customer service.
