Unfortunately I have video rather than photo proof. The car my teenage daughter bought leaks water like a shower when it rains. Water pours in the back window area. When we asked to return the car (as that was not the only issue with it!) the owner of Super Bee was rude and not at all understanding or helpful in trying to make it right. He states it’s our problem and what happens when you buy a used car. If I could give zero stars I would. Stay far, FAR AWAY from this dealership.

They rip you off steer clear! They sold a faulty car that when it rains the water comes in the car and will not repair or replace (buy back) the vehicle. Scam artists. Better places to shop!

In April, I bought an SUV from Super Bee Auto. Naveed was my salesman and he was great! I live 2 hours away, so I asked lots of questions before I committed to driving that far to look at a car. He answered every one and was very helpful. He even came in on a Sunday for me to look at it and complete the transaction. There was a small issue with not getting something I was told I would receive, but in the end, that was rectified to my satisfaction. It was a great experience and I would definitely buy from them again.

Found a car they posted online and was headed up to purchase was told to call the next morning because I was 2 hrs away before driving that far. When calling was told sure see you when you get here, when we get there car was sold… Said guy went to the bank, okay fine why not call and tell us at that point would of saved us another hour drive there and 3 hrs back due to DC traffic. So to top this off we go to dealer right acrossFrom them and when they see us test driving a car they text about giving us another car they have $1000 off of what he says is a 13500 price tag I’m thinking ok at least he’s trying to make it right until I look at their site and the car is listed at 12,500… Do not drive any distance on this guys word. And if they are offering money off i guess he didn’t think it would be as simple as me viewing their website..

Super bee auto is the worst dealer I ever dealt with. I purchased a car and 2 days later the engine light came on, I took the car to check what’s wrong he said the car sold as is fine but what happen is the car had an engine issue and the owner is a cheater and he cleared the codes until the car is sold and after that he said it’s not my problem. NOT A TRUTHFUL PERSON!! I wish I could could give ZERO star.

Good car deals and they can fix any problem that comes up after a test drive. Plus the warranty the place offers.However, the best rule is still to trust your mechanics opinion.

Do not buy from them! Took it to a mechanic to get it checked out as soon as we purchased it and the mechanic said that the frame was so rusted they didnt even feel safe getting under the vehicle. I did not receive the inspection sticker and when I had to pay to get it I was told that there was another recent one and asked if I wanted it as well. The first inspection failed the vehicle due to problems that could not be fixed (frame rusted through, rusted brake system, etc.). Miraculously it passed right after that. I was put in touch with the inspectors supervisor who said that this particular inspector has been written up for false approvals and that it is known that he accepts bribes to pass vehicles. Had to get an attorney involved and paid over 3000.00 as a penalty in order to get Superbee to take the vehicle back. Do not buy from them! Too many other issues through this process to even list. Promised a title but it was never provided and many, many other lies. Naveed and Mo seemed so nice and sincere. Do not be fooled by this!

The great people who work here will take care of your every need with their inventory. Great deals, good appraisals for trade ins, great mechanic and nice inventory with low mileage. You can get good deals here. Prove to me otherwise!

The worst ordeal Ive ever had buying a vehicle. It failed my states inspection after they had it inspected upon purchase, costing me money for repairs. It took them over 2 months to provide me with a clean title so I could register the vehicle. And the lack of communication during this process was horrendous. Very unprofessional all around. I do not recommend.

DO NOT TRUST SUPERBEE AUTO! I purchased a vehicle over the internet from out-of-state because of the EXCELLENT condition Mo stated the vehicle was in. IT WAS A PIECE OF JUNK - rusted through frame ( that they pray painted over in order to try and hide) i found the caps to (2)cans of spray paint that miraculously color matched the newly painted rust,leaking master cylinder ( they stated brakes were NEW - ONLY the pads and rotors the rest of the brake system was rusting away to nothingness they topped off the brake fluid and said it was good to go)and many more problems bad bed liner,rusted through body panels,etc.... It took almost a month to get the title for the vehicle eventhough I was told on the phone it would be put in the mail multiple times.SUPERBEE AUTO is great at taking artfully constructed pics that do not show damage or wear to vehicle.I was lied to about the 4x4 - MO stated it worked perfectly and was push button activated but it was actually a manual shift that had an aftermarket switch attached to the shifter but no one was able to explain the need or function of the switch.The 4x4 did not operate upon delivery of the vehicle.I tried to speak to SUPERBEE and return the vehicle soon after its delivery upon finding the multiple problems.First conversation with MO and he stated he would only take the vehicle back after a $2000 penalty and return shipping paid by me. Second conversation-MO stated $1500 penalty and return shipping.Finally after multiple calls and thoroughly explaing the problems were existing and were not divulged to me through truth in advertising SUPERBEE agreed to take the vehicle back only after I threatened legal action - but after the vehicle was returned SUPERBEE stated it had NEW problems (BAD BRAKES,rusted through spots) and said I would have to pay for damages- I agreed to pay but they would not give a detailed estimate and cause for the problems they would only state HOW MUCH IT COST TO FIX I chose to pay the price of the new found damages as not to be stuck with a LEMON that was now multiple states away and not in my possession.This turned out to be the easiest and most efficient way to rid myself of the piece of junk.Do not buy a flare side f150 with low miles if they try to sell it again. SUPERBEE AUTO is AWFUL!!!in response to SUPERBEE - i tried to return the vehicle earlier but you would not take it back. I spent the next month and a half consulting with a lawyer, compiling information and finally proving just how untruthful and awful you truly are. Yes Mo at Superbee agreed to take the vehicle back but only after I threatened legal action and explained the evidence that I had compiled.Superbee could have taken the vehicle back the first time and avoided all the hassle and the review. Dont let Superbee take advantage of you over the internet as they tried to do to me. They cannot be trusted

Drove two hours to look at a car...once I arrived I was dismissed. He didn’t want to show me the car or even talk to me. He claimed that the car was just sold 10 mins ago. He made me schedule a whole appointment for nothing. I would not recommend this establishment.

