Im a little torn writing this review, because I 100% love the vehicle that I purchased from Best Auto Group, but the customer service and communication was so bad that I actually had to file a formal complaint and get state officials involved to get answers about what was happening.My main problem with this business is that when I was in the looking/purchasing phase, the customer service was great. They answered all of my questions, and picked up the phone every single time I called. Though I paid for my car in full, I did not receive my Title at the time of purchase, and I was initially okay with that because I was told Id get it in under 30 days. After I gave them my money, everything changed.In the 2+ months that it took me to finally receive my title (which I’ve learned isn’t exactly legal), I was able to get in touch with someone only TWICE out of the many times I called and left voicemails. Imagine driving around with expired temporary tags because you werent able to get in touch with the dealership to extend them? I wanted to give them leeway, but they completely stopped communicating with me, so I had to get people involved that they couldnt ignore. And now I have my title.My advice to Best Auto Group is to get more staff, get a secretary, get someone dedicated to answering the phone every time someone calls. Because while I would have been disappointed to hear “we don’t have your title yet” it would’ve been better than being ignored. The blatant lack of communication was shady to me, and that’s not how you want to look as a business. Hopefully you do better by others in the future.

Excellent dealer. Highly recommended. Great pricing.I purchased a 2019 Ford Transit 250 extended/high roof here in April 2020. Vehicle had low miles and was in excellent shape. I converted it into a camper and have since driven it more than 12,000 miles across the country. Ive had no problems whatsoever.I worked with Juan, and he was fantastic. Getting the vehicle registered in DC in the height of COVID was challenging (because of the DC DMV backlog), but Juan took care of everything, sending me temp tags as needed.Overall, a great experience.

The best place to buy a car. Not only are they all high quality, but they are extremely no pressure oriented. Theres no constant phone calls and harassing emails. Seriously the best place. I bought my Hyundai for well below market value and its in wonderful condition. Juan was wonderful and really made the experience less stressful.He really walked us through the whole process and explained step by step what we needed to do.1000000% will return and recommend anyone looking for a car to go here.

Buyer beware! Best Auto Group Inc is an untrustworthy company which sells cars which have been involved in major accidents and lies about it. We bought a 2019 Toyota Rav4 for my son which had slightly over 3000 miles. Juan Valesquez was the sales person we worked with and the one who told us that the car had been used as a rental and had been involved in a very minor accident which had resulted in only cosmetic damage. He claimed that the company had made the minor repairs and paint themselves and that there was nothing to worry about. On the surface, the car looked great. However, a few months later, my son started noticing that the paint on the hood was chipping, and there was something wrong with the wheel cover. He contacted Juan numerous times, but was unable to get him on the phone. He emailed him several times as well, but Juan never replied to his emails. Fast forward a little over a year, some reckless driver backed into my sons car in a parking lot and caused some minor damage to his front bumper. Our insurance had no problem replacing the bumper, but during the inspection for the repairs, the garage discovered that the car had been involved in a major car accident. The hood, undercarriage and front right side of the frame had buckled in the original accident which caused major damage. Unfortunately, our insurance will not cover these repairs because they happened before we purchased the car. If the car gets involved in another major accident, it would result in severe damage to the engine due to the previous accident. Best Auto Group Inc was recommended to us by USAA Savings Bank, which we have trusted for years. We informed USAA of this problem and requested that Best Auto Group Inc be removed from USAAs recommendation list. You have been warned. Best Auto Group Inc is not to be trusted. If you buy a car from them, you are are taking a risk of buying a vehicle which has been involved in an accident and not repaired to standards. You make the choice. Had I read such a review as this one, I would not have made a from Best Auto Group Inc.

Update: I paid ticket same day i was notified which was not by you. That was last year and over three months after I bought the car.. if you had processed my tags timely that would not be the case. I will contact va vehicles Monday with the facts.....Great car BAD experience getting tags. Bought a 2020 Camry in July 2020. To the date (March 2021), I have not received tags from the dealer. No communication on the progress. Ive called many times over the past 8 months and Im told that they are working on it but they never call again with an update. The DMV status is they submitted an over 90 old check in October and they were told to send another check and never did. Worst experience with a dealer in 30 years!!!

Juan is the top dealer, salesman Ive dealt with. Great honest, friendly, and informative approach that made the decision to get my new Honda much easier. Im ecstatic about my new car, and I would highly recommend talking with him if you need a good car and only want to deal with someone professional and trustworthy. Im my experience, it is rare among dealers, so it was a relief to get to Best Auto and find the perfect car at the right price.

