My lack of knowledge of how to buy a new car was taken for granted. I don’t know what to do or where to go for help. I bought my son a new car that they ran out to me and sworn that I was getting a great deal that the last year models was getting ready to be taken off the lot. 2016 Dodge Charger I signed up for a 5 year payment plan so I was told and shown on the desk. I also went back two years later and made a payment to my bank of 10,000$ the dealership told me that I should of said that I want to add it to the principal. I didn’t know what that meant. When I get close to thinking that my payment book should be showing that this is my last year of payments I goes back and look at my papers seeing that I had a payment plan of 8 years. I have and would never take a car with a 8 year payment plan. I didn’t even think that they went that far. I would never buy another car or recommend anyone to buy a car from Chantilly ourisman Dodge ever they took advantage of me from the very beginning I will continue to tell my story until someone hears me. First time car buyer here.I’m so unhappy with the service here. My experience purchasing a car has been so stressful. I was told I was impatient during the process. I was told there were 2 black challengers in the area (what I wanted) but was then told they were sold. I was disappointed but they did find a great alternative (granite) and had it delivered to the dealership. I signed off on paperwork and man, I felt happy and relieved that I finally had my dream car. The trade in and buying process took three days.We picked up the car at night and it was raining. When we got to our garage at home, we realized there was a paint chip and missing floor mats. I called to get these issues fixed. I went back only to be sent home with the wrong MOPAR touch paint pen. My partner and I sat in our garage stressing before realizing that it shouldn’t be our responsibility to fix it. I did not want to potentially mess the paint up.I’ve attempted so many times to get someone on the phone, specially the salesman and it was nearly impossible. I had to personally drive 30 minutes to the dealership multiple times for someone to assist me since no one could answer the phone.At one point, I got through to a sales manager. I told him my concerns and he said “it could be worse”. He mentioned that everyone was really busy at the dealership. Then he said he would make sure that someone would call me the next morning. I got no call.Three weeks or so have passed and nothing has been resolved. No floor mats or fixed paint.We do have an IOU for paint repair now but it’s unclear of when I can go in. I will say that George has been helpful in guiding us in the right direction.George - you made me fall in love with the challenger and I can’t thank you enough for helping in the beginning of this process. You done your best as well to guide me through this mess and have helped in getting me answers.At this point I’m exhausted and very disappointed. I may have to end up paying out of pocket for this mess. I honestly felt like I was being annoying and impatient during this experience. My mom works for NADA and I have been using her as a resource during this process and agrees that this is not a normal experience.

Dropped off my Jeep for a $1600.00 rear engine main seal replacement. Dealer created TWO new problems that left me on the side of the road from 12:30 AM to 2:30 AM. Problem one was a broken shift cable bracket, and an issue that caused my transmission to lose all of its fluid while in use. Jeep could not get towed till 10:30AM that same morning. I had to WALK home. This negligence forced me to call off of work to handle this situation. It took 15 days to get my Jeep back after dropping it off for initial service on 10/04 and finally getting it back 10/19. Service director offered me a measly $350.00 for my troubles, which was unacceptable considering everything I went through, and money I lost out on due to the negligence. I am now considering leaving the Jeep family forever due to how I was treated and this terrible experience. I do NOT recommend this location for the reasons listed above.

David the salesman was awesome. Finance guy(cant remember his name) is a miserable human being. My wife, 6 month old baby, and I were trying to get in and out as fast as possible. This finance person went out of his way to add Zurich Shield for us...made it seem like he was doing us a favor. Anways, I saw that he had slipped it in when signing the final paperwork, I thought I could cancel it later and also needed to get out of there ASAP(crying baby) so I just signed anyways. Turns out you cant get refunded for it.....890 dollars later. Anyways, moral of the story is dont bring a baby and DEFINITELY dont trust the finance people.

UPDATE! August 31st, they responded review and asked me to email and they haven’t made any attempt to contact me even though I already sent an email. So Again, UNPROFESSIONAL dealer.This is unbelievable. This dealer told me a total price on the phone and made me waste my time making me come there and giving me a whole different price, at least 4 thousand dollars more. We negotiated and agreed on a price, they told me the car was mine, that hey would put a sold sign in the car and that I could bring the check next day. They call me in the morning to confirm the appointment for taking my car home and a few hours later, when I have the check from my bank and all documents ready for the appointment, text me saying they sold the car to another person!!! This is a really UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE dealer, and worst of all, I was gonna call the manager, but SURPRISE!!! Its the manager who made the decision according to the salesperson. I would not recommend getting a car through them IN A THOUSAND YEARS!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD.

I was searching for a car online and I found one I liked, 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4 Lux. Once I asked if it was available there Kim responded in a matter of minutes and said it was there and asked if I wanted to have a test drive with it! She also asked if I was going to trade in my old car and I said yes and told me the things I needed to bring. The next day went as smooth as butter. I am very disappointed to write this review. Ive had mostly good maintenance at this facility, but today was the reason for this poor review. I would be very careful at this business.I scheduled corrective maintenance to address an odd noise when braking, tire rotation, and oil change. I got in, and the service specialist had a few recommendations. He recommended a front brake pad replacement, brake flush, alignment, and cabin filter replacement. If it werent for me getting corrective maintenance a few weeks earlier, I wouldve possibly had done all this work, but my previous maintenance addressed an alignment issue and a brake flush was performed then. I declined all service sans the front brake pad replacement, oil change, and tire rotation, and authorized work, letting the service specialist know previous work was done to correct those issues. Work was performed as as I left the noise was still present when braking. I readdressed the issue, was almost talked off the subject, and they reinvestigated and found the REAR brakes were making the noise. The noise does not affect braking function, so I declined rear brake replacements and left.This lack of technical diagnostics, attempt at upselling previous services, and failure to check vehicle history felt like a scam. I caution future service needed there, I will not be returning to this dealership.
