Best car buying experience I ever had. I’m from out of town (Florida). Jarrod had the exact vehicle I was looking for(18’ Trackhawk) Dealing with him was so easy. After negotiating a fair price he walked me through the process of doing the wire transfer. He kept me up-to-date as soon as it cleared. He then quickly located a transporter and set everything up for it to be delivered. He kept me up-to-date with text messages every step of the way with photos once the vehicle was safely loaded on the transport truck. Two days later it arrived right at my doorstep in Florida. I still cannot get over how clean the vehicle is. I work in auto reconditioning so I have a trained eye to see the slightest imperfections on a vehicle. This car arrived completely flawless. I have a car problem like most of you reading this review. I buy and sell a number of high end cars. I can honestly say that Jarrod may the purchase of my first Ferrari very easy. He didnt play any games in negotiating the price and was straightforward. The car was as represented, and the couple minors items that surfaced in the PPI, he fixed without any hesitation. As I am on the west coast, he was able to arrange shipping with a great company, that was considerably less money, and had the car picked up within the week, instead of 3-4 week from the other folks. He also showed up on a Saturday night to personally deliver the 458 to the shipping company. He went above and beyond to make this deal seamless and trouble free. If he has another car I want in the future, I will without a doubt use him again. He is really a great honest guy in an industry not know for honest salesman. Thanks Jarrod! I love the 458!

My experience with Motorcars Washington and its owner, Jarrod, has been simply the best Ive had anywhere, ever. My concerns with purchasing an exotic vehicle remotely for the first time, with no ability to see the vehicle myself due to COVID travel restrictions, were addressed completely, respectfully, and professionally by Jarrod and his team. From the first interaction, it was clear that I had found someone with unwavering integrity, deep expertise in high end cars, and a personal mission to see a satisfied customer. I will describe the process in more detail below, but the punchline is that Im now able to own a one-of-a-kind truck that Ive literally sought for a decade, and I couldnt be happier with every aspect of it.1) The beginning - After seeing the vehicle in a classified advertisement online, I sent a message to the number listed. The message was returned by Jarrod instantly, offering to answer any questions either by text, phone, email or video2) The diligence - I asked a lot of questions, many of which Im sure seemed silly due to my never having done a transaction like this remotely. I received dozens of pictures, documents, technical specs, as well as a direct referral to the company that built the vehicle 10 years ago. Total transparency in every aspect, with the constant refrain of wanting to make sure I was happy with the purchase. When I called the OEMs head of production to ask for a recommendation on a shop near DC to inspect the truck, he said theres only one person Ive worked with in the area that I trust implicitly, and thats Jarrod at Motorcars Washington. The OEM did a comprehensive inspection over video, and I did a second one as well. Everything was as advertised, or in many cases better3) The transaction - After agreeing a fair price, Jarrod prepared all of the necessary documentation within hours, and we did the deal that day. He agreed to send the vehicle to his go-do high-end mechanic shop for a drains up inspection, so that any minor things could be resolved to a like new standard. His constant refrain was I want this truck to be perfect for you. Within a week, it was indeed brought to a state of mechanical and visual perfection, including such details as resurfacing the shifting knob. My expense for this extra step was nominal, and I would say it was worth every nickel4) The delivery and follow-up - This is where things really get good. Jarrod secured high-end, point-to-point delivery that had the vehicle at my home in Texas within 36 hours. When it arrived, around dinner time on a Saturday, the care that had been taken to keep it perfect during transport was beyond obvious. Jarrod texted me straight away (even though it was late his time) to make sure that everything was OK, and he again offered to answer any questions. What makes this part so special is that he shared my excitement over the truck... the guy just loves cars and cares deeply about his customers being happy with their investment. I continue to ask questions from time-to-time, and he continues to respond immediately. I cant say that for any other vehicle purchase Ive made, and I would eagerly purchase another vehicle from MW in the future.

I never really leave reviews unless the experience really deserved it, so I was in the market for a nice low mileage BMW M5 F10, came across an exact one I was looking for from this dealership. By looking at the reviews from different sources I decided to contact them and reached out to Jarrod by text and we agreed on the price and he ended up holding the car for me for a week without deposit which was really awesome since my schedule was really tight and I couldnt make it any sooner so I decided to rent a car out there drove 7 hours to check it out, it was just as described. Went their local BMW dealer for PPI just to check for any recalls and perform regular maintenance which Jarrod had no issues with.. after everything went well I ended up driving home with my new car, bottom line is that this was the best car buying experience! even better than the official BMW dealership here at my hometown. Out of state buyer from Nebraska. Bought the car sight unseen except for the pictures on the website and Ebay. This was the first time Id ever bought something quite this expensive (>$50k) without laying eyes on it. Jarrod was responsive both via text and telephone. I bought my own carfax on the car and knew that there were two previous owners, and it was a really good feeling when I asked Jarrod on the phone to tell me about the car and he said I know both the previous owners, which made me comfortable that was was a straight shooter and honest...not just telling stories or trying to sell the car. In fact, he really didnt try to sell the car at all. The pricing was right for what was there and I couldnt argue with what he was asking for it.Jarrod took the time to walk me through what he needed from me to get the paperwork going, and over the course of a few weeks we got the deal done. It was loaded up on a private enclosed single stall trailer and showed up on my doorstep 30 hours later in mint condition. I will absolutely recommend Motorcars Washington to my friends based on this experience, and if Im lucky Ill be back for another down the road.

