In a matter of hours, they solved our car’s issue. We are grateful for the advice Mr. Daniel gave us related to what was most urgent for the repairs of the different issues our car had. Had the pleasure of visiting Wrights Car Care when my Jeep was having electrical issues. Keith and David hooked me up, they fixed my jeep same day and they were very professional. Fair pricing and provided me with piece of mind leaving my car with them. 10/10 would highly recommend! Also, the shop is very clean and a lot nicer looking than previous shops I’ve visited in the past.

By far the best shop I have ever been to. I got a great diagnosis, quality parts and the job done when they told me it would be ready every time I have been there. If you need your car repaired this is the place.

They said they could work on my differentials before I came and then couldnt fix the problem. Charged me $100 for trying to find the issue but didnt solve anything. Good oil change and fixed a fog light for $100.

Ive only been there once, and it was on a service order paid for by a tire shop that had misthreaded my lugs, (plus a subsequent alignment,) but they did the work promptly for me, and even better, they saved me the trouble of going back and forth with the tire shop to get that last tire installed and then back to have the car aligned. They did that on their own initiative, and it saved me a lot of trouble, which I appreciate. And the alignment feels perfect. I cant attest to repair prices, but the alignment cost was in line with others.

Replaced my fuel pump on a seconds notice and everything top to bottom was grade A. Thanks yall....Ill be back soon

David at Wrights Car Care is very honest. Wrights Car Care is very reasonably priced. The shop is very clean, well maintained and it is a pleasure to do business with them. You can be sure you are getting an honest evaluation of what your vehicle needs and you will be treated professionally and kindly. On one occasion, I was told at a dealership that I needed something repaired and David assured me that I did not need any repairs and saved me a lot of money. The same thing happened with my husband. He was told at the dealership that he had a broken motor mount that would cost hundreds to repair. However, upon inspection by David, the engine did not have a broken motor mount. I highly recommend Wrights Car Care - Full Auto Repair.

These guys are the best, we bring all of our cars here and everyone else should too. Also, David personally assists me with my cars warranty issues at the Dealership and much more without being focused on a pay day. I wish the world was full of more businessmen like him.

These guys did stupendous mechanical work on both of my cars in a great amount of time because my cars needed a timing belt and serpentine belt replacement. This is a difficult job that takes patience and experience and I am very satisfied with the results on both of my cars. They are very friendly and they do not pressure you into buying their repair services. They are also very honest, and I say this because one of my cars had the check engine light on because of a leak on the evap system and they performed a smoke test with my permission. They found out the gas cap was not sealing properly and was letting vapors escape. If they were dishonest and were only interested in my money, they could of have said it was something else, such as the charcoal canister which would cost me a couple of hundreds of dollars, but they were honest and told me it was just the gas cap. This is how I know I am dealing with a great repair shop and honest mechanics. I think they just earned a new customer. This review is one of the few things I can do to show them my appreciation for their outstanding hard work on my cars and their honesty. Thank you David Daniel and to whoever worked on my cars. I promise I will be loyal to you guys and be back if I ever need from your services again. Now I get to travel on my cars in peace for thousands of miles (90,000mi. is what David said if I am not mistaken) and is all thanks to you guys.

I actually visited Wrights Car Care over a year ago and realized I never took the time to compliment their service via review. They were more than accommodating and went above and beyond to help me with multiple issues I had with my Honda. They even threw in a few freebies since I was new to Atlanta and looking for a go-to auto repair shop! Im needing my compressor for my air conditioning replaced (I believe), and will definitely be calling Wrights! I appreciate the down-to-earth, friendly atmosphere they create and Im positive theyll be able to create the same experience for me again! I absolutely LOVE this car shop. Ill admit that I know next to nothing about cars and am likely able to be taken advantage of - but I never am here. My transmission went out and these folks took care of me - gave me options and helped me out when I desperately needed it. You can literally go here for anything and feel confident that - A) your car will be fixed to a standard much higher than average and B) you will not be taken advantage of or over charged. David Daniel at Wright’s Auto repair really helped me. He ran a computer diagnostic test on my car and then explained the problem to me. The part that I needed to be replaced was under warranty, so he suggested that I go to the dealership and have the part replaced for free. He also gave me very specific counseling on what to say to the dealer, and also offered to speak with the dealer on my behalf should I encounter any problem. The dealer did agree with Mr. Daniel’s diagnosis and will replace the part for free.Mr. Daniel also explored another problem with me, which he will be able to fix.I am happy. I had been anxious about the car’s problems and needed clarity. Once we developed a treatment plan for the car, I was at peace.

I took my car to Wrights with a problem that several other shops have attempted to fix and David was able to diagnosis it and repair it same day. It cost a lot less than the other shops attempt. Very straight forward, Honest and very competitive pricing. This is the shop I will use from now on. The best.

