Dealing with an accident is stressful to say the least. Ive had to have repair work done at other body shops in the past, and it always took months to get done. I just accepted that as the standard, and was prepared to wait a few months for my wifes van to get repaired after being t-boned, but I was pleasantly surprised! Michelle at Hendrick Luxury Collision walked us through the repairs step by step as they were completed and let us know whenever a part was on back-order. Never once did I have to call over to them to check on the status, as they always kept me in the loop. Thanks to Michelle and Tyler, it was an extremely easy and stress-free repair. They rock! Now our trusty family van looks better than ever. Thank you Hendrick!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. ZERO STARS.Unprofessional. Noncommunicative. Not efficient. Dishonest.There was zero communication from the company, I worked with Natalya (rude is an understatement) and this review reflects my experience with her. The app status is never updated, so don’t bother checking with it. I called multiple times to check on the status of my car and I was disconnected/ hung up on multiple times or transferred to a line that was never answered/ had no voicemail. When I was able to leave messages, Natalya NEVER returned the call. When I did talk to Natalya, I was always given a round about answer. One time, she claimed to be waiting on the insurance company but when I contacted the insurance company, the request had been approved days prior. Another experience: I was told on a Wednesday that my car was being painted (2 panels) and two days later, it was “beginning the paint process.” When I received a call saying my car was ready, it wasn’t. When I was able to FINALLY pick up my car, Natalya refused to walk me out and go over the repair. Needless to say, my 4-day repair took 17 days. By far, the WORST EXPERIENCE I could have imagined. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND using this company. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Horrible communication. Multiple calls to Maurice Green were never responded to. Seems like this collision center takes on too many customers to properly fix vehicles in a timely matter, or keep customers updated. It took over 2 months for my vehicle to be repaired and I received ONE phone call from Hendrick, simply saying my car was ready (hint: it wasn’t ready). Would not recommend. Try calibre for a more professional solution!

Everything looked good on inspection of paint job. But when I got traveling. I noticed my turn signal was clicking fast. Looked today and front signal where car was repaired is now out (it was ok when I brought it in). I called at 9:15am spoke with lady, she transferred me to Maurice. I left a message. I never heard anything back.UPDATE- Dropped to one star based on a second call in and spoke with Debra. She said she would make sure Maurice called back. Still nothing. 2 calls, 2 surveys and no response.Girls in the front office are great and that’s where the customer service stops.Do you have any idea how many dirty looks you get when people think you aren’t putting your turn signal on?

One star is even too good for this place. Worse place Ive ever been to. The staff is unprofessional. The receptionist never picks the phone up. When you do speak with the receptionist she always transfers you to an associate who never answers the phone or returns your phone call. Spoke with a manager who said he would check the status of my car and call me back by the end of the day and he never called back. Three days later he still hasnt returned my voicemail or called back. No one knows how long my vehicle is going to take to fix or where its at in the process of getting fixed. I had to use them before for another issue and experienced the same result and on top of that they broke my windshield and would not pay to have it fixed. The only reason I came back to them because my insurance company only uses them to fix a vehicle but I swear never again. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THEM AGAIN. THIS IS THE WORSE BUSINESS / COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO USE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. YOU WILL TRULY REGRET IT!!!!!

I was treated very fairly. My Estimator Cody get me well informed through out the entire process. My vehicle was completed when Cody told me it would be. My car was hit in a parking lot and my insurance company sent me to Rick Hendrick Luxury Collision for repairs. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment for an estimate. At the estimate, the service writer said I could leave it that day and it would probably take a week to 10 days. On day 10, after not hearing from anyone I called and was told they were waiting on the parts. A week later I called and they were still waiting on parts. I called 3 days later and the parts were being painted. I talked to the service writer who promised me a call with a definite finish time. I never got the call. After 4 weeks and 2 days, I finally got a call that the car was finished. The workmanship seems to be good, which is why I am giving 3 stars. But the communication was terrible. I had to continually call them.

