Very rude customer service, my friend works here and they are very rude towards her and the other employees. Dont waste your time working for this company they DO NOT CARE about their employees or their well being.

Had AN EXTREMELY BAD DAY yesterday with an EMPLOYEE NAMED MORGAN. THIS PERSON TOLD ME THAT I DON’T HAVE TO SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO SAD. THEY HAVE LOST BUSINESS FROM MYSELF AND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Rude rude and more rude!!! The worker by the name of Kaitlyn said “I hate lottery people “ bc she had to wait on customers who wanted to play the lottery. How can you first of all work at a gas station that has lottery and HATE waiting on customers who play. Oh I guess she didn’t realize it when she took the job. Funny thing isn’t it 🙄

It would be really nice if there were some water out in the squeegee container to clean my windshield tonight. I checked four of them and they were all bone dry. Is it asking that much to put a little water in them?

Read some of the bad reviews, honestly I think some customers are just unappreciative.. though I will say the African American lady with the glasses is a little rude.. or not much if a people person.. perhaps if I dealt with cranky customers for 12 Hours.. I’d be a bit unpleasant myself..?Anyways, been a regular here for 2 years.. they frequently meet my expectations. Most of the staff is pleasant, even know what I am coming into the store to get.Matter of fact, I’m changing this 4 to a 5 ⭐️ rating.

Not every staff member is a heaping pile of misery, but the ones that are, they’re exceptional at it

I stop here daily and the service is impeccable and not what you would expect of a convenience store. Shelves always stocked, very rarely have to wait in line, well staffed and polite! Coffee tastes pretty bad tho, but its fresh, just bad coffee.

Just walked out of this horrible establishment. Card had an error on through machine so I went inside to pay. The RUDEST young lady. Im not even sure how she has a job. Being a retail manager I have zero tolerance for my employees being rude or cold to my paying guests. Im sorry I needed gas. No hello, no thank you. Rolling eyes and annoyed at my 2 second interaction. The gentleman counting money had an excuse I suppose. Shame on BP

Gas pumps malfunction!! I wasted money due to the pump not stopping when it detected my tank was full. Gate is taking advantage of its customers by doing this. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me

Awful customer service from the black lady with glasses behind the counter. I live two miles from there and visit often, every time it has been fine but the last two times Ive been there in the evenings, she has been there. No hi, how are ya?No your welcome . She actually rolled her eyes at me when SHE had to ask a second time what number station I was at. I really felt she hated her job and me. The other workers are not in anyway near her rudeness, she was plain awful and should be in a job that mabey she dosent actually deal with human beings! Will for sure be going to the gas station across the street from now on just because of her.

Worst gas station ever. Have given this place 3 chances. 1st chance no indication that their card machine was down so I was late to work. I tried to pay at pump and that didnt work and WAITED IN LINE and got up with my card in hand and they were like oh sorry the machine is down. 2nd chance my card wouldnt take at the pump so I went In to pay and it still wouldnt take. Called my bank. No attempts had been made to purchase. 3rd attempt (today) I go in to get donuts for breakfast and get gas. I swipe my card and the machine freezes. Instead of quickly moving me to a different machine when I express I am going to be late to work the woman fittles with the machine for a bit and then expresses and apologizes that there is nothing she can do. I go out to the pump and successfully paid for my gas. And I get no donuts. Dont worry I am not hungry or anything crazy like that.I will tell everyone to avoid this place with horrible workers and horrible management clearly.

The staff is horrible especially a bigger lady named Jan . She talks badly about customers and everytime I’m near her she curls her lip like she’s offended I’m even talking to her . I try to avoid that place when she’s there, really surprised corporate hasn’t caught on .
