Dan fixed my broken screen in 20 min. I was unable to type on it as the damage was deep, but it works perfectly now.People there are very patient in explaining the different options and very transparent about the pricing and how much they are earning. My iphone’s charging port was damaged. I visited Campus Mobile Solutions for it as I just couldn’t charge my phone. Dan took my case instantly and got the charging port fixed in under 10 minutes. Not only did he fix the 2 broken pins in the port, but also cleaned the dust in the port.My Iphone was very professionally fixed and I’m elated with the service & experience I got here. A big big referral to anyone, especially international students facing any issues with their electronic items. I too am an international student and thus my panic level is a little higher if there’s any issues with my phone.

CJ had made it quick and easy for me. My laptop just was not responding and refused to shut down or restart. He didnt take long to get it back to working fashion again.

If I could put 6 stars, I would. I went to 3 other phone repair stores on campus and in my home town to get my screen replaced but Campus Mobile Solutions was the first store that could actually help me. I have an LG phone and apparently they are notoriously hard to repair but I was blown away by the quality of service they provided at this store. They were very transparent about what they were doing so I wasnt just blindly trusting them with my phone, they answered every question I had with professionalism and patience which was really helpful because I know nothing about phones. They communicated effectively at every step of the process and I could not have had a better experience with a repair store. 10/10 would definitely recommend using this business.

I went in to have some photos transferred from one phone to another. The phone from which I needed the pictures was completely broken, and I didnt think Id ever be able to recover them. Dan and CJ worked with me for hours at a time for nearly three days, attempting multiple methods to transfer the photos and refusing to give up until my service was completed. While I was in the store, they made me feel as if I were a priority, while continuing to provide excellent service to their other customers. We stayed in touch, and they continued to assist me with my problem even after the store had closed for the day. After they were able to transfer the photos to my new phone, I expected the price to skyrocket because it took several days, but it remained the same as the very first day I went in for service. I admire their commitment to assisting their customers, and they will undoubtedly be my first choice for any electronic repairs.

Phone was not charging/holding a charge. Came in planning to get battery changed and charging port replaced. Dan changed the battery and offered me a solution for the charging port which was actually cheaper, a wireless charger! Overall the entire transaction, changing the battery, getting a new screen protector on, putting on a new case, buying a wireless charger and me walking out the door took less than 30 minutes.The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Extremely satisfied with my experience, and look forward to coming back to Campus Mobile Solutions in the future!

This place is amazing. I I needed a new battery in my iPhone X because I’ve been having to charge it three times a day. When I went in there the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. They put in a brand new battery within 20 minutes. They also have great phone accessories there. I highly recommend any phone repairs you need go to campus Mobile solutions.

Staff was incredibly rude when asked why their repair would fail again so quickly after being fixed. Workers were cussing and yelling and refused to give the name of the owner. They have a D rating on the better business bureau because they can’t pay the BBB for advertising. They are the cheapest for a reason. Do not waste your time. Go to ubreakifix on Springfield for good service.

My Monday started off rough when I dropped my iphone into the running shower I was about to get in. I began to panic- my phone went black. Have a 2013 12.1 inch Samsung Galaxy Tablet had major battery issues mostly from age. Found a OEM batyer brought it into the store. They had the entire heart transplant done in a few hours for less than 100$.Seen them walking and driving by for ages had a gut feeling these were the folks for the job.Muse def sent me to the right place, back to drawing textures for VR worlds without being attachhed to a cord!

I got my phone fixed. 150. Told me the OEM is apple, not just apple quality. The lcd completely went black within weeks of having it fixed, they cursed at me when I took it back in and asked what was wrong. I took the phone to apple and they told me it was a CHINESE SCREEN KMOCKOFF. So not only rude, but liars

I don’t normally write reviews, but let me tell you that the crew that works here is absolutely top notch. Not only did they have better prices on screen replacements, they also had deals on accessories. The staff was genuinely funny and Nice.UPDATE:: I went back to ask why my fixed phone was not working correctly, and was not only cussed out and blame me (phone still in perfect condition with the accessories they sold me.)They were so hostile that I had to ask the man to stop yelling and cursing at me. When asked, he said that since he’s not corporate they can mistreat employees if they want. He refused to give me his managers name or when he’d be at work. A report has been filed for harassment because I’ve never been cussed out by an employee while simple asking about a broken phone I still have the receipt for.

We have been coming to Campus Mobile Solutions (CMS) for > 8 years now. The staff and CJ have always performed superior work in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. Through sacrificial service, they genuinely care about people, but not what what they will receive from people. Now during the Covid-19 era, CMS puts safety as the number one priority with every visit. All devices that enter their shop are disinfected before and after they work on them. They offer curbside pickup and delivery for those wishing not to enter the store, in addition to the now default health & safety protocols for businesses to operate in a Covid safe manner. Highly recommend CMS for your computing needs within the services they offer.

Outstanding customer service and excellent quality. Geek squad at best buy (1 hour), Verizon (1 hour), and apple (45 minutes over the phone), couldnt fix my phone. Apple was willing to take a look at it if I wrote them a blank check and waited several days. I stopped in to Campus Mobile Solutions (for the first time), Christ stepped right up to the challenge. Within an hour and a half he had my iPhone back up and running and for a reasonable price. Nicest people in the business. These guys arent your average tech repair shop. They truly know the ins and outs of the business. They have my business 100% for any technology issues in the future.

I had spent 4 days on the Motorola tech support line getting nowhere and these guys fixed my phone AND saved all my apps, photos, numbers (which I had been told was not possible)! It took them about 15 minutes. The staff at the third Verizon store I called told me this place was my last hope. They were so courteous, skilled, and reasonably priced; if only I had known about them 4 days earlier.! Highly recommended.

