Unprofessional service. I went to this store for a transfer of billing responsibility to a new plan where I was an authorized user. I was also already taken off of my old plan by the account holder previously. The store manager told me that he could not help me because I wasnt an authorized user on the old account (even though I was already off that account) and when I tried to explain what I had been told by another AT&T store he immediately got short with me. He was raising his voice at me and clearly seemed like he was getting mad and was just trying to get me out of the store instead of hearing what I had to say. I left the store and went to another AT&T store and they were able to complete my request in 10 minutes.

AT&T was professional, direct and did not try to oversell on our visit. We went in with a good idea of what we wanted to do, and they did not try to sell a more expensive product or pull anything past the normal sales expectations. That is extremely refreshing, especially in a competitive market during a pandemic. Thanks AT&T! We were in and out in 10 minutes.

Jon was AWFUL. I asked him to help me with a problem I had that customer service told me I needed to do in store, and he lied and rudely said i need to call customer service, that he can’t help. I could tell he just didn’t want to do his job. The tone he used was completely out of line, and the dominance he tried to assert caused me to just walk out. Went to the other store and guess what. THEY CAN DO IT IN STORE. Not to mention the dude looked like he was nodding out high on something.

Horrible. The sales rep was in a complete and rude rush to close the store for the day he was practically shaking. He was Horrible at walking us through the new customer process. And when called out for his behavior he went on the defense and refused service. Which BTW he wanted to do in the first place.

I was the only customer and I found the employee to unprofessional. I walked in and he remained seated. He didnt listen to me the first time I explained my issue and proceeded to ask me if Id tried steps to fix my phone... even though I just told him I did all those things. I left the store without my problem being resolved.I was so frustrated I ended up switching to Xfinity Mobile and I havent looked back since. Good riddance!

OMG...the worst customer service EVER! Was short with in answering my questions, got snippy at one point and said, I dont have time right now! I have customers in the store and we are short on staff! Excuse me, not my problem. I just want to know what you have in store since you do not offer curbside (even though your website says you do) so I can get in and out in this COVID-19 world we circulate in. Just in there to get my fiancé a new phone. Dylan was our helper and he was the nicest person to work with. My card was having issues and we ended up being there over their closing time and he had no issues trying to get things to work or waiting for us to find another solution. So shoutout to Dylan at this store for being super awesome and helpful!

John and Dylan went above and beyond - explaining everything and getting us what we wanted past their closing time - we came in rather late and the process of upgrading my plan, adding a new line from another service and getting new phones unfortunately can take awhile, but they did the whole process very friendly and never tried to rush us out.

I was prepared to buy a new iphone, the manager (he said)asked me what i needed, didnt listen when I started to answer so I repeated, he told me I couldnt have gotten my old phone when I said I did, and continued to be rude in numerous other ways. This staff person needs work on his people skills. My advise- Go to Prospect store, Ryan was extremely helpful and friendly. By the way they verified when I got my old phone and I was correct.

This is NOT a corporate AT&T store. This is a privately run store, which charges for SIM cards and will not let you use their phone to call AT&T customer service. They do not have access to Google (for simple problem solving).Go to the official AT&T store 10 minutes north on Prospect. Well worth it. Real AT&T stores do not charge for SIM cards.

I had an issue with a payment plan via ATt, my service was cut off due to some misunderstanding with ATt, I needed to speak to someone in person to explain the situation, and to try to get my service restored and to avoid the $40 restore fee, as this issue was not my fault. The folks at this location took the time to listen and understand the situation. The young man I was working with called my issue in, explained to about 3 different people, and finally Got to a person that recognized that the issue was not my fault. Service restored! I highly recommend this location for any and all AT&T services. When I upgrade, I’ll do so here.Excellent work young man, you really helped out my Thanksgiving travels.

I never have a good experience when I go to this store. The staff is rude, you never get all of the information and good luck if you have a problem. I go to other AT&T stores in the area and receive much better help. It seems as though the staff is poorly trained and customer service isnt much of a priority. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other locations around town. I certainly will from now on.

We bought a ear peace from this store three months ago and one side stopped working. When we tried to exchange the ear peace the manager sayed we need a account to exchange the peace. The manager refused to exchange because we did not have a account with them.

Terrible experience, I was switching from Verizon to at and t and was told I could keep my number. He then messed up my number and changed one digit. Didnt realize it until I got home. Went back it was a big mess and long story short I couldnt use my same number so he let me just keep the messed up number as my new one. Next couple of days I started to use the phone and it wouldnt work. Called customer service and they said um this number they gave you isnt even an at and t number. Its a different company number no wonder it wasnt working and this guy at the store didnt know this!!! Then he tried to switch over my info and just used Bluetooth to push it over. Well needless to say it didnt even get all of it switched over and thru it all in random places. If I go back I will not be talking to this guy. I will see someone else! Such a waste of my money

Had to get in and out figured I could at least talk to someone about what I needed. Was in the store 20 minutes and wasnt even greeted. Three employees total in the store, me and two other customers. It was apparently taking two employees to answer one customers questions while I walked around picking up phones (non working models) that were set out as display trying to look like I needed help. After 20 minutes I left. Only looks I got were through the window as I walked to my car. I was having trouble deciding to buy a galaxy s8 from att for get a pixel 2 xl from Google. Well that decision is a lot easier now.