My experience was very good. Mr. Othman is an entrepreneur focused on customer service and earning a good reputation. The customer deals directly with him, not some salesman focused only on getting a commission. He will succeed because his goal is customer satisfaction and repeat business. After the purchase, he made a special trip to my house to deliver the new license plates and also new floor mats. As agreed, he repaired a scratch on the body of the car and did more than what he promised, painting the entire rear bumper because he wanted to satisfy himself that the cars appearance was in excellent condition, even though I did not even ask him to do so. Very refreshing to see someone in retail go above and beyond the basic requirement.

Ill start by saying I rarely write reviews on anything. I needed a bigger car for my growing family. I found a suburban at super bee auto. From start to finish the experience was fantastic (and that is coming from somebody who is naturally suspicious by nature). The team there were upfront about everything and we have had the car 3 months now and it is going great. Perhaps most remarkable thing however was that our suburban came equipped with an entertainment system with two screens in the back for the kids. About a week after we had the car we were reading the user guide and found that the entertainment system usually came with Bluetooth headphones. I happened to callsuper bee just to see if by chance they had received them when they purchased the car used. They had not but said they would follow up with the original owner. Two months later I get a phone call from the owner to tell me they were able to get the headphones and to either come pick them up or they would mail them out. We picked them up this weekend. I share this because these guys stand behind what they are selling. They could have just forgotten about my ask but they didnt. I can only imagine what it took for them to find the headphones given I am sure they probably bought the car at auction or from some other dealer. Kudos to them. Id go back and do business with them in a heart beat.

I called rez directly on his cellphone. As long as I can remember, Ive always wanted this specific vehicle. I finally found 1 at Super Bee Auto. Im not sure of peoples expectations when it comes to used csrs, but this one was beautiful. It had low mileage and reasonably priced. I did have a few concerns about the car but Sam addressed all of them. He was even willing to pay for a replacement key out of his own pocket when he thought he lost it. Its only been 2 weeks, so far so good.Thanks Sam for finding my dream car.

My husband and I purchased a 2013 BMW 335i convertible hardtop in November 2017. We are writing this review on Christmas Day as this was our present!! We had looked online for this particular vehicle and equipped as we wanted. We checked dealers across the country. We located exactly what we wanted plus a couple extras and were delighted to find the vehicle only had 20,000 miles. The price was not low. More importantly to us was that it was fair. Mr. Othman maintains an inventory of quality vehicles. When it was time to make the purchase Mr. and Mrs. Othman not only handled that transaction well but afterwards we chatted for awhile as old friends. We love our car and appreciated the experience. As a side note, we drove up from South Carolina to see this car and subsequently make the purchase..

Horrible! I was completely lied to. The car had multiple problems. I flew in from out of state and found that many things I discussed on the phone were lies. The car had dents, scratches, leaking drive axle causing ABS and transmission issues, and 2 cracked rims and third was replaced. The owner lied and said there was a recall on the power stearing pump and it was replaced and thats the reason for the oil leak. The car vibrated badly. I took it to a local mechanic and found multiple problems (listed above). The mechanic asked if it had been taken off roading. DONT TRUST THIS GUY.

Remember when i was trying to buy bmw 550, when i would break it was shaking and you said that it’s because the car stayed so long on same spot and one side of tire got flat cus the car weight.. well so here is my rate for you !

My Wife & I bought a GL450 Mercedes From this car lot. I beg of u to run fast. He is a liar & con artis. Osama is like any other small dealership. They are out for a buck!! We hv had our Suv now for not even a month.I call him because I hear noses coming from under hood or ball joints. On May 7, 2016, I bought a 2008 Mercedes Benz GL450 from Osama and his wife Bebe. The interior of the car was in excellent condition, and looked as though it had barely been sat in. The exterior had a few minor imperfections, but again it was in very good condition. They had also just put brand new tires on the car. Throughout the entire process, Osama was honest and forthcoming and was more than willing to answer all of my questions. He allowed me to test drive the car on my own, and when I was deciding whether I wanted to buy the car he was more than willing to let an outside garage pick up the car and run it through a variety of tests for me. The car came back from the garage with a glowing report with the exception of a few repairs that needed to be done. The mechanic also gave Osama a copy of the report and estimate on repairs. Osama offered to do the repairs for us, which was amazing! I never felt pressured by Osama or Bebe to do anything or agree to anything I didnt want to. Osama and Bebe were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They were accommodating, organized, and quite knowledgeable about the vehicles. I am very pleased with my new SUV, and feel comfortable in saying I got a good and fair deal. My daughter will be looking for a car in the future, and we will be going back to Super Bee Auto to find her the perfect car. If you are looking for a luxury brand car in excellent condition with low mileage, and for a pleasant car buying experience, then you should definitely consider going to Super Bee Auto.

Othman the owner was a very friendly and helpful guy, He show me the info of the car and then try to help me with the finance, actually He referred me to a Lender and save a lot of money getting a low interest rate.