I got a car from them..they told me that have warranty front that Dealer and went I went to them ..car need 2000 dollars in repairs and warranty was no effective becaused they do a nasty repair..they dont show you that real car fax..

I bought a 2019 Nissan Frontier from Best Auto group. The truck had some issues with it and the owner agree to fix them. The truck didnt pass MD inspection since it had a hitch, suspension and shock problem. The owner agreed to pay for it to be fixed so it would pass inspection. I had to make several trips to the dealer and back because of the issues. The owner handled everything very well and was very respectful. I would be careful and make sure the vehicle you purchase is fully inspected properly since there were some big issues that were missed. At the end of the day the dealer is trying to make money and he sells car at the lower end of market price. Just make sure that the vehicle you are purchasing doesnt have any issues and I recommend bringing someone who knows about vehicles to the dealer before purchasing.Would I purchase from them again? Yes, but only if I had a mechanic there when purchasing.

Bought a Toyota Corolla LE 2019 in September end. Had checked that carfax report and it had one minor accident. All was good for a week until we went for a check up and got the report that the inner fender (part near the front tire) was not fixed and it was not a genuine Toyota part. In a couple of days, while we were out, the inner fender came out mid way and we somehow managed to come back home. Called them the next day and they said that they can repair only when we come to them (which is quiet far from our house). We asked if he would pay for the mechanic, and he denied. Would suggest to check the car nicely. Anyways, a person who does not have much knowledge about the auto parts would not have been able to see if that part is fixed or not!P.S - we also found stains on the back seat!All and all.. Wasnt a very good experience for us.

WELL i was hesitant to write this review.First the sale was smooth, however the car was still nice and good deal.BUT TO FIND OUT AFTER 6 MONTH THAT MY BRAND NEW TOYOTA CAMRY WAS WRECKED BEFORE AND FRAME HAD WELD ON IT.... PICTURES AND DOCUMENTATIONS ARE SAVED AS OF NOW.THIS WAS NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME AND SHOWED UP ON CARFAX AFTER 45 DAYS. (THAT THE THE CAR BEEN SEVERELY HIT AND VEHICLE WAS DISABLED PER CAR FAX ...FRAME DAMAGE.I REACHED OUT TO CAR FAX AND WE SAW THAT THEY KNEW ABOUT IT BUT NEVER DISCLOSED. IAM REACHING OUT TO DEALER BOARD....

My son purchased a 2017 Subaru from here. It was sold under false pretenses. Many things wrong with car that they failed to disclose. Shame on them. 8,000 dollars worth of things on a 20,000 dollar car which was purchased to provide a safe ride for himself and family. Now there just trying to ignore there ignorance. Time to lawyer up!

This place seemed to good to be true, but I did a lot of research on this company and decided to give it a try. I bought my car and was super happy with it, but trying to get the title from this place was an awful experience. It took over 3 months to get my title, which really sucked since im a Pennsylvania resident. I kept calling and wasnt getting a responses. I know things can take time, but for them to outright ignore me was upsetting. After months of contacting them repeatedly, I eventually got my title and now my car is PA legal. So otherwise, great service and amazing prices. But I definitely wont be buying another car out of state.

The worst dealership I bought a used 2018 toyota corolla from them they are liars they lied to me about the price of the vehicle, they put $700 extra on the price of the car, when applying for financing they only did for two banks and said you are denied by one and approved by other on in a rate of 12.49% while my score was 771 when I asked him to try some more banks specifically Wellsfargo which I have account with them he said there is no point trying more banks cuz I already know the consequences which will be a denial. They didnt tell me about front bumper which I later found out was replaced and painted, I didnt have the experience of buying a car from dealership thats why he took advantage of me.

So where should I start Juan and Khaled are stand up guys. I just bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue SV from them. I had financing through my bank but with my equity it took me over my pre approved check amount these guys worked out a deal with me that kept me comfortable. I had an issue with my AC within first week totally not their fault they told me to bring it in they went to Nissan for me and got it fixed as it was still under Nissan Warranty and gave me a loaner while it was getting fixed. Let me tell you Infiniti didnt even do that for me when Ive gotten warranty service before. I would recommend them to anyone as they are fair in pricing and genuinely respectable businessmen. I respect them and will be doing business with them again.