In reading some of the reviews, I am wondering if I went to the same place that some of these people went to. The service was totally professional and Tyler, the customer service representative, had some of the best customer service skills that I have witnessed in my professional career. I retired as a supervisor as a State Trooper and I consider my standards to be very high. Hendrick Luxury Collision definitely met these standards and their work is guaranteed as long as I own my vehicle. Like all things in life, I would consider sources before I made a conscientious decision in reference to the negative reviews.

Broke/Stole our TV/DVD player and refused to take responsibility.After getting home with our vehicle we noticed the TV on the passenger side was missing. Only the headrest mount (which is clearly broken) remains. Our lead tech Michelle lied to us when she said the vehicle showed up with the bumper already in the vehicle, resting against where the TV would be. She sent us this picture as proof and stated that the tow company likely broke it when they put the bumper in. The tow company confirmed the vehicle was dropped off with the bumper still attached.When Michelle quit responding I got in touch with the manager Craig. After he investigated further he said the mechanic who put the bumper in the vehicle (confirming Michelle’s lie) stated the TV was missing when he did so. Craig chose to ignore the clear evidence that his techs broke the TV and thus refused to take responsibility.This is a big budget company screwing a normal family over a $100 TV which they are clearly responsible for. My advice, take your car elsewhere.

2months for repair my car was driven over 200 miles within that time . .... I gave the vehicle with 88-8900 miles and got back with 9205 ....at least they fill my tank up lol, I left it with them a little under half tank... WOW!! on the surface them seem PROfessional

It took 3 weeks to find that insurance Co decided to total the car out. Not sure what it took so long. Waited longer than that to get car in for repair since initial appointment that had to be canceled was for estimate only not repair. Just dont feel they were clear or prompt in handling our case. Insurance checked like 1 week after we dropped car off and they had not even started tearing it apart. Surprised to see a hendrick owned business not be more forthright in handling customers.

I had a family friend back into my car not to long ago and my front bumper took a pretty good hit. I called to get an estimate and the front ladies were super nice and told me i needed an appointment to do so. I made an appointment and was greeted by Maurice Green when i got there. Maurice was a very nice guy and very easy to work with. He got me in and out of there quickly with my estimate and then i went home to figure some things out with the payment. When i brought the car in on Wednesday afternoon to get repaired they instantly starting working on my car. I came back 30 minutes after i dropped my car off to get my shoes that i left in the back of my car and they said that the car was already getting detailed and worked on! So i figured i could wait on the shoes if they are going to move that quick. I got a call the next day that my car was done and there was no hidden damage behind the bumper. They replaced my front bumper in a day and the body work was absolutely perfect. Looks brand new! I dont think i could have had a better experience and to top it off everybody i came in contact with was super friendly. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs a repair on there car! Absolute 10/10 on everything, thank you so much Hendrick Collision!

I was rear ended just before Christmas and used HLC for the repairs. I was enticed by their being the only certified Lexus repair shop in town. Maurice Green was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the issues with my car. He went to bat on my behalf to request additional repairs/costs not included in the initial damage appraisal. He was very meticulous and conscientious about the repair job. Great experience!

By far some one of the worst customer service I have ever experience. There is no communication between service provider and the client (myself). I was never informed or updated on anything throughout the entire process. I had to speak with the manager numerous times to find out what was going on and even after doing that there were still issues. If you don’t want to have your car for a long period of time go here if not I would recommended seeking collision repair from somewhere else. Quality of repair was good but not worth the headache.

We brought our truck to Hendrick Collision almost 2 months ago for a minor parking lot incident and we STILL do not have the truck back. The guy at Hendrick handling the repair is completely incompetent. Excuse after excuse as to why we still do not have the vehicle returned. It has cost us hundreds of dollars out of pocket for additional rental car beyond what the insurance policy would pay. I HIGHLY recommend you do not take your vehicle to this repair shop. THE WORST NIGHTMARE!!!