I had 2 experiences with them during my stay at the University. I repaired my iPhone 6 with them (at no cost), and I repaired my MacBook Pro (at 50% of the quoted price for repair) with them. These guys will really take care of your device and make sure your also not paying money for no reason. No diagnostic fee, so theyll look at your device to see whats really wrong with it and tell you everything that needs to be worked on instead of just leaving you in the dark. They also give updates on the repair of your device so you know the progress of your device and when it will be completed, which was for me under 24 hours. Totally recommend this for students on campus who are in a hurry to get their device repaired

I made an appointment to have the batteries replaced in our Galaxy S6 phones. I showed up on time (which got me a $10 discount on each phone). The tech had them fixed in a couple of hours. They look like new and work great. I am extremely pleased with the service and will recommend them to anyone who needs phone servicing.

STAY AWAY!My iphone 8 plus had a problem with battery charging. The guy from the store said he could fix it. It cost me $100 and it took around half an hour. I was so happy and the problem with charging was completely solved.Next day I noticed that people cannot hear me well when I call them. I came back to store and they opened it to see what’s going on. They did not further charge me and I was told that the issue must be solved now. I came back home and I noticed that the problem got worse.For the third time, I went to the store. They opened my phone again and said it is ok now. We tested the phone and now the audio was completely off.They refund me for the initial $100 and ask me to send my phone to a “authorized service center” which would cost me around $300.It is a new phone and I am still paying for it monthly. I am sorry to say that I am absolutely disappointed with the service and support. Each time they opened the phone, something worse happened.

Took my iPhone 7+ to this place about 4 months ago and the guy who was working there at the time (wasn’t CJ. Can’t remember the dude’s name but he was Armenian or something), took the job and fixed it. I was desperate for a fix so the screen’s inconsistent brightness and screen quality didn’t bother me over the first few days, but I dropped my phone while it was in a protective case with a screen protector around it and it still cracked. I know Apple doesn’t make the most durable screens but I’ve had an Apple phone for years and they’ve NEVER been that weak. Still didn’t think anything of it until I found out that this location actual sells third-party iPhone screens as well. The guy that did my fix at Campus Mobile Solutions assured me the screen replacement was an OEM part, but after finally caving in and getting my screen replaced again at a different location, I learned that I was given a third-party screen even though I had paid for an OEM.The prices for service are great! I imagine some of the other staff is great too, and the work was done quickly, but if you do decide to use these guys after reading this review, make sure they give you an OEM part. Watch em, have em show you the OEM part and leave a mark on it or something so you’re sure you’re not be swindled like I was. I’ll never shop here again and a big “f*#k you” to the guy that ripped me off if he’s still employed there. I imagine I’m not the only one he’s done this to...

The service was fast. That is about it. Unfortunately their warranty is only a week long. It is probably because the screen starts deteriorating shortly after a week. Not before long, the 7+ screen began to pop out slightly. Quickly after, the screen cracked while resting in my pocket. Even the side of my screen are simply just chipping on their own. If quick is what youre going for, come here. If quality is, id suggest going somewhere else. Wasted 100$.

In 2017, my husband and I saw Campus Mobile Solutions do the hammer demonstration and ended up buying LastCase phone cases and screen protectors from them. Had an iPhone 5S with a shot battery and lightning port. Dropped in. It took all of 20 mins to fix it. Zero BS and cheap. Kinda like that dude I used to use in Berkeley who you only heard about word-of-mouth that operated in the back of a cafe, but with a legit storefront. Highly recommend based on my one experience.

Campus mobile solutions are fantastic and reliable. I called earlier to repair my macbook pro using assistance from official apple and they could not figure out what was wrong. While C-J at campus mobile solutions fixed it sooner than I expected AND had much cheaper deals. He is friendly and has great prices. In addition they made a discount for me when they changed my battery because I had recently changed my port for my phone. Its obvious that they care about providing high quality services and their customer care is amazing. They also respond on the phone extremely quickly! I love their honesty, makes me feel I can trust them. Last but not least, they have a sick case that isnt an otter box but its smaller and just as strong. He used a little iron hammer to hit it and throw it on the ground and the phone was perfect! Amazing! It was also less bulky than my current otter box.Overall, I highly recommend them! :) ;)

I highly recommend Campus Mobile Solutions. They have replaced a screen for me and did an amazing job. Also, I cannot say enough about the screen protectors and cases. I had a screen protector on my previous phone and never had any issues, even after dropping and abusing it. When I got a new phone the large retailer who I purchased it from talked me into their screen protector. That screen protector cracked in less than 24 hours. It has since been replaced by a screen protector from Campus Mobile Solutions.

The people there literally don’t know how to fix phones. When they fix my iPhone they broke the screen and ask for extra money ($279) to replace it. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional.

These guys are awesome. My 2012 Macbook Pro was running extremely slow to the point of not being able to use it. The guys at CMS allowed me to purchase a new hard drive and RAM stick on my own and they installed them for me. After their install work, my laptop is running faster than Ive seen in years. They also cleaned my keyboard and screen, which is a great addition. Im super pleased with their work and would highly recommend.

Great customer service at this location! I brought in a iPhone for diagnostics, and the employees said that they would try everything they could and would only charge me if the phone was fixed. After they were unable to revive my phone, they recommend a couple data recovery places and were even to help set me up with a replacement phone! All within the span of a few hours! Fast and efficient, just as how it should be!

My car ran over my phone with a last case and screen protector from campus mobile solutions and my phone was completely fine!! No cracks or anything. I have also had them for over a year and had no issues, cracks, or any problems with the screen protector peeling.
