I frequent curry Honda service center for my 2019 odyssey and 2007 accord. So far I have never been Dissatisfied with anything and It’s always a pleasure working with the service advisor Benjamin Hood. He made sure I was aware and understood the recommendations for service and safety recalls and doesn’t pressure me into getting repairs or replacements on things that don’t require immediate attention. Also the estimated time of completing the work is always accurate.
Minor repairs- tail light bulb was out. I was in and out in 20 minutes, tops. Very friendly and efficient.
I had my oil change at the Service Center and the staff were courteous. They usually have a good service and good technicians. They also give a courtesy transportation via uber, lyft if your car is being worked on for long hours. This is a real plus.I have had good experiences with them so far and would recommend if you are not very low on your budget.
Curry Honda takes good care of there customers. And my car is running like new after getting a new altenator, and starter. Best Honda service technicians in Atlanta.
Got a call from Honda Curry Service to notify me if a fuel pump recall on 2019 Honda Fit. Happy with service and all going well so far.Easily scheduled appointment for next day Friday morning. They told me up front how long it would take and that I had an option for a rental car which I accepted. After car drop off, I waited at the on site Enterprise desk for about 20 mins which was how long I was told it would take for the Enterprise rep to come over to the dealership. Drove off with a nice Hyundai Accent for the day. It’s Saturday morning and I am headed back to Curry to pick up the car after receiving a text from Jesse S. Will update...

First time visiting Curry Honda for service and found myself pleasantly surprised! Far and away more friendly and prompt service than the other Atlanta metro area dealership service centers I’ve visited. Clear communication, a spacious waiting area, and service with a smile (you can tell despite the face masks!).
I have had decent experience with this service center before, but recently was completely disappointed. I had a oil change at Curry Honda on Feb 20. Then on Mar 5 I went back to get my battery replaced. This time they informed me that my car had a bad oil leak (which they didn’t detect two weeks ago at the oil change??).They recommended the ~$150 diagnostic test. I asked if they could check the oil change parts. They said they did. I asked them to double check. They came back and said it was not the oil change. I then was worried it might be due to some other serious issues since they were recommending this expensive diagnostic test. So I authorize it. Then they came back and quoted me over $1000 of repair.I was shocked and had to think about it, so I went back home and did not drive my car for a couple of days, but paid attention if there was any oil leak stain in the parking lot. Surprisingly there was none... then I took my car to another car service center (who also have excellent google reviews). They told me yes there were signs of previous oil leak in the pan but after they cleaned it up and ran the engine for 30 min there was no leak at all. And the repairs Curry Honda recommended (based on their ~$150 diagnostic test) was not the reason, and not necessary at this point...Did my car mystically ’heal’ itself from the oil change? Of course not. I learned my lesson, from this experience and the extra $150 I paid... cannot recommend Curry Honda.
The positive reviews must have been people who were paid or compensated with service. Will literally never buy a Honda again because of this place. Only time I come here anymore is when a repair shop tells me something has to be done by the dealership. Slow, unreliable, dishonest, garbage repair facility.

Mr. Rick not only overcharged what was quoted to me, but after discussing which services were to be performed, he completed extra work to increase the total back to the original amount. When I asked for an explanation of the bill, he became defensive and began to gaslight me. When I told him the total was incorrect, his tone and mannerisms became aggressive and I decided to settle it with upper management. I received a refund, but as a woman, I was appalled by the obvious attempt to scam me and then the blatant dishonesty once it was brought to his attention.
Did the first service at 5000 miles. Excellent availability and good staff. Got it done on time and timely updates for the pickup. Jesse S was very helpful getting it in and out quickly.
The Short: Follow through and keep in close contact with the shop when dealing with insurance. Make sure you have confirmed between the shop and the insurance if covered or not on both sides. If not, dont continue or take your car back. In hopeful and optimistic views, I hope this is a rare case. The experience was disheartening because I know there is a lot good people who work here.Overall the result was good and made right after voicing out. Its sad because I have never had a problem with the shop and have trusted them in the past for the last 3/4 years. The thing being fixed was the cruise control. I called ahead and the insurance company said they would cover it because it was under warranty. So, of course I took it to the shop for the experts of Honda to work on a Honda. Between A 24-hour fix turning into a 4 day fix, losing of contact between the insurance and the shop, the discrepancy between the insurance and shop if they called or not, and having to halt operation on my car; it was very disheartening to see. I told the manager of the shop, someone is not telling the whole thing and Im going to leave up to you. I was under the impression that the shop called the insurance before continuing of fixing, and this wasnt the case. Someone said it would not be covered without even called (must have been a new person). Just a lot of round-about and a lot frustration in my opinion, all because one individual not following through at the shop in my opinion. The standard needs to be set high and continue to be high. If the shop employees are meeting expectation of Honda and honesty, then they need to be let go. Voice out and make sure your taking care of. In a service industry, this is super important to uphold.After voicing out, the problem was made right, which is good. Word to the wise, if you drop you car off and your dealing with insurance, make sure you follow through and make sure it is being dealt with correctly. I cant say I will trust 100% until there is a better backlog and return to good faith of this mechanic shop.

