The worse place for you to go. Not safe for women. The staff is extremely rude to you. Not one staff most of them; a tall slim black guy and a older white lady, I will never go stop there again.. not a safe place….

It is a nice pilot, store was very clean. Manager greeted me as walked in . Security on site .Truck parking is small and fills up quickly but plenty of room to back your truck, didnt see any problems .

Very small very dirty parking lot has trash all over the place several times I watched drug deals take place in the parking lot. Bathroom very nasty I had to purchase some cleaning supplies to clean the toilet so I could use it. No handles on the stall doors lock are broken and doors dont stay closed.will not ever come back

The manager working 7/11/21 @10:30 AM is very rude she dont speak a respect way i don’t know why she treating the customers that way maybe she hated the job. if that’s why go (F) find another job! even if you pay your parking you can’t drop your trailer 30 minutes what a (F ) bad truck stop

Why are the showers always down here,sometimes I know they dont have person to clean them,but why is the other staff not picking up the slack or even the manager is it not their responsibility to clean them if they dont have a person.If so and they dont,then get a manager that will work.

Small place with few spots. The reserve parking is difficult as it is right next to fuel island. The guy that cleaned the showers was nice and moved a guy out of the reserved so that I could get into my spot which I paid for. Showers were old and needed may repairs. My showers head dropped just as much water as it sprayed.Now subway…. They only have one person working it so when they go on lunch they simply don’t operate the subway. At all. Customers have to wait for that one person to come off of break.Over all this is what you expect with a small pilot inside a bigger city but I don’t think that the subway thing is acceptable at all. Adjust schedule to make sure all needed positions are occupied so that customers can be taken care of.

You know... It is what it is. No real problem for a decent driver who can drive n park well. Its small but if its late you wont find a spot. Period. Subway can be busy not just drivers go here. The strip club has better food choices. But you have to walk over. Lol. Oh if you do come there after 2pm to midnight just park on the shoulder of highway (4 corners) you will have to walk. Showers are small. Staff have their own way of dealing with drivers cop on site at night, the cute girl with the boy cut was nice great smile. But guys dont bother. Ladies she is available.. I think. Morning crew is okay one lady was a little annoyed but so what. Cops are cool just be professional. Saw no bums dealers or lizards there, is reserved parking so call ahead.

Great customer service. It has a subway too. Lots of truckers come through this gas station. Plenty of parking. it is close to Headquarters Barber Shop and a Mechanic shop that services trucks.

The dirtiest place I have ever visited, and I mean the flooded Indian stop in Wyoming looked better than this. No parking, they let people rent one of three broken fuel pumps, homeless in the parking lot panhandling, they wont make the guy blocking the truck entrance move for people to pull in. Bathroom is falling apart, floor stained, doors falling off the wall. Graffiti everywhere. Pumps are so messed up the handles are on the ground

Its 10ish at night. Im the only person at the register and the young lady couldnt put her phone down long enough to ring up my stuff. I had to say excuse me Im the only person in line that cant wait until you finish. And all she could say was ok whatever and keep on scrolling through Facebook. Pilot I know its a truck stop in a bad part of town and we are only truck drivers. But I think we deserve a little bit better. Never again at this location for me.

The place is small and the service is extremely slow. The manager does not help other and is very loud talking to the staff. When I was there only 1 girl was working while another one walk around and the manager did the same. The parking lot is very uncomfortable to park just because the pumps are right in front of the parkings that are side to side.

They had no showers all day. At 10:00 p.m. they wanted you to pay cash for showers. Sum bull💩💩

Hate. Restrooms horrible dont you know to clean at least every 2 or 3 hours. No truck driver lounge when you have been driving all day, they were so rude. I left without ever coming back. At least they had good food and coffees.

Very rude employees. I needed truck diesel told the lady $225 she set it for $25 not once but twice! If she respected her customers and her job she would pay more attention.

Did not feel safe here.No security.Locals begging for money, cigarettes, a date etc.... all night.The store was kind enough to place a bench right by the door for them to sit on while they waited for the next semi to pull in.Double locked the trailer and decided to get a shower tomorrow at another location.No review for the inside of the store because I did not feel safe enough to go in.

Small but cool spot.. I believe surrounding area as a whole isnt prepared to serve the trucking industry. Needs to look at itself an seriously consider the Economic impact of the goods an Services coming out of the area. Build larger an efficient Truck stops with Real Truck services an accommodations. Mostly paid parking, which I normally wouldnt mind. But, the bathrooms and showers, and who knows what else are out of order with no ETA on when they will be repaired. They need to at least get a porta John or something set up, soon.