If you want to pay for lies and deceit bring your car here. These are the biggest group of SCAMMERS. They will try to get your money by any means necessary, including lying about work completed. Claiming to have completed work you did not agree to, only to find they completed nothing. They will also attempt holding your car hostage. Unless you feel like the hassle of including an attorney and the police I suggest you take your car to Baker for a more professional experience.

This place will not get your car fixed in a timely fashion. 2 months of waiting plus alway I had to contact them for updates. My car was free for a week didnt even try to dispute with me what the hold up was over an error they made. My car was super dusty and paper were thrown in the ground. Didnt even try to touch my tires up. Just really bad, I do not recommend.I would’ve been fine if they at least tried to communicate. When I came in there was 4 receptionist, so many times I had to call to even figure out where or what was happening to my car, so many times they hung up on me, and kept telling me they would call me back. I had to keep contacting my insurance company for assistance, as for the supplement, it was actually by Maurice who ordered the wrong part and was actually trying to get a reimbursement for ordering it wrong. Which even cause my car to not even be ready even though it was a week. There’s also no way they did basic touch up to my car, my tires were flat went I got it back, and they dropped tons of paper work in my car. For the two months it was out of commission I needed to get it a detail cleaning. You know, this would’ve made me feel better if Maurice and your receptionist just actually kept me up with updates instead of me always having to call them or go through insurance for answers. I never once even had an ETA of when my car would be done. When he gave me back my car, he didn’t even need to show it to me, since all he did was state the obvious and never apologized for the inconvenience this was. It was just him giving me my keys and was like welp here you go, sucks it happened.

My Jeep Wrangler has been at Hendricks for almost 2 (!) months. On 4/29/2020 I had a call that it was finally ready to be picked up. I went there and the first thing I noticed was that the driver side front fender was hanging loose. Pointed this out to the young lady and she took it back in the shop. It needed two clips to be secured. So much for quality control. When it came back the hood was not properly aligned. So back in the shop again. I am waiting and waiting, no one comes out for an update. Finally the Jeep comes back and the hood looks better; it was probably muscled into place as opposed to a proper repair. Worst place ever. More to come as the repairs are still not done properly.

Incredibly untrustworthy. I brought my car in after a hit and run (recommended to this shop through AAA insurance) for repair to my rear driver side door. They returned the car to me with the inside panel hanging off and a non-functioning front driver side window. They claimed they never touched that door, however they removed and reinstalled that door, including the molding, trim, panel, etc. This work was all itemized on my collision bill under the clear heading FRONT DOOR as well as explained they had to remove and re-install it for paint matching. Not only are they are unwilling to take any responsibility, theyre flat out liars. It is shameful that they would take such advantage. Michelle, who handled my claim was very kind and professional, however management was insulting and deceitful.

Absolutely horrendous. If I could give zero stars I would. They have had my Traverse for weeks! We have been told numerous different dates that it would be done. We started with the beginning of last week, then we moved to the end. We were assured that we would have it by the beginning of this week. NOTHING! Here we are on Wednesday, still no car. One excuse after another. This is the only car we have that fits our whole family and we’ve been without it since May 18th. I have made TWO car payments on it while it just sits in their shop. There is zero communication. Absolutely horrible experience.

I was recommended to the collision center from Hendrick Lexus Charleston and my experience was horrible. I dealt with the front desk lady Carla and she was rude disrespectful and unprofessional she gave me the run around every time I called for a check up on my vehicle she had no answers for me and she told me I would get a call back I never did I would have to call back the next day and ask again . And Ryan Abate was the one who I first spoke with who was suppose to be the one keeping me updated with what was going on he never returned phone calls he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. I paid for my part up front I dropped my vehicle off for an scheduled appointment on Monday they said my car would be done that day I called to see if it was ready a hour before the closed because I didn’t get a call or anything, then I was told about the inconvenience and they told me it would be ready Tuesday. I called Tuesday afternoon asking for an update they claimed everyone was busy and they I’ll give me a call back. I never got the call back I called Wednesday they told me they got the wrong part in and that they have to reorder the new one. Long story short I got my car Friday afternoon before they closed Carla got rude with me at the front desk and and threw the papers on the desk and shouted “ I’m not dealing with this “and stormed off while everyone else was walking around and the supervisor came “Cody “ who was very respectful and seemed caring about the situation he listened he apologize and he gave a discount for the inconvenience and the run around and the poor customer service! If your going to be a front desk person at least be respectful and know how to communicate if not please switch your occupation because you can’t just be getting upset with someone asking questions about there vehicle that they already paid half upfront for to get fixed and has been getting the run around all week and no ones really communicating with me and I was told one thing that turned into another !