I was in a bind with a failing car while moving into a new home. Didn’t know a local shop for my new neighborhood, so I scanned reviews to find some possibilities and called each. After a very courteous phone call, I was able to drop my car off and have a new alternator installed the next day. Pricing was fair and competitive, but most importantly, I felt like I was dealing with honest mechanics. Wright’s is now my first choice in automotive maintenance. I recently took out Jeep Wrangler to a local dealer to get some estimates on a few repair and service items. Due to what I thought appeared to be inflated quotes, quotes on work that was not necessary as well as horrendous customer service, I reached out to David at Wrights Car Care. Following a thorough inspection, David expertly advised me on the necessary repairs. He is not only extremely knowledgeable, considerate and kind but his customer service was outstanding. If you are looking for someone who is very well informed about cars, is honest, pleasant and has reasonable pricing, I highly recommend Wrights Car Care in Chamblee.

I had a really bad experience here. My car didnt start so I towed it to their shop. I believed my battery was dead, but didnt get any clear explanation of what it could be. They decided to replace the battery first which did cost me almost $200! On top of that they have a rule - if you ask them to check your car for any errors, but dont pay for any repair services they will charge you $40 or $60 (forgot the exact number) just for scanning your car. My advice is to shop around and find a cheaper/better mechanic shop than Wright Car Care.P.S.: after installing a new battery they erased all error codes which made it very difficult for me to sell the car.

This place is absolute gold. We moved to the neighborhood 3 years ago, and they have been our go-to car place for every issue, large or small, ever since. Its like bringing my car to a trusted and knowledgeable family member. They have done everything from major repairs to minor tune-ups for us, and we have never been dissatisfied. Twice I have brought my car not sure what was going on, and it turned out to be a small enough issue that they fixed it on the spot for no charge! Honest, competent, quick, fair, and kind. I brought in a used car that I was considering purchasing. The owner took the time to inspect the car and give me good advice despite not having an appointment.He was very knowledgeable and considerate.

How often do you get proof that a mechanic is being totally honest? I did, real fast, when I rolled into Wrights with an electric window stuck half-open, after hearing it make a loud click.Mr. Wright (I dont know if thats his name, but if it aint, it should be) strolled out with me to take a look, and after a moments reflection, asked me if the passenger window safety button was engaged. Sure enough, Id inadvertently and unwittingly pressed it. And voilà, the window worked.Apart from my extreme embarrassment, it was a great - albeit unintentional - test; now I know where to take my car if I have a real problem with it! :D

In October 2017, I paid for a new alternator to be installed in my car, and this garage but a defective one in it. Ive been taking my car into the dealership and having on and off battery light issues since late 2018, but the service department wasnt able to diagnose it until March 2019. Wrights Car Care does not place any value behind their service or the welfare of their customers.

David Daniel and his team are trusted professionals. They understand value & also performance. Wrights has serviced 4 different Audis for me, including complete performance suspension installation, vacuum diagnosis, O2 sensors, CV joints, timing belts, and detailed performance set ups. He has even fit custom parts and loves a good specimen to work on. David is very thorough and is always great about spelling out the problem and pointing out the cause of broken parts. A virtual encyclopedia of mechanical engineering, I have recommended Wrights Car Care to numerous friends and have only heard thank yous for the contact.

I accidentally misread one of gauges thinking my car needed oil and ended up with too much oil. I was in a pinch and was close by. He drained it for me and got it to the right level. Didnt even charge me for the service. I really appreciated Davids help. I am sure someone else would have probably at least charged me for an oil change. Kudos to David and Wrigths Car Care.

I had great experience at Wrights Car Care. I would definately recommend...they took care of my foreign with same day service at half the price I would of paid at the Dealership. 5 star service for sure!

I dont know what the difference was for me when compared to the other people who have left a review here, but it was the exact opposite of what Ive read. When I brought my Jeep in to have the clutch changed, David was gung-ho to work it. He said it would be a two-day job, baring any complications and he would get right on it, so I told him that I wouldnt need it for a week. After two weeks, the only change was that the Jeep was moved to a different spot on the parking lot. A few calls to him during this time yielded such responses as one of my mechanics was out for a few days or I didnt have time to get to it. When I walked in to get it back, he didnt even remember that he had it. He didnt try to explain what was going on, he didnt try to keep my business in any way.Take this how you want when you read the other reviews, but just be sure that David actually wants to work on your vehicle before you leave it there. Otherwise, youll waste a significant amount of your time and have nothing to show for it.

I ask David to change my front breaks. When I went to pick the car up he had changed my back breaks. Car still squeaked. When I returned the next day he told my my front caliper pins were broken. Apparently he missed this upon the first inspection? My car was immobilized and I could not move it and was forced to pay to fix the caliper. Please avoid this auto shop at all costs.