My IPhone battery recently died. The phone had given me hints that this may happen permanently by dying and needing longer to recharge. The last time it didnt recharge after 2 days......I went to ATT on Neil street and talked with Jason. He had helped me a few years back and I remembered his helpfulness and knowledge! He was very helpful - checked to see if the phone had would still work. It didnt. I hadnt backed up photos and was bummed to lose my pics! ........ He explained options available to me. I purchased a temporary android and ordered a new IPhone. He said they would be happy to help me set up the new phone on arrival.I received the new phone quickly and returned to the store. This time I spoke with Isaac and explained what had happened and why I was there. Again, this rep was very helpful, knowledgeable and receptive to my situation. He set my phone up and then let me know of a friend of his in another business who might be able to retrieve the data on the old phone. He assured me of his honesty and integrity. So I gave this company a shot. Long story short....... CJ at Campus Mobile Solutions on S Neil was able to revive my older phone and retrieve everything!!! A great experience with Jason and Isaac at ATT! Thank you both!

This used to be a great store until I encountered a terrible employee twice now I would not throw water on the fire if it burnt down, the one on north Prospect is way busier but the store is an actual corporate store not an independent reseller so the employees are very nice and friendly which in my case makes it worth the time spent waiting.

My daughter and I went to this At&t to upgrade our phones. When we walked in there was only 1 person working. The poor guys was so busy. He was doing the best he could. Another employee called and asked if he needed help and came it. However, as my transition is wrapping up and being told we wouldn’t owe anything that day, I was even handed a receipt showing I owed nothing.This other employee Aliyah shows up, apparently she had been to lunch, seemed like a pretty long. But she comes in and takes over everything. She still had a customer from before her lunch needing help. She said to him, tour still here. She claimed to be the acting manager, she just bossed the dillion and the employee that had came in on his day off to help dillion around and was rude not only to them but customers. She rudely asked the other kid why he was there. She had on the drooping jeans with her butt hanging out. She was cussing. This was completely inappropriate behavior.So as the young man is trying to ring me out and is having trouble, this so called acting manager comes and takes over. Then tells me I owe almost $200.00 I was in shock ! This nice young man had printed me a paper showing zero. She was rude to me and didn’t care that I had this paper. She says thats just how it is. Apparently the young man had forgot to tell me there would be taxes I owed on the phones. The lady had no customer service skills and I was so ready to cancel the deal, when she tells me if I do that I will have to pay $45.00 a piece on each phone for restocking fee. I told her I wasn’t paying it, she went to the back made a phone call then came back out and said let me see your old phones, she looked at my daughters first, who’s has a cracked screen, shook her head and made some comment and threw it down on the table, then picks up mine and looks it over, it has the glass screen protector, she wanted to take it off, I told her no. I had no idea why she was looking at our phones, She said I was seeing if we could take them on trade. If she would have asked me or Dillion, before just picking them up doing her own thing she would have known we were not trading them in. There was another lady in there who needed help with settling her new phone up, this acting manager was completely rude to her as well. She was told to just go set it up, I already told you how, she said. The lady was asking her questions she wasn’t answering what the lady asked and she had her so confused. This was the first smartphone the lady was getting, she had no idea. This manager was awful and had no busy dealing with customers.The young man Dillion was so sweet took his time and was trying to help everyone, greeted everyone that came in and explained he was the only one there. He sincerely feel bad, but this manager lady came in, she just ruined my whole experience and several others customers as well. I was there for almost 4 hours !!! The other lady trying to get help was there just as long. The other man had to leave and come back.I am so disappointed, I have always done business at this location and been a customer for 10+ years never have I had a acting manager treat me this way or the other employees.I Would not recommend Aliyah to help you! I hope the service here getting better quick !!

The sign says AT&T, forget it, they are not who they represent, or can they do anything but add underhanded charges and fees to your billing. They dont have the phone you desire in stock, everything will be mailed to your home, nice facade if you can get it. So what is the difference between this and selling out of the trunk of a car? I asked several times within my 4 hour stay to use the restroom, they sent me to Hardees next door, when a new employee said; sure we have one in the back right through that door!!! They cant confirm or review any of the so called charges they add to your account. They have a fee for everything, a fee for a return, no matter what the reasoning, a fee to cancel (after finding how underhanded they really are) a fee and a policy that once you trade in your phone within a matter of minutes it is gone and non returnable....did a space ship swoop in and fly away with it???......pass on this den of thieves....do yourself a big favor.....FORGET THEM! Ohhhhh! and if you must do business here, wear your aluminum foil hat!