Hendrick Luxury Collision Charleston is the absolutely the worst body shop in Charleston. Had my vehicle since August 12. Got it back today November 16 still with issues. First 2 times went to pick it up the paint was bubbles & runs. Now I get it today. The headlight is already fogged up, the right mirror doesn’t work & none of the windows will roll down do to the wiring harness never being connected back. One of the times the abs light was on & was told that’s normal because it was in accident. After refusing to take delivery of it, they fixed it. The abs sensor was broken from accident & never fixed. The appraiser met me at the time of my appointment with no waiting and examined the damage carefully. They dealt directly with my insurance company, making it easy for me. The repairs were completed several days early. The new paint matched the 10 year old paint on the rest of the car perfectly. They repaired a deep scratch that was not included in the appraisal. The interior was clean after repairs. All personnel were pleasant and helpful. My 10 year old car looks the best it has in years. Having Enterprise Rental Cars in the same office made leaving my car seamless. I highly recommend this company.

Stay away from this place. This is the second time I deal with them. I thought the first time the person who worked with us was awful, now I understand this is a normal business for them. If you had nerves to bring your car to this place, you can be sure: no one will ever care about you, every time you call the place instead of a normal person you would hear: Honda Collision Center, hold on please... and then you will be hanging on the line for 5 minutes until someone would finally have time for you. And this is just the beginning!!!! After finally reaching a living soul (most probably you are calling like I am because you want to know why after a MONTH!!!! of repairs the car is still not ready??!?!?!), the answer you will get will be - your technician is not here, he will call you after lunch. And he will (this time mine was Tyler) maybe 1 or 2 times (I will admit Tyler was the MOST RESPONSIVE PERSON I EVER DEALT WITH AT THIS PLACE) and he will even promise to send you e-mails with updates (which he never did). And the rest of your wait time - WEEKS AT LEAST WITHOUT EVEN UNDERSTANDING IF YOUR CAR WILL BE READY in 2019 or 2020!!! - your technician will never call you back. Rarely do I rate anyone lower than five stars and I cannot recall a time when I last felt a written review was necessary. I was rear ended and decided to take my Honda Pilot to Hendrick Luxury Collision Charleston for repair. The vehicle drop off process was easy and they even ask how often you want to be contacted with updates about your vehicle. They should remove this question from their form because they never update you and youll be the one chasing them for information. Their customer service standards are in need of great overhaul. Representatives do not return phone calls and likely do not even check their voicemail. And support staff are then blamed for not having the information in the file - they are new. Days will go by with no return calls despite your repeated efforts to get in touch with someone who has access to seemingly simple information. Definitely a frustrating experience and Id choose to go elsewhere in the future. To make matters worse, when finally getting a return call, the attitude towards a customer already at their wits end was shocking. Not something I expected for a loyal customer. Id even call it rude.

Most expensive place in town. Talk about a rip off. I received estimates from 4 places. Singletons, Caliber, Hendrick and Platinum. Hendrick was more than DOUBLE Singletons and at least a THIRD more than Caliber and Platinum. Dont waste your time. They were late for my estimate. My appointment was at 10:00am and at 10:20 they took me as I was preparing to leave. Go anywhere but here. Im pretty sure theyre using the same paint as the other 3 quotes I received so I see no point in the privilege of adding to their profit margin and/or paying for their overhead. No thanks.

