Every person coming in has to part the line as Moses parted the Red Sea, meaning everyone is close to everyone. During a pandemic thats getting worse. Sam Walton wouldnt tolerate the abysmal customer service offered at this store, and its amazing this manager has a job. I guess Walmart is a trash company now and Im in for a long wait to check myself out. Avoid this store.

Great Custmer Service. On October 10, 2021 around 9:30 p.m. we needed and a few other items that were not on the shelf in the refrigerated section. We asked a young man stocking the shelves if he could help and he stated he just started working for Walmart but he would try to find the items we needed. He went in stock room and returned with everything we asked for and asked if be could help with anything else.

I love Walmart, after KMART closed i found myself going to Walmart for more than just groceries. I now do a lot of my household shopping here.. I love a 1 stop shop...

Generally busy thanks to this locations but its a walmart so pricing could be alot worse for general household items. Customer service seems pretty decent but not over the top trying to sell you on some new credit card. Wouldnt visit during peak hours due to wait time but overall decent.

Walmart is great, the staff there are kind and courteous and fast. Today is Christmas Eve so many of us forget that the staff here have families and lives too. Walmart I understand that you do not have control over others and I did report this via app for a refund but I also would like to have had the option to replace, however thats not my biggest concern.what really concerns me is that one of your employees decided to open up something that was not theirs to open and and something the did not pay for. Again I understand that you can not control everyones actions., But this is just hurtful

Was on vacation stopped at Walmart they had what I wanted and found some other things on sale was a great shopping experience there shelves were better stocked than in my hometown would definitely go there again.

I’m currently standing online at customer service watching a line of just horribly entitled people crumbling over the fact that they have to wait in line for five minutes while a woman named Christina is doing an amazing job taking care of so many people and deflecting their negative attitudes. I’m not sure if Christina is already a manager but she should be.

Customer service definitely lacks as well as product availability and selection

We loved the fact that there was a parking lot under ground. The store was busy we found our items. We left without delay.

The attendant, I believe his name was Craig was very professional a friendly. In fact he providing that great customer experience that I thought was lost.

I haven’t been to Walmart in 7 years and quickly remembered why on my recent visit. One item that that I went for said 4 in stock online. Only one was on the shelf. I’m not sure when they added even more security monitors and cameras but it was nice and creepy to have cameras beep at you as you walked through aisles. A one directional livestock turnstile in the entryway topped off dystopian consumer experience.Try ya again in a decade or two Walmart or probably not...

Well, vertually NO ammo, couldnt find a Case or Henry pocket knife, AND ..... the $1 Flipflops nonexistent on the shelf.

Its a full function Walmart, groceries, sporting goods clothing, garden supplies and electronics.

I love shopping here. They mostly have everything you are looking for

Super clean, good staff. Horrible phone manners, on hold for over 4 1/2 minutes then call gets dropped! Has happened multiple times. They close off two entrances reducing social distancing forcing people to only use one entrance and exit.

Does not honor the prices they have on their own shelves!!!!!! Terrible customer service, not even willing to check their own pricing to verify that the customer is not wrong. They just stand there and lie directly to your face so they dont have to do their actual job. Unbelievable.

Visited to fill prescription lenses. Prices of frames are very good, but add-ons are actually more expensive than some other locations. Shop around.

The store is always busy and with only one lane open for store assisted checkout it was a nightmare trying to get out of there. I can always find everything I need there... sometimes way too much. If they had more checkout open I would have given them a higher score. Its almost impossible to self checkout $400 worth of stuff for the house!

This is a very average WalMart without the selection of a bigger store. The Ruckersville store a few miles north is much nicer.

Visited on 2/28 and only one side of the automated checkouts were open and only one normal register. But my main reason for the one star is because on multiple occasions staff are not pulling or rotating expired food out of their inventory. DOUBLE CHECK EXPIRATION DATES BEFORE BUYING FOOD HERE. They had a entire row Yum Yum sauce that was expired back in December. Sweet hawaiian bagels that were five days out of date. We should be able to shop without having to sift through expired food.

Always have things in the middle of the floor where the shelves arent being stocked properly. Cant get to a certain isle without having to walk all the way around the items that havent been put away. Definitely need more of a selection in certain departments.

Dax in the paint department needs a raise ! I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and no employee has ever been as kind and helpful as he was to me today. I’m 23 and I don’t know anything about painting and I didn’t even know what supplies to get but he walked me through the whole thing and was kind the entire time ! Walmart is great place to shop when you see the item you want. If you come back to look for it in 1 month, they have already rearranged the store and you will need an associate to search.

Must be a high crime area. I wasnt sure if I was in walmart or a correctional facility visiting. The store is setup really awkward and none of the employees are friendly. Dont know if its the job or covid but they could use some intervention

Its Wal-Mart, not much difference between them.Staff was wondering around mindlessly, unable to really help when asked a question, but they tried well enough.Cash registers backed up with one whole cashier, and Uscans were backed up as well.Home/GM side doors were locked, closed on our way out and marked as a fire exit. Why? We parked on that side, and went in on that side, then they locked them up and had everyone go out the opposite end. Didnt make sense.Clean store, aisles were spacious. Super wide, much more then other Walmart which did add to comfort levels for shopping.I found everything I needed easy enough.Typical day in a Wal-Mart, it was OK.