Very good showers with great pressure and hot water.... Downside is there is very little parking and most likely you will not find any.

Actually truck stops doesn’t have to have reserve parking spot as we all know truckers are the main sources of income if I am not wrong. Honestly I don’t like to spend a night or a day unless I have no choice left in pilot. I like loves TA petro

Small Place. Limited Parking. My advice is prepare to pay to park here. I only remember see 5-6 spots that werent Reserved. Says on their app that it has 60 spots... Doubtful unless they are counting all the doubled up Bobtails. Otherwise the showers were clean and the water was Hot and plentiful.

It may be a little small, and it may be a little dirty, but the people inside are very nice, and the shower was excellent.

Just go to another truck stop. This is one of the worst truck stops. Everytime Im rolling up to the place, I just cringe. If I was able to limp to another truck stop and bypass this one everytime, I would limp my ass somewhere else every time. Dont depend on a spot being available here, not even paid parking, itll always be full. Today I went in and saw 3 spots. Thats the most Ive seen in 15 years of driving. Dont depend on a shower, good service, your safety or the safety of your cargo or cleanliness, it just wont happen. What Im trying to say is, if you have very, very low standards then you wont be disappointed. Gas stations like to call themselves truck stops when they are just a hole in the ground. Freaking pisses me the hell off!

I found some of the items that I would not normally find in any convenience store that it was refreshing. Also I have to say I find that having a restaurants at the subway attached to a truck stop was a brilliant move. The store was absolutely clean, the staff was helpful and attentive, and engaging to both repeat customers and new ones alike. It was evident that the people there both staff and customers have a love for this particular store at this particular location.

For the brief time I was here, I was surprised and enjoyed it. The entryway has decent access, and inside the store has a great variety. The people there we extremely friendly and everything was well maintained. Even though my time here was a stop on-the-way, that is what it was meant to be, so mission accomplished. I would stop here again if I need to, or even if I don’t, I probably just stop and grab a coffee. Easy in and easy out.

Its a very small parking lot and not a very big pilot at all but it does have nice clean hot showers. Its not often that when you come into a truck stop that everyone is Pleasant, today I experienced probably my most Pleasant interactions with five of the employees here and the manager Kara.. who was an absolute Delight. Even the shower attendant was very nice and asked if the shower was ok.. people will often take the time to criticize and Im definitely guilty! However today is probably the best experience Ive ever had at any Pilot or Flying J truck stop.

Subway supposed to be open 24 hours.Unless they feel like closing for a truck. Which is fine but at least give the customers some time frame when you will be able to serve us again.Without us there would be no subway. Drove out of my way to get to this 24 hour subway and its closed with no time frame when they will open up.

Nice clean store. Small but does offer truck parking an showers for truck drivers. There is a certified scale available to obtain a scale tickets if needed. Easy access on an off interstate. NC Souvenirs available and there is a subway, but way over priced

I stopped by to get fuel and a sandwich from subway, the fueling was fine but the service at subway was horrendous . She actually told me she doesnt have bread to make a sandwich. Instead of having an attitude she could have just explained that she is short handed and just be patient shell get me served. Show common courtesy to your customers even when things are not going right

Awesome and helpful staff. The showers are mostly clean, under staffed, but amazing customer service and respect. I absolutely appreciate the dedication and hard work the staff members are contributing. Theres a young man whos been working at this location for quite some time. Hes ALWAYS had great respect for anyone hes encountered that Ive witnessed. The five stars are because of him. I appreciate his professionalism and how hes hands on in multiple departments. Always very busy but great attitude! The staff always greet and provide excellent customer service. Keep up the good work! My only request is Tropicana grapefruit juice!

Lots of garbage around trucks. Came late and wanted to sleep longer in the morning but somebody knocked my window twice... they not homeless but asking for $. Couldnt get picture of 1st time 2nd time I just did open up... pilot need to pay more attention!

As a professional driver time is money and this place was definitely not keeping up with maintaining the facilities. I can not speak for the other fuel pumps but pump 19 could be left on to fuel. (The clicker could not keep the valve open) You are going to have to manually fill your tanks. The DEF pump has a pin hole which is leaking DEF as you pump. As expensive as that stuff is we drivers expect every drop to be in the tank. I can imagine how much shortages is being left behind that we drivers paid for.

