Great courteous customer service. The cashiers here are respectful helpful folks with pleasant personalities. Definitely cant say that about the one on Albemarle Rd.

Had a good experience here. Went here for my 2nd covid shot and it went smoothly. They have a huge selection of items and the pharmacist was super friendly.

Came here for some essentials, after asking how to locate the item, I was not informed that Iwould need a cashiers assistance. I left because the cashier was then M.I.A. Day 2, started the same way however this time I was told to ring the bell for assistance. 3 rings later....late for appointment, assistant comes, I tell her nail glue (of which there is only one kind) & she asks, what do you want, I show her, she grabs it, heads to self checkout throws my stuff in a bag and walks away......POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IM DONE WITH THIS CVS!

The Manager is extremely courteous along with staff concerned with proper inventory management and perception. So long as I am treated respectfully I do not have an issue with my offsets. Same sometimes at the Graham street CVS

Steer clear of here if you don’t want to catch Covid. The security guard inside doesn’t wear a mask and mask wearing is not enforced among the customers. I saw two other guys without masks.

This location was supposed to be open until 7pm. A not very kind security guard would not let me in at 6:55. I had one prescription to pick up. Per the website, this location is supposed to be open until 7pm.

Everyone here is very nice. I’m not sure why the other reviewers are complaining so much. The employees always greet, smile and try. This isn’t Michelin Star dining, people.... this is a convenience store!

They need to close back at 10pm 7 pm isnt a good time to close. but because of covid and near by business no one will be at epic center like they use to

Some old man followed me to the beauty section where the nails are. He had a security shirt on possibly from CIAA. He started yelling at me that I shouldnt wear nails and trying to convince me not to buy anything. I told him off but I was looking for a worker to help as he would not leave me alone. There were no workers in that section, none at checkout, and none at the self checkout.Come on, CVS.

A confused mess. Once the crisis is over, some pre-existing issues need addressing - such as training.

As someone who works in healthcare this is the worst CVS I have ever experienced. Went to pick up a prescription after being out of the country and they said they had returned it despite me getting a text message saying it would be held until the day I returned. The pharmacy tech who is utterly incompetent said it would take a long time to refill a prescription that should have still been on hold. This shows the incompetence and ineptitude of this CVS. Will not be back and will be sending my patients elsewhere.

Three checkstands empty, one employee nearby supervising customers at self check machines, another close by straightening merchandise on shelves. I left my intended purchase at a checkstand and left. Everyone should do the same.

Rude Rude Rude! If I could rate this as a zero I would. Unprofessional. We were visiting the area for the game and my sons 10th birthday. He was very thirsty and really wanted water the only store open was a CVS near us. We walked up with 6 minutes until closing. Some ghetto guard lets the person in front of us in and slames the door and stated they were closed. I told her my son only wants water and she said so what and turned her back. RUDE. I guess the fact that they need a guard in a CVS speaks volumes. I would not recommend this CVS location. Stay Away!

So we walk up to the line and one of the employees told a man to go ahead of us because she assumed we were “all together” with a Philippine family that was in line ahead of us.. when we asked her why she assumed we were together she said “because you were all Standing in line together.. It sort of felt like she really meant “you all kinda look alike so I’m going to let him go ahead because my stereotyping makes me assume you all have to be together” I should have asked for her name or asked to speak to a manager but I wasn’t going to ruin my day because of one ignorant woman who needs some education in life. I’m sure she would be truly bothered if I just happen to assume she’s with a Haitian or African family standing behind her because they are all may like the same.

The poor (only) clerk was not able to help the 15 customers in line, plus the ones needing assistance with malfunctioning self service machines. There is a severe management issue at this store.

Christal who said was manager was unable to process return with receipt. She asked me to call their 888# to help her and after 40 minutes I walked out.

Worst CVS in the entire empire. Employees rather watch 30 customers wait in line for express check out than sign in the register and get people on their way. There’s nothing express about that!!!!!!

Climbing the stairs next to the store on the north side from the bus center, it is very close when crossing the track. It was convenient when you wanted to buy beverages on Saturdays and Sundays and early in the morning.Self-checkout. He told me how to operate when I didnt understand.