I had a 10:30 am appointment, showed up and nobody was there. Door was open but nobody there. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. I waited for 45 minutes. Also drove 25 minutes to go there. Ran into another lady that was there to pickup her car and her car was open but couldn’t take it because the keys were no where to be found. Whoever works the front desk, needs to be fired because you need to have someone working during all office hours. What a waste of my time.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Since the corporate office will not return any of my phone calls, or respond to any emails, I have posted this review in hopes of getting a public response. Hopefully someone with some type of authority can read this, and do something about it. Rick Hendrick Luxury Collision, and the Hendrick Automotive Corporate Office are the absolute worst example of customer service. In the last four years, my husband and I have purchased three cars from various Rick Hendrick dealerships, and after our experience involving the collision center, it will be our LAST. Every salesman at Rick Hendrick has been great, unfortunately I cannot say the same about the Luxury Collision Center on Savannah Highway, or the Corporate Office. Recently, we purchased a brand new Jeep Cherokee, and also purchased the GAP insurance offered through the dealership for peace of mind. Having owned the car less than a year, I was in a car accident, and the price to repair the vehicle was over the 75% mark to total the car out, as that is the case in South Carolina. The car was taken to Rick Hendrick Luxury Collision Center to have a final estimate performed, and have the car totaled out as the dealership stated it was. After three weeks of waiting for a response from the collision center, I contacted them again, and they stated that the car had strict orders to not order any parts, because the damage was to high to repair, and they were just waiting for the final paperwork to be completed for the total loss. So we just figured this kind of stuff took time since it involved our regular insurance company, and the GAP insurance. Five months later, we are still continuing to make the payments on the vehicle, and we contact the collision center asking that status of the car, and why is it taking so long for the paperwork to be closed out. We had previously contacted our lien holder, and they explained that any payments we made during this time would be reimbursed to us. Rick Hendrick states that the insurance company has already picked up the vehicle and we should be contacted in the near future. Rick Hendrick does contact us five months later, and the first time in five months, to let us know that our vehicle is going into paint and will be ready for pick up next week. Baffled, we contact the collision center and suddenly they have no memory of anything they have stated to us before, and its just normal protocol to not contact anyone for five months whos working on your car. After almost half a year later, we finally narrowed down what happened to our vehicle. The vehicle was dropped off for that final estimate, which stated in BOLD for the dealership to perform an estimate, and contact our adjuster. An employee of Rick Hendrick ignored all paperwork, and decided to start repairing the vehicle. Half-way through he contacted insurance company and stated he needed more money because the estimate he provided wasnt going to be enough to repair the car. The adjuster let the collision center know that he didnt authorize any repairs, and he was still waiting on the final estimate. After they realized they were not going to get payment for the rest of the repairs, the collision center forged insurance documents, and even changed contact numbers to make it as though we authorized repairs. Not only did they change contact numbers, they changed addresses so the checks would be sent directly to them, and FORGED my name on the checks, and deposited them. And you would think that would be the end, but then they took it a step further, and contacted our lien holders, and told them we refused to pick up the car, in hoping we have not made the payments in the last six months to get it repossessed. The ONLY reason we found out about this was because our lien holder contacted us and told us. Our lien holders went to dealership to pick up vehicle, but the collision center added $3500 in storage fees just to make the deal sweeter. This is a BILLION $ Company, and we can see why. They cheat honest people, and put them in financial strain.

Absolutely the best experience ever!! I can’t understand what there are even bad reviews here?? From the second I brought my car in to the day I picked it up, the entire staff was so attentive and kind. Justin kept in touch with me the entire week they had my car and thoroughly went through the repair process the day I picked it up!! My X5 looks amazing!!! Highly recommended!!!

Initially, an off brand bumper was used that did not fit my car. Couldnt believe they were going to pass that off on me. Had to have a do-over with a bumper that fit and took an extra week. Second time is not perfect but better than first time I tried to pick up my car.

