The most embarrassing excuse for a gas station I’ve ever seen. Middle of the day on a Sunday and the doors are locked up because the employees decide to go off and smoke with the homeless people that are constantly wandering around. If Circle K doesn’t want to make money then, please continue having horrible employees that randomly lock the store in the middle of the day 👍🏻 that’s three times this week, by the way

The QT is right down the street....highly recommended. 9 times out of 10 the doors are locked and no employee to be found between 10pm and midnight. A huge inconvenience for those who live close by and work a second shift.

Couldn’t wash my hands after pumping gas due to no public restrooms. Asked the clerk if I could just wash my hands pointed me to a sink next to the coffee machines that had no soap or paper towels. You had better go to Quiktrip...

I live very close by the Circle K. Last night I had to call 911 due to the loitering, loud music, gathering of cars at 2:00 am. This is not the first time. You guys had police presence before COVID starting on Thursday through Sunday certainly helped. You need to start this again. As a business owner you have a responsibility to ensure the neighborhood is safe and is peaceful. Your business does not consider its neighbors. We will take the necessary corrective action to ensure you fix your problems. I would first suggest to close at 1:00 am. Furthermore, you need to police the parking lot and stop the loitering. The fire, police and medics visit your location at least 3 times per week. They should charge you for their service. Your business is a drain on first responders resources. As a business owner, do something for the community. And that rats are as bad as everyone has said. Clean up your sh!t.

Please do something about the multiple vagrant people who hang outside asking for money. In 1 visit alone I got asked by 3 different men & it scared me to see them tracking me.Other gas stations have security to help customers feel safe or not harassed especially as a woman.

Homeless people harassing everyone who’s coming in/out. Cashiers are always talking on the cellphone not acknowledging customers. People blocking the pumps and entrance instead of the parking lots to go shop inside for over 5 minutes. My wife is afraid to go to this gas station even with me. Switching over to the nice new QT down the street.

The drink fountains are nasty nasty nasty... moldy... flies all in the donuts....they don’t clean them... you can get very sick from that!! I just mentioned it to the worker in there.. He was just so nonchalant about it didn’t even say nothing back about it.So if I come back later and it’s not clean I’m calling their management team

This is the only gas station inside I-277, and as such would be a great stop for ride share drivers. The problem is that half the time, the restrooms are out of order or otherwise unavailable. Ive quit going there, opting instead for the QT on Wilkenson as it is close to Uptown and the fuel price tends to be better.

I know for a fact CircleK is 24 hours and the fact that this location is always closed during third shift is really a inconvenience! I had to take my business to QT because I’m tired of wasting time & gas before heading to work! Something needs to be done! Very unacceptable!

Most disrespectful store I ever been to. Place is dirty. Cashiers have a bad attitude. Workers act like they do not even want their job. It is a shame to other locations that do have great customer service.

Why they built a gas station in the edge of the historic district is mind blowing. This place needs to go it attracts too much crime.

Im giving it 5 stars because when I went to it, it was a nice clean facility. However, as of 2/26/2016 it is closed for I dont know how long due to a fire. I feel its important to alert folks because it was the only gas station in Uptown and I would hate to have people run out of gas or walk a few blocks to discover it shuttered.

This gas station has the biggest rats running around this building and around the dumpsters. It’s disgusting. They are HUGE RATS.

Store 701 in Charlotte, NC...... Wish I could give it 0. Just plain terrible. I have so many stories. I’ll never spend another cent in ANY Circle K.

Trash everywhere, cant walk into the store without getting harassed by homeless people. Such an eye soar to an amazing neighborhood.

Manager is rude and completely unprofessional. Forgot my ID but the girl in front of me in line who couldnt be older that 16 and was about 49 bought her cigarellos no problem. When it was my turn he asked for my ID I stated I forgot it and understood why he didnt wanna sell it to me. I get into my lyft my driver offers to go in and buy it for me and he refuses to sell to him as well. I come back with my ID THAT CLEARLY STATES IM NOT UNDERAGED and he still redufuses to sell it to me because I sent the man in to buy them for me even though Im not underaged so it wasnt illegal in the first place. He was just mad and unprofessional.

Why is this place closed at 2:39am? Its Saturday morning and to employees laughing inside like they dont care about their customers. The customers pay the bills and as soon as Circle K loses their customers they will go out of business.

This store is a huge trash generator for the entire Fourth Ward neighborhood. Staff doesnt bother to clean the parking lot and litter is allowed to blow all over the surrounding blocks. Circle K Corp doesnt appear to give a damn about the neighborhood as repeated attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. A real pigsty thats a complete eyesore for our community.