This place is an absolute hole even by truck driver standards. Im trying not to gag as something is obviously dead outside my truck!

This is by far the worst pilot truck stop i have ever been to in my 10 years of trucking. The Cashiers are rude and loud and care more about their own conversations then taking care of customers. Subway is a Joke and how in the hell does a truck stop that says on there app that they only have 60 parking spots and all but 5 are reserved spots. Plus the 60 spots must be counting the car parking on the gas side. 👎👎👎👎👎

Small parking lot but it was clean on the inside and smelled so good. The bathrooms were clean and there was no wait for a shower. The showers were clean and smelled good also. Not a bad pilot apposed to the others that Ive been to.

Not have overnight parking

I was getting gas on pump number four this is the second time happened to me when I’m stopped pumping gas the reader will still keep going like a few pennies five pennies the most stealing my money but the customer service is good here plz don’t pump the gas at pump 4 plz. Shower is a long time wait here I waited like 45 min.

I come here every night and the girls are always really nice. The coffee is always fresh on 3rd shift and the place is clean. They just need to fix the pumps and it would get a 5 from me. Rena is always friendly. My experience has always been great.

The service here is subpar. The cashiers dont pay attention to any clients and waited 10 minutes for someone to come and see if I wanted subway. Nothing. Good to know they have a sign that says this subway is 24/7 and that it needs to be honored and no one honors it

The fuel app doesnt work properly. I cant get diesel fuel and fed with the app. I had to use the card at the pump. ALSO, the air nozzle at the diesel pumps are for single tires. You can fill outside tires only. It wont fit on the valve stem of inside duels. Same thing at FJ in Temple Ga.

For such a small place, being very busy and crowded, the people here are surprisingly nice and patient!! You probably shouldnt plan on getting a parking spot here unless you reserve one. The girls in Subway are friendly, and the bathroom was clean throughout the day. (I was parked for 12hrs here) Fresh coffee at 9pm is a good thing too! I wish they had more parking.

I really dislike stopping at this gas station (but it is the closest to me and I love their coffee) because the lines are long and it takes to long if Im in a hurry ( which is majority of the time) I do however feel very safe at this location but only because the Sheriff department be there. I love that!!

Very clean, well lit. Friendly, accessible staff. Wide selection and pretty good prices. Multiple cash registers and staff available, so you never spend very long waiting in line. Huge parking lot for both truckers and regular traffic. Showers are available for truckers. And there is a Subway with seating available inside as well. There is full-time security on premises as well. And not your local security firms. Primarily off-duty sheriffs deputies. Got a nice warm shower. The cashiers were not just sweet, but they were some beautiful girls too. Great service. And, they always have the best coffee too.

The employees are busy at laughing at the customers looks. i caught them laughing at an old guy just Because the way he dressed. Very unprofessional and lazy customer service/cashiers.Thank god I didn’t fuel, will take my $400 to another truck stop.

Showers were nice and clean. customer service was superior. i did NOT notice unpleasant residents in the area. Im not going to complain about the parking because its not as bad as others say but you can see it on the map so... you can also see its one NOT many in the area... and that makes it a little busy. yes Im a trucker. i backed into the blind side parking area. if it was really as bad as everyone says... then it wouldnt be busy

Horrible gas station. One of the worst customer service experience that Ive had in 20 years driving professionally. Staff has absolutely NO customer service skills. The manager is just as DISFUNCTIONAL. They allow customers to skip the line & then defend the line skipper. Young, aggressive, uneducated staff. BYPASS THIS STOP-IF YOU CAN!!!!

Just a sorry truck stop. Went there to cash a com Check. I was told there is not a manager here so if we run out of money we have no more. Not a manager there today on Memorial Day. Lets do better Pilot, but you can charge for parking.

The staff doesn’t except cash that isn’t brand new. They took my 1981 50 dollar bill and marked all over it, verified its authenticity (which I understand because it looks ancient) and then wouldn’t except it. There’s no zero stars option. How are cashiers not trained on acceptable currencies? i.e. American dollars. Awful. Just awful.