I should have read the reviews first. From start to finish my experience was awful. Ok, I will say the best part was the ladies at reception. They were great. I worked with Tyler, who was not an excellent communicator at all. They had my car for 5 weeks, which is a quite a long time for the amount of work needed to be done. I had to beg for updates, and it took a whole month just to get a phone call from Tyler. On top of that, that call was to let me know they LOST MY KEY. I brought in my spare, and luckily it opened the car manually. I was told they would get me a new key and fix my spare (really nice gesture). Ok no problem. So I get to pick my car up and I have no air in my front tires. Of course they don’t have anyone who can do that or a portable air unit. Unless you’ve had success in the past stay away.

They did not do what they said they would do.1. No record of my appointment when I showed up at the appointed time. Had to fill out initial documents again.2. In speaking with Tony (manager) on the first day, he indicated I would get a call on the status that evening...DID NOT GET A CALL3. Got one email indicating that it left start area (parking lot) on the second day4. Status email indicated a Tuesday Start day. I called on Tuesday leaving a message for a return call....DID NOT GET A CALL.5. Got a voice mail on Wednesday at 5 that car was done (close at 6)6. Arrived in the morning at 7 am (advertised to be open then). Business did not open until 7:127. At pickup, found that job was not done (entire front bumper missed).8. They fixed my car after I was rear ended and worked with my insurance company so that everything was convenient for me. I wanted all original equipment and the exact paint from the manufacturer and they made my car look brand new! My only suggestions would be better communication on the repair process; I called about 3 times before I could get anyone to give me an answer. This wasn’t a huge deal since my insurance paid for everything including my rental car, but for people paying out of pocket it could be a hassle. I also wish they accepted American Express cards (so many missed rewards points 😭). For such a large dealership company with luxury brands and huge bills they can afford the slightly higher Amex fee.

Excellent experience from the time I stepped foot in the door: attentiveness and clear communication from the ladies at the front desk ; a very clean waiting area with amenities- ( fresh coffee-snacks are always appreciated.)Mr. Vince Williams in the collision center is a true professional: timely and concise in explaining the process, estimate and patient with all questions. I had a remarkable experience with this place. Not only did my car turn out in perfect condition, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would personally like to thank Vince Williams for his service. My starter went out in my car and instead of giving up on its cosmetic repairs he pushed my car around the center to get it fixed and had someone from Honda come give it a diagnosis for me. I will be recommending Hendrick luxury collision center in Charleston to everyone I know for their car needs. Hands down the best experience I have had with a collision center by far.

While on Vacation in September my 2019 Lexus was struck on the driver side passenger door by a distracted driver who was on a rental car from Enterprise. Enterprise is self insured through their insurance entity ELCO. ELCO tried everything in their power to give me and Hendricks the run around regarding my claim..almost 4 months. Cody at Hendrick was persistent and made sure ELCO paid to have my vehicle repaired with certified lexus parts using Lexus protocol. I highly recommend Hendrick Luxury Collison Center. My car looks great...you would never know that it was involved in an accident.

Several good points and several bad. The adjuster was pleasant and timely for my scheduled appointment. Upon return to drop off my car for repairs, the front office staff was busy on the phone and had to wait a while to drop off car. Getting the rental car from the place was not a pleasant experience. There is one person for car rental and it is not efficient. Received my car with no gas, took a long time to even get the rental. The person in charge of my car was very kind and left two messages about my car. Called to follow-up on pick up day and the person who answered the phone was not personal and sounded like she hated her job! Not to mention she hung up on my trying to find out when my car would be ready. This was husbands idea to use them as he had. I wont be going back.

The worst. I drove over an hour to get to the Lexus dealer for a quote on some minor body damage. When i get there they tell me i have to go back to their collision center, which I had driven by on my way. I go in at 4:50 pm and they close at 6 pm. They inform me that I will have to schedule an appointment for next week because there is no one there after 4 pm who can look at it. So Im supposed to drive another hour across town and then repeat next week before i can even get a quote? I dealt with Hendrick in Charlotte faithfully but their Charleston operations are an absolute embarrassment to the company. Everyone in both the dealership and Body shop have been arrogant, not at all helpful and they could care less that you are inconvenienced. They are the worst customer service Ive dealt with. We have body shops across town so I can promise you that I will not be back. Dont waste your time. I will not buy a lexus next time either simply because I dont want to have to deal with Hendrick.