Ive been a Curry Honda customer since 2003 and Service and Sales both have been excellent. I had an issue after my car was serviced recently and they took care of the issue immediately.
Expensive diagnostic and couldn’t fix my issue. Go to HPC Import Salvage and save your time.

It was a great experience. The only thing that bothered me was that they didnt communicate much with me on when the car would be ready and it took them two days.
Its a typical dealer shop. Pull into the bay and wait with a dozen others in their waiting room. CoVid19 has them spacing the waiting room by roping off chairs to assure 6 feet of separation. The time to do the basic... oil and check up... Which I made an appointment for ... still took over an hour and a half. There were NO high pressure sales or add ins. They informed me about what I needed done in the future and I walked off.
Good customer service. Customer lounge was clean, just dropped off my car for service and worked there until my car was ready.
It’s my to go place for anything related to my car. Have been there multiple times for various services, the last being getting a new tire and wheel alignment done. I also usually get my maintenance service from them. So far they’ve done a good job. Will continue my business with them in future as well.
Always professional and efficient. Never have issues with my service and it’s always reasonably priced.

I have been using Curry Honda for the past 10 years that I have owned my Honda Civic. They have helped me through regular maintenance and even after running into a deer. The staff here are always incredibly helpful and do not try and charge you more than what you really need. Ben Hood helped with my most recent maintenance and was great! Would always recommend for my fellow Honda car owners. The waiting area is also well-equipped with tables, chairs, and TVs

The place was nice. They have a huge waiting room for the customers. My Service advisor was Thomas. He was cool. I had to leave my car for a few days to wait on a part, so they gave me a free rental. The girl that handled the rentals was very sweet. I wish I remembered her name so I could give her the proper credit she deserves. Hopefully if they read this they can find out who she is. Thomas stayed in touch with me throughout the time my car was there, even on Sunday when he was off. He answered all of my questions, and gave me prices up front on repairs so that I could decide whether I wanted to have them done or not. I felt no pressure to get anything done that wasn’t necessary at the time. He was straight with me. He wasn’t fake or manipulative and I like that in a person. The only negative thing I have to say is their prices are RIDICULOUS! However, as I mentioned, there was no pressure to get anything done that could be done somewhere cheaper.
Dropped my car for oil change and tire rotation, Matt was very couteous and helpful. I bought my car from Curry and all routine maintenance has been done there. I am very satisfied with the Service Department.

My experience at Curry Honda was extremely pleasant. My service rep, Matt, was awesome. I have an extended warranty on my HRV, and because of it, I only needed to pay the $100 deductible which was less than the diagnostic fee. Matt showed me the results of the 5-point inspection and let me know what I needed to be done. I was expecting to be at the service center all day, but I was in and out of the service center in less than 2 hours.

Curry Honda service has been super easy to work with for the past year for our Accord and Civic maintenance and problems. The Night drop off box is super easy and super secure. Repairs are performed quickly and accurately and they dont try to up sell you on items not required which I really appreciate (I have a 2001 Civic with normal wear/tear). Rick Z has been super helpful, courteous, and responsive every time!

Brand new facility just opened up in August 2018. State of the art service centre with a quiet room to finish up work while you wait. The service consultant greets you at your car rather then hunting someone down. Sarah Stewart, part of the leadership team, is a wonderful service consultant who has excellent customer service. You will definitely enjoy the car experience here. I wouldn’t take my care anywhere else.
Listen people! If you own a Honda and you live in the Atlanta area, your making a HUGE mistake if you dont get your car serviced here. They have the best people, best prices, and best mechanics. Go see my man John. He knows what hes doing and has over 13 years experience. Hell tell you what your car needs. I own 2 Hondas and I trust this place because they have by far the best service center Ive gone to.
Service time is fine but really overpricedI was supposed to change one of the coolant hoses becuase it was leaking for 280$ (labor cost) while I change it outside for 15$ and took him 20 minutes to get it changed.Please do not come here inspect your car and run away.Too many issues they found and you will feel your car is in danger while its not. Trying to steal your money
Very comfortable and impressive building upgrades. The mechanical techs are great and are knowledgeable they get done fast. I will say they have way too many Vogue models walking around doing nothing and it sucks to call for machanical issue prices and blows even more chunks getting parts. Most of the people are great with a few bad apples. Great location 👍 Id give a 3.8

This was my first and hopefully last service with them. I dropped my car at 9am and the service was completed just before 10 minutes to closing time (not even a busy day). I was not given reasonable time to review and check if everything was done properly. However I still found an issue and reported. I was told to come back another day since they have already closed. I was also surprised to see extra $40 added for miscellaneous parts when they already charged for parts separately. However this was not told before agreed for the service. Be careful to cross check on the quote given!

