Buying our 2019 Lexus RX350 from Cliff McKee was a great experience! He was knowledgeable and assured us we were getting a very good buy with this two-year old auto. Before our arriving the auto went through an inspection, was detailed, oil changed and tires rotated. According to the Blue Book value, it was being sold to us several thousand dollars lower than what it was appraised. After I had driven the car and was satisfied, he said we were going to meet with their financial assistant who explained every line item amount and we were agreeable. After this was completed, Cliff gave us the two keys and sat in the car with us and explained every detail of the car that was new to us and we needed to understand how to operate. It was an unfortunate experience for me. My husband and I traveled here to purchase a nice used luxury vehicle and was very disappointed. We were sold a warranty that was absolutely useless. All they do is fix it up enough to get it off the lot. Two months after purchase we had to spend over TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS for repairs on our 2017 Land Rover Discovery.

Run from this place. Test drove a car that I was really interested in. Price was high for the car. When I got home the same day the price was raised because there’s a “shortage” of used cars. They told me it wasn’t personal but it sure felt like it. The car had been on the lot for weeks and didn’t sell, why would it sell for a higher price. Btw they just dropped the price of the car back to the original amount because they can’t sell it.Manager Darren actually called me and was upset I had my own financing. He said that they wouldn’t make any money off me. Like why would you tell a customer that. This place is for people who don’t have financial literacy and just want to get in a car because it looks good.It actually turned out well as I found the same car certified pre owned, with more upgraded features and lower mileage from an actual dealership for 3k less.Anton Miller who took me on the test drive was amazing. I applaud him for dealing management who hinder sales from happening.

Car was not properly detailed! We purchased a 2019 BMW I3 from Hi-Line. They delivered the car to our location. To our great disappointment, the detailing/ cleaning job they supposedly did, was terrible! The seats are still filthy and even plastic parts which could have been easily wiped clean, have definitely not been worked on. I only gave a second star ifor the fast delivery. Otherwise they only deserve 1 star.

I dont live near Charlotte so the only thing I could do to make sure the car didnt get purchased before I could get there was wire the down payment on the vehicle. Great staff and selection. Mr. McKee was my salesperson and listened to what I was looking for and immediately made it happen. I also enjoyed the “no pressure” sales environment as he and Darren the Sales Manager seamlessly worked to show me the difference between two models of BMW’s that I was looking at and was undecided on which one I wanted. Mr. McKee doing this assisted me in making the right purchase. He was the KEY ASSET there that was my deciding factor on purchasing from Hi-Line as I had looked at other dealerships in NC and SC. He personally offered to deliver my purchase to my home as I could not pick it up when it was ready. Where can I even start with the experience I receive from Cliff as soon as I walked through the door he was phenomenal!