I would not recommend this place ! Go elsewhere if you can ! Total rip off !!? My car ended up literally just sitting here for two months overs a job that was supposed to only take ten days !!! While it sat here of course it racked up over $1000 worth of storage fees & other bogus charges ! I must say Tyler Billitier was THE WORST advisor/rep(or whatever he was) I have ever dealt with he avoids all calls and contact with you pertaining to your vehicle and when they will actually began working on it ! & when you are reluctant enough to get him on the phone he is just very cold and careless! The day I brought my car there he immediately told me “i don’t know why you bright your car here this looks like a total loss🙄” The only time I was ever able to get them to start working on my car was when I drove there and asked to speak the manager Paul! Coincidentally another customer was in the lobby at that same time complaining about his car being there beyond the expected repair time! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT bring your vehicle here for repairs you would end up owing enough to purchase a brand new car and still end up with absolutely nothing done not to mention being voided !

I dont give 1 or 2 star ratings unless SOMETHING is egregiously wrong with a place. I had to take my car there for some maintenance and have been told twice that the repairs were going to take days longer than the original estimate. One, maybe two days is annoying, but acceptable. Over a week... I have a problem with that. Especially since they seem to communicate with you, the carless individual who lives an hour away from civilization.Not impressed in the least. Makes me want to trade my car in just because of this experience.

Update: The new general manager has contacted me within 1 hour to rectify the issues I still have with the vehicle. The prior manager my review posted below references is no longer employed at this location. I will modify this review if needed after my issues are addressed but the new GM took it upon himself to contact me to fix his predecessor`s mistakes which is a great first step.My prior one star review due to the old general manager:AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Terrible service, especially the general manager. They tried to fix my G8 GXP after a front end collision damaging the bumper, headlight, fender, wheel, and side view mirror. They claimed it was fixed 6 times causing me to drive down to pick it up. They refuse to cover a rental since as the insurance only covers the first time when they assume a repair shop actually is competent enough to fix it right.The first time I went to pick it up there was still red paint on the headlight from the other vehicle! They broke the door mount inside when replacing the side mirror so the whole arm rest was dangling loose. The door jams didnt align right and leaked water.If I didnt have my own tools and knew how to fix some of this stuff myself I would have taken it somewhere else and sues these frauds. I had good experiences when Mr. Carter worked there but ever since they moved to the other side of 17 their service lacks any notable redeeming quality.I used to work as a grease monkey back in high school and still turn almost all of my own wrenches. This place Has cost me at least a 10-1 ratio of time wasted due to their lack of professionalism or mechanical abilities compared to just ordering parts and fixing it myself. They arent worth the time to even call to make an appointment, which can be considerable since they put you on hold over and over again.

Back story: I was involved in a hit and run about a month ago and for anyone that has not had to deal with that experience every aspect of it is a headache. Anyway, I decided to use Hendrick Collision because I just bought my car off this Hendrick lot a few months prior and I had an amazing experience. I admit I did not read the Google reviews until after I dropped my car off and when I finally read them, I thought I made a terrible decision. Boy was I delighted to find out the reviews were oh so wrong. My entire experience was amazing from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. I think a lot of the negative reviews come from not understanding how the business works and that issues that come up might not be the body shops fault but more so the insurance company not paying or dragging their feet. I hope this review helps combat some of the negative reviews posted because it was really nothing short of a great experience in what was really a terrible situation. Tyler was the gentleman who worked on my car and he kept me up to date via text and phone calls on every step through the process. Thank you so much for everything!

It is never a good day for anyone dropping their car off at a collision center, however the people at Hendrick Luxury Collision Center make it so much easier. My representative, Karen Jankowski was a pleasure to work with. Making sure that I was informed throughout the entire process, her care for her customer as well as her friendly demeanor made for a better experience.