This store is never stocked well. Stay away from the food. I’ve purchased expired cheese here. Appears employees don’t rotate stock regularly. Employees shopping for the customers who order online are always in the way of the customers who are shopping in store, either blocking isles or shoving their way through with the rollers.

Just wow! There is not a better view of big sky, lush greenery and smoky mountains in Asheville. Just go.

I love all the new Keto / low carb stuff. They need to figure out the entrances situation though! At least put up visible signs if an entrance/exit is closed! I think the far entrance is the one thats open currently.

It was awful. 2 registers open on a Friday lines very long. I had 3 items and had to wait couldnt go through self checkout if you were using cash. Plenty people complaining. I will stick to Zions store!

This is a supercenter with many items other regular Walmart’s do not have.

One of the employees asked me for spare change, which made me very sad. Pay your people more.

I like Walmart, Charlottesville Virginia. I went in, New what I wanted. I found the items I wanted and bought the items I wanted. One thing is no matter what you come in Walmart for, if Walmart has it. You can find it very easy and also the self checkout is great and easy to use.

This location is always a bit grungy. The staff is always working, so I assume management doesnt assign enough people to keep it clean.Theyve been really bad about COVID safety, too. Theres a nod to counting people on the way in, but inside so many customers are unmasked or crowding at the checkout and no one does anything about it.The staff is also iffy on masks. I have been there exactly 4 times all year when nothing else was open, and every time Ive seen staff with dangling masks. This past time I saw a staffer with a mask made from LITERAL TISSUE PAPER. The kind you stuff in gift bags.

When I was in Walmart I was walking around I had a total knee replacement done at the end of January and I went to go find one of the scooters because my leg was starting now and I saw one of the employees and I asked her if there was one there she said no but there might be one on the other side and as I turned to walk to go that way she said no honey you stay right here I will go look what you meant the world to me because walking from one door to the other Walmart has a long distance she went over and Beyond current job title to help me out and I am so truly thankful I dont know this ladys name but she was the sweetest thing very kind and very helpful. When I was doing my shopping at Walmart of Corsicana was more than what I need is some things I needed something to do need you know guilty pleasures so what the Isles were a little bit cluttered but that go happens during the day when people are shopping but they were steady trying to clean things up this is the Walmart in Lexington I think or Waynesboro I cant remember yesterday was a blur it was a long day for me lol but thank you Walmart for hiring such a compassionate person well done this is why Im giving you five stars for this compassionate lady that helps me out.

Lots of out of stocks and 25 mins to check out ..in my opinion some of the Walmart online shopper employees should be more courteous and move their carts for in store shoppers.. cant even get through the aisle

Things I like about Walmart: finding just about anything I am looking for at a good price. Things I hate about Walmart: not as clean as other stores, especially at checkouts, and during a pandemic? You can see the grim on the surface of shelves, cases, checkouts. No sanitizing at all being done! No price checkers anywhere in the store!!! Allowing other customers in without masks. Conclusions: I try to avoid shopping at Walmart as much as possible, but sometimes they are the only alternative. Please @target, carry more food items!

Unfortunately I practically stopped going to this Walmart, I usually drive to Ruckersville. Most of the time it is crazy busy, one can barely take one step before bumping into somebody. Definitely can do better on not running out of stuff. The other one is about 15 mins further, or even the one in Waynsborough which is 45 mins away is preferable because the inventory in much better and one can walk around without having to dodge anyone. I also can never find anybody at arts and crafts/knitting section.

It is unfortunate that this is the only Walmart in Charlottesville, VA because everytime I place an orderon-line, the website reflects that the item is in-stock. However, 99% of the time the status of their stock in accordance to their website, and the actual in-store stock do not agree.

Please have more than one register open in the morning. I am here now on a Sunday morning at 10am and only ONE register open with over 6 carts in line. Happens more often than not.

Really like this walmart. So much better than the one in Zion Crossroads. Better selection and they stay stocked up.

Super quick and helpful

Seems to be more congested than your typical Walmart. They also seem to be out of stock on a number of things, and not the typical things like toilet paper and sanitizer, just in general. For example, certain parts of the toy department seem to remain decimated.

Staff are very helpful. You can find almost anything at this store.

Poor customer service. Only one person in the entire store was qualified to provide money-to-money transfer service. In spite of the sole person at Customer Service calling for her twice, she never showed up. I departed after waiting 20-plus minutes and several non-mask wearing Walmart customers appeared in line. Its one thing to have a policy; its another to enforce it. Being a patron of this store simple isnt worth ones time nor the risk to ones health.

Associates are now allowed to access their cell phones on the sales floor. When asking for assistance finding a Cat5 cable, the associate told us which aisle they should be In then went back to his phone. Even the associate at the entry/exit was leaning up against a game machine browsing.

Noon Sunday, produce looks a mess. Washrooms - all hand towels and toilet paper rolls not installed, so in this pandemic you must touch a roll that 100s of others have touched. Hand towel dispensers broken and roll sitting in it for all to touch and cough on. Shameful neglect!

Shelves fully stocked, isles clean and neat, lots of spring merchandise on display.

They have removed and stopped selling rifles and as far as I can tell, no more ammunition as well. Use to be a good place to buy both. What a shame. The service has gone down hill. They are slow to restock sold out items.
