I was able to get a new phone with no problems or delay. The day I walked in, there was only 1 employee, and several customers. Regardless, Ricardo at Metro went above and beyond to get what I needed. He is very well informed and provides excellent service. I highly recommend speaking with him to get anything you need done.

Just bad experience worker was not well informed total waste of time did not try and appease me as a customer at all for the inconvenience.

Went in to activate my new Moto G7 phone that I purchased on Amazon Prime Day. Ricardo was the only employee in the store and he skillfully juggled 3 customers at once. Awesome service. He went the extra mile. The only reason I didnt rate 5 stars is because the store needs a good cleaning.

Ive been with metro since 1993. This store deserves a 10/10 rating. Moe helped me and he did a fantastic job. The customer service in this store is truly amazing. I bought an LG device that fits my needs thanks to the staff. Truly an amzing place to shop. I drive 45 minutes everytime just to visite this location from my home town.
