I know during this time, it’s hard to stay positive or love life, but almost every worker here seems like they hate working here and it sucks to see. I haven’t got a chance to encounter all of the employees but one in particular stood out to me, Perry. I rounded the corner and he immediately asked if I needed help finding something and he helped me. While I was waiting in line for pharmacy, which was very backed up, he stepped in and helped and had a wonderful positive attitude the whole time. Even told me to have a great rest of my day, which unfortunately doesn’t happen too often anymore. Thanks Perry!

This has to be the absolute slowest Walgreens I’ve ever used for prescriptions. The past 5 times I’ve had prescriptions called in it takes over an hour and a half to have them filled. Would not recommend this pharmacy.

Will no longer patronize this store. Was in the store 5/21/21 2:17 pm was the time of my transaction for camera purposes. 3 employees behind the counter. -- Ive spent thousands of dollars at this store over the last 2 years, and I was denied use of the bathroom. Never messed the bathroom up. Never stolen from this store. This does not happen to their white customers. On top of that, I was told it was because my buddy messed it up. Who the hell is my buddy. And how am I responsible for what another person does? Its bad employees that ruin business. And I will never shop at this store again. I will take my money to CVS.

Better off as rite aid. Under new management and new staff. Walgreens made it harder on customers not to use Mfr coupons on sale items. Im tired of their rules.

I love going to this pharmacy. The pharmacist Bhaskar is beyond helpful and really cares for his customers. The staff is always super friendly here and they have everything you need here. I go out of my way to go to this location.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences Ive witnessed. So check this out. I was getting some pictures printed and submitted my order. walked to the lady behind the photo counter and said I assume you print my photos, right? And she replies yes I said okay cool Ill be right here.15 minutes passed by and I see her just standing there not doing anything. So I asked again so is my pictures ready? And she replies oh Im not going to print these until later. I said why youre not doing anything. Then she replies well theres a CVS right around the corner. Then I replied the point is Ive already paid and Im here.

Be ready to wait in the drive through for over an hour

Pharmacy is horrible at responding to requests. I was on hold 25 min and they dropped my call. Called back for another 45 minutes and after waiting 45 minutes they said pharmacist was on a lunch for 30 min. It was 10 am and they just opened at 9am. Was only trying to transfer a prescription to another location. Ridiculous.

Don’t come here for a vaccination! The wait is an hour long and so unorganized

Recently this location has deteriorated rapidly. The staff seems to be focused more on what they need to do more than helping customers. Often I wait at the drive through while they play with their computers. I finally actually went inside to the pharmacy. I tried to pick up a rx, was told they did not have it but had to wait in the middle of the conversation while the employee started playing with his computer again. I was waiting to simply pay for another item.At this location, the customers come behind what the employees are doing even when there is no line at all.Time for another pharmacy for me.

I Love this location! The employees are friendly and very professional. I can always count on the staff to help me as quickly as they can. And, they are genuinely happy to assist with my needs. Thank you!

The store is clean, well stocked, and has a lot of options for different over the counter items. The pharmacy and front end staff are polite and can answer any questions. Fast service too. Great store overall. 5 stars.

One of my go to Rite Aid Stores in Charlotte. Most of the staff are really friendly & helpful but Janice & Greg. She will go through your coupons & the process takes a while. She has been working at Rite Aid stores knew her at the Rite Aid on WT Harris & The Plaza. Greg who came from Caramel Commons #11487 will start catching an attitude with customers. Omar, Marco, Ludwing, & Angie are good managers. I still miss the previous employees when I shop here in the pastNow since its a Walgreens the store looks like Rite aid! Wish Rite Aid stayed longer like the store but dont like the sales and rewards program not the same as Rite aid. The staff is great since Greg is no longer at this location but wont be the same without Rite aid

Rude rude rude,. I AM 55+ and forgot my license, so my friend went in for me. Angie refused to sell her the cigarettes saying that since we were together she would not sell her cigarettes. I also met a young woman in the parking lot who told me she came there to pick up money and said Angie was very rude to her as well. This is the shift leader. What kind of training are you giving? And the funniest thing, their sign says still the same great staff. Maybe they should rethink that!!!

I love this Rite Aid and I think the pharmacy is great. They are always fast and very helpful. Last visit I did not have the right drug called in and they were able to get it ready in 5 minutes. Thanks!!!!

Rite aid needs to come back this drug store means nothing! Danielle P is a horrible cashier she laugh in front of me for no reason. If you think something is funny keep to yourself. She should not be at Walgreens.

Glad the store opens at 7am through the week now and stays open til 9pm. New look is modern and clean. Great, fast service as well. Friendly associates and the Plenti card saves me lots of money. I was able to buy my regular necessities at Rite Aid and then spend my Plenti Points for a tank of gas at ExxonMobil! Keep up the good work.

About 3 weeks ago, I had surgery and made the terrible mistake of going to Rite Aid. Awful and unfriendly staff. After having surgery, I had medication called in by doctors office, there was some confusion over the right location, totally wasnt rite aids fault, but they certainly werent interested in helping to clear the confusion. It was more like wrong aid...after 6 attempts, 5 calls, 3 wasted trips, I was finally able to get home with my prescriptions filled. If convenience is a variable, this place measures short. Unbelievable...my surgery inhibited me from being able to drive and/or even write, with so many back and forth trips, it took 2 days to get my medication filled. There are so many other places that I couldve gone, I didnt know that this pharmacy would have cost me triple in gas, especially since its less than half a mile from my residence. DONT shop Rite Aid, I know I never will again.

Besides rite aid being a low quality pharmacy in general, this location is horrible. Staff is rude and unwilling to help. Highly suggest going another pharmacy.