Terrible customer service in the service center.
No one ever enjoys bringing their car in to be serviced, but Curry at least takes the pain away from the process. You get greeted by an advisor or assistant as soon as you drive in. Whoever is free, takes you next. The new bay is very spacious. The team is thorough and explains everything to you. They keep in touch and also text you, leaving an avenue of communication, so you can go on with your day.I normally was not the type to take my car to the dealer, but Curry has changed my mind.

Perhaps the worst level of customer support Ive ever received. I brought in my Honda for a routine recall and requested additional support for my brakes and the glass surrounding my dashboard as it was accidentally broken. I requested to see if someone would be able to remove the remaining glass, which they told me they would be able to do. When I came back later that day to pick-up, the brakes and recall issue were fixed, as was the removal of the glass, however the technician had accidentally unscrewed a wire leading to the dashboard showing in a fuzzy, all white. When I spoke with the customer service agent, he reassured me that I would be able to come in the following day and they would fix. My subsequent visit, the customer service agent told me that they were now going to charge me for the fix and that it was my fault as I should have known that this would have happened....after I told him that I wouldnt pay for an issue they caused, he slammed my car door and told me he couldnt have a conversation with me. He went and spoke with his manager and then she spoke with me. After explaining the issue and her checking the issue for herself, she agreed to have a technician re-wire the screen, which fixed the issue. I thank the manager for speaking with me and remaining cool throughout, but a customer service agent should really never treat a client this way. Going to avoid this location moving forward, but will say that its a shame as their work with the brakes was done well.

When I arrived early one Saturday morning for my first scheduled oil change on my new Honda, I saw a ton of customers waiting before me. I anticipated that it would be at least a two hour wait to complete my service. Not only was my first oil change and tire rotation complimentary, they completed the service in under an hour. I like that they offer express oil change service. I will continue using Curry Honda to service my vehicle.
Great place for normal servicing of your vehicle. Clearly explain the needed services and give you a schedule moving forward so that you can plan ahead, including estimated costs. Highly recommend.

Curry Honda has taken great care of my civic that I bought there a year ago. Pricing is so competitive I never feel like Im getting ripped off by a dealer. The new service center is so nice! Its large, spacious, and feels very modern. Its relaxing clean space with large TV and tables to get your work done or surf the web. Mostly they get the car ready on time as promised. Go see Craig Easley in service he made sure I got to work fast with complementary Uber! That was a surprise. Ive been a Curry customer for 2 civic and if you life the area theres no reason not to get your Honda cared for here.

Absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. The incompetent employee who I got stuck with lied about the time of repair multiple times. She didnt offer a rental until I had already been there for 4 hours and again lied to me about when my car would be ready. I asked to speak with a manager, who first asked what she could do to keep my business, then after finding out my car was ready (it wasnt, I still had to wait), basically rescinded any offer to make things right, and said that the service person wrote end of day on the report, basically calling me a liar. Happy to take my business elsewhere. This place overcharges, takes in way too many cars than they can handle, and treats its customers like garbage.

I have used Curry Honda exclusively since 2012. They have always provided me with exceptional service and informed me of work that I needed to perform to keep my car running well. I have an 08 Accord V6 that runs like a dream thanks to them.Prior to Curry, I had been to 6 different service departments who all had some major failing. The reason I use Curry is that my service advisors have been top notch and did their best to make me aware so there were no gotcha repairs.When I was out of state with an issue, I would have that Honda fix my car good enough to allow me to make it back to Curry. Time and time again, other dealers could not diagnose the Check Engine light. I take it to Curry and they’ve diagnosed and fixed the problem in the time the other companies were playing with my car.I can’t stress it enough, hands down they are the best service center in the region.Thanks for being there to keep my car going.- Eirik
I bought my Honda Civic here back in 2012. I come here for my service every single time and not anywhere else. The staffs are so good and friendly.. I was in a plan to take a rental car today since my service is going to be more than three hours, but on Saturday the rental car service will be closed by 12 it seems. We don’t know that. But fortunately Mary Sharp gave me a good option. She offered me with a free Uber ride both drop and pick up. How nice it is. Yeah I loved it. The Uber was so good too. Thanks Mary Sharp.
This service center will try to pull the old I cant let you leave legally because your brakes are bad.This is completely incorrect. There is no law that states that. If you drove it in. You can drive it out.Northridge Autocare is a great shop up 400 that will take care of you and tell you what is really wrong vs trying to rip you off.
Very easy to get an appointment. New service center is very nice and clean with various seating options and places to plug in a laptop - allows me to work while my car is getting serviced.

WAITING ROOM FIREANTS!! Not sure who takes care of the service lounge but there are FIREANTS everywhere. A lady on the other side of the lounge had them in her seat. They crawled into my shoe as I waited for my car morning of 10/9 on a chair next to a corner wall. The last place I ever expected fire ants was a CAR DEALERSHIP.