Most dealers are very pushy and dont give clients the time of day to really find out if they like a car. Theyre always trying to get you to sign papers and commit to a loan before you even test drive! Im 18 years old and most dealers didnt take me seriously when I was looking at exotics. I was most times even kicked out of dealerships! Jarrod made me feel welcome to come to the shop and check out cars. His warehouse has so many exotics I strongly recommend dropping by just to see all the amazing cars. I ended up falling in love with a Ferrari California and purchased it from him shortly after. Any questions Ive had while owning the car Jarrod has helped me with and he even fixed a speaker in the car free of charge. Jarrod made my car buying experience something exciting rather than a worry of being ripped off. Not only that, but hes very knowledgable about cars. Exceptional service! Ehsun is bar-none the most honest, thorough and competent mechanic I have ever encountered in my 45+ years on this Earth. I took my 69 Chevelle in to fix several problems created by another garage, and Ehsun quickly addressed and fixed the issues, as well as, alerted me to various other issues that needed attention. Wow! What a car buying experience should be like. I literally called Jarrod up with what we were looking for (Black on Black X5 4.8 fully loaded) and within hours we were testing driving our new BMW. Jarrod’s approach to car sales is unlike any other dealer experience I have ever had. Typically I would rather go to the Dentist than walk into a car dealership. But Jarrod at Motorcars Washington made this the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had (this will be my 19th vehicle purchase, what can I say I am car guy).Jarrod is so meticulous and the quality, attention to detail, and the condition of the cars we saw blew away what we test drove at the big name dealerships in the area. I also liked the fact that Jarrod was even willing to give honest advice about the purchase rather than giving us the hard sell and trying to tell us this deal is only good today (which is the typical car salesmen tactic). I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Jarrod at Motorcars Washington. I had never purchased a car from out of state, but Jarrod made the experience very smooth and positive. He did a full car walk around via FaceTime with me. He was very honest in pointing out all the small blemishes a used car collects. We negotiated a fair deal for both of us, and Jarrod arranged the transportation. My AMG wagon showed up exactly when it was supposed to, cleaner than I expected, with an almost new set of winter tires. Jarrod said he remembered buying the car with them, and thought I’d probably like to have them. I saw the 2016 Porsche Boxster Spyder on line at Motorcars Washington that I have been looking for and called Jerrod. He was very courteous and informative about the car. We discussed me trading in my car and subject to an inspection by each of us, we made a deal on the phone. I drove 300 miles the next day, we inspected each others cars, completed the deal and I was back on the road for home. It doesn’t get any better than this, I only wish I lived nearby, I traveled 8 hours to service my SL55 here on a recommendation from a performance parts supplier and read other reviews. Still a gamble yes but I won big BIG!!! The 3 ppl I dealt with; Jarrod, ehsub and Monica all were knowledgeable and u would think Monica was there to answer phones and look awesome, not true she knows all about the cars and was the one to get the computer lined out from downloading the tune to figuring out how to change settings in the AMG menu. Ehsub is youngish but an excellent mechanic, up to date on all the exotic cars and systems, I’m truly impressed! Jarrod is the owner manager guy and he follows up on everything, even how I liked the restraint he sent me to. He priced everything fairly, paid me for a return and returned it for me and the 3 of them act more like family than co worhkers or boss employees. Go there to do anything to or to squire an exotic/performance vehicle, they all have a passion for cool cars and it’s thier life . The polar opposite of a stealership at a fraction of the price. It was worth the 16 hours pulling my car on a trailer to add 100hp and reprogram the settings. God bless these guys!

I just purchased a 2017 BMW M3 from Jarrod Elwinger at Motorcars Washington which ended up being a truly excellent experience. In one or two calls and a handful of texts I was able to get all the info I needed on the car as well as lots of pics. He gave me a very fair price, got all of the paperwork done properly on the first go, and even met me on a Sunday morning to complete the transaction which included a tour of his very impressive showroom/shop and a walk through of the cars different features. He followed up a few times to ensure that my expectations were met and he got my plates and title to me via Fedex within the next week thus avoiding a trip to the DMV. If you want to buy from someone who loves special cars and delivers a great overall experience then Jarrod is your guy. A+

My girlfriend and I drove up to Motorcars Washington on our day off and were immediately introduced to Jarrod when we walked into the showroom floor. He was very easy to deal with and showed us around the dealership. His team was also very helpful and friendly during our visit. We inspected and test drove a Supercharged Jeep GC SRT8 a couple of times, then finally decided to purchase it. The vehicle was already priced fairly well (market value without the high performance aftermarket parts) and before I even tried to haggle the price Jarrod gave me a couple of discounts. The vehicle was a new arrival and not fully reconditioned yet, so Jarrod wanted to make sure the vehicle was right and our expectations were met even after the paperwork was signed. The tires were somewhat worn and he did not get to replace them yet, so he asked me if I had a preference on the replacement tires. I opted for the higher-priced, Goodyear EMT all-season run flat tires since winter is just around the corner. He told us this was all free of charge and would expedite the process even after I purchased the vehicle and yes, he kept his word. We did not pay one penny extra and our vehicle was ready after a day and a half - reconditioned, inspected, new tires, etc. This was one of the best and easiest vehicle buying experiences. Whenever possible I try to purchase from private parties because you always know what youre getting and it avoids all the hassles associated with every dealer Ive ever experienced. When I set out to buy my dream car, a 2014 BMW M5 there were several on the market within 500 miles of DC. The first one I checked out in person was at Motorcars Washington. I was skeptical at first, but meeting Jarrod for the first time really reminded me of dealing with a private owner. He was extremely passionate about the cars, and knew way more about them than even most BMW sales reps.
