This was a great experience, we are Sprint customers. We came into the store today to update our sim cards. Erik was Fantastic!! Great customer service, and was very good with my two kids as well! He gave us all sorts of advice and tips, got us all sorted out quickly, without making us feel rushed even though there was a line.

Joseph is a excellent person. He went above and beyond to help from what happened the night before. Do talk to the lady in there she will force and rush and not explain stuff and change stuff with out letting you know.

Worst Tmobile store ever, incompetent employee named Rick, told me that all my data is backed up to Google Cloud, then did factory reset, and all my data was lost, after two hours at the store, they were unable to retrieve it. All my work files, text messages, half of my contacts and all photos are gone. They also dont have a computer and a phone cable to do hard back up on the computer, just in case. Worst store and incompetent employees, dont ever go here.

Customer service was great. Answered any question I had. I did have some issues but were promptly solved. The sales person had to use the phone to call the sprint headquarters as part of the issue and they took longer to solve it than she did. If it wasnt for that I think I would have given 5 stars. Otherwise all around good experience

Eindzel was EXTREMELY helpful in getting us new devices today!!! He spent a lot of time making sure we got the best deal and understood how to use them properly. Hands down best customer service I have ever had!!!

Came here after having a bad experience at Urbana Sprint location. Zac & Casey provided excellence customer service and was able to make adjustments to our plan which was to replace a nonworking phone with a new one. They ensured the devices were up and running before we left. One suggestion to speed up the process is to establish a more effective wifi speed. We were there for a couple hours because the wif connection was slow.

Despite being in the store for over 3 hours trying to activate a new line of service, the people in the store were very helpful and patient. They did everything they could to make things right and make sure I was able to walk out with the phone I wanted.

Usually a long wait. There can be no one in there, and it takes the staff forever to help you. When they do decide to help, its usually pleasant service.

I came in to pick up a phone that I ordered online and spent almost 2 hours just trying to get it. The staff seemed like they didnt care about giving good customer service and on top of that, their system was not working so I wasnt allowed to log in through the system. Additionally, some of the staff had major attitude issues and was not friendly at all. Worst service Ive ever encountered. I was thinking I should make the switch when I was in here.

Came for an upgrade. Ended up waiting a while, which wasnt the worst thing, but still annoying. Ive come here other times asking about phones and stuff, but it seems like I know now than they did. Come here for any service you need, otherwise do your research online.

I wish there was a negative star option. I guess simple directions are too complicated for these jerks. I purchased a tablet online and I gave clear instructions that I wanted the tablet activated THAT IS IT, THAT IS ALL. They advised me that the activation would take about 20 minutes. I left the store came back signed for the new line and that was it.They failed to mention that they signed me up for auto-pay, well I wake up to a negative account balance because they imbeciles couldnt follow simple directions and just activate the damn tablet. I didnt even get a notification or email that this change had been made to my account. I am livid.