Friendly workers. It’s secure though lot of foot traffic. Less parkingAbout 15 paid, first come first pull pay and about 25 free spots if I’m right. Tough to find a free spot on weekend esp afternoon and on. People be positive please, it’s not the worst pilot in the state but it’s not the least either but it’s one of the only kind within Charlotte vicinity. Another stop is 30 minutes close the state line SC ( loves ). Or a little further north of Charlotte. I know 3 main trucks stops in Charlotte vicinity and this is the best.Honestly 3 stars is enough.Visited August 2020Situation have CHANGED all parking lot now marked reserved gues NO MORE FREE PARKING here. Shower was clean good job by the guys there. Subway ladies in the morning awesome people smile faces, greet drivers as they walk in. Parking lot was hard to in get, and to fuel it wss.not easy. other than that. Quick stop and go..

This is a great pilot. People here are so nice. Gonna stop every time i come through there. Which is gonna be in the next 24 hours.

I purchased 128.5 gallons of fuel. I paid with a company card then, I purchased some snacks with my personal card. She bagged them, I asked for a receipt and she almost blew her cork. She acted like it was a big inconvenience and claimed, I should have asked her before she put the items in the bag. I told her, that in reality, one shouldnt have to ask, that any legitimate business would do that for their customer. My company spends thousands every year and this one nasty woman seems to think its ok to lose all that money. Well, I will definitely try to make that happen.

Everything else is ok, the reason I am leaving 2 stars, it’s already hard to find parking there which is understandable. I was able to find parking, but tell me why at 3am you all have that loud music playing from the truck stop at the fuel island? Why not cut the volume down? That music is very unnecessary and disturbing playing so loudly while WE TRUCKERS ARE TRYING TO SLEEP!!

I hate having to stop @ this location, but Charlotte doesnt have many choices, not a trk friendly city! Staff is good, just dont like location, parking, fuel islands, & roads in & out as well as parking lot is horrible!! Supper nice staff though!

We went to this location, THREE TIMES, to purchase an inverter and other items for our truck. Each time we were told to come back because the person who could open the box was not at work. Absolutely insane.Poor poor service.

They are not very friendly here. They dont know how to fill the toilet paper or paper towel holders. Female bathroom was not cleaned half the time. Floors are dirty and sticky. Overall the subway was the only thing decent aboit this store. Although they was out of salad containers.

While the staff is nice.... I would avoid this app unless you were desperate. Either pay for parking or dont plan on parking there, for even a 30 min break. Extremely busy, slow to get in and slower to get out. The facility needs some repairs too.

This was my 2nd Pilot visiting as a trucker and it was HORRIBLE! All employees standing around talking versus cleaning and making the place presentable for the patrons! If i can avoid it...I will NOT be stopping at Pilots along my route! Ill go into violation before i will!

As mentioned by many others, the keypad on the diesel pump wasn’t working so I had to go inside to activate pump. Also the dispenser lock was broken so I had to hold the nozzle handle the whole fueling cycle. No paper towels in the restroom. The employees were very polite but the maintenance of this location leaves much to be desired.

You would think that now being the ONLY truck stop in Charlotte the Pilot would take a little more pride and appreciation for their service and appearance. I manage a trucking company and its very convenient to have this located near us but in all honesty our drivers use some of the bigger and nicer truck stops down 85S at the NC/SC state line. Those down there are much nicer and offer many more amenities. All that being the case our Pilot is a decent fuel center for truckers and also nice it has a Subway inside. Showers are available here and supply some truck parts and accessories. I pop in from time to time around 5am weekday mornings on my way to work and service is quite slow. Only 1 cashier will be on duty. Charlotte police will have an officer on duty over night there for added security. Its located in a not so nice part of Charlotte

This pilot at night will not put hot dogs out, they say they wont put them out till 500 am. Go to get nachos and no chili and they say they dont mess with refills till after 500 am also. This is supposed to be a truck stop. Be glad when the loves truck stop opens couple miles up the road

Another bad review with bad staff. Attitude and no service. Had to call to get a shower credit back and drive 52 minutes to another pilot just to avoid having to deal with these guys. The ladies are the ones that are the problems but the guys are great to work with. It seems like over and over the bad reviews dont make any changes the Deadwood staff that need to go still stay.

Confined small shower. No fan. Hot as can be even before you turn on the water. Staff has an I dont care attitude when confronted with this. Only here because its the only truck stop close to my destination. Been here once before and it hasnt improved.

Parked out of the way hoping to get a good nights sleep. They kicked me out of a spot that didnt even have lines anywhere because they sold it as a reserved spot. Anything to make more money off truckers. Never going back to that Pilot
