If I could give this place a one star I wouldn’t even do that I would give this place is zero stars their customer service stinks they are very rude and very unprofessional not courteous to people and their pricing and they are they are very racist to me at that to even the black people that work for the Chinese people are very very races album I found the Better Business Bureau complaint I’m also will be calling Goodyear and filing a complaint with them for their service in the way they talk to people like people are not human beings and they feel like they don’t have to explain to people why Why they are being charged a certain amount so if I was anybody else I would not give this place any business. You will be regretting it might never got it the first time my number got it the second time but I guarantee you that will put you in a position where you will guarantee spending any money with that company they are very on professional very courteous when they what’s your business after they get your money and you get your business they are far away from these people

I went to them a while ago for my car window tint in Chamblee location. I didnt know much about window tint so I asked the man at the front desk who is Asian but he also speak Chinese and Spanish. He showed me the different types of window tint and told me that the one I picked is legal window tint. Couple weeks later, I got pulled over and a ticket for my window tint is too dark by Doraville police. I went back to Tirestar and complained about it. They denied everything and just gave me the number to call for window tint removing. So I lost $100 for window tint for Tirestar, $25 for the ticket for Doraville police, and $50 to remove the tint, total $175. This is something Tirestar should know about for better customer service. I only go back to them if they have good deals on tires now.

***This is a review of the Tucker, GA TireStar***Triestar has a weird distinction of being bad by location. I had a pleasant experience shopping for tires on their website, and I had a pleasant experience at their Duluth store. The Tirestar in Tucker is a completely different story. I purchased 4 tires online via the Tirestar website for a really good price, and I had to select a store in which to have the tries shipped to so they can be mounted and balanced. I was only aware of the Tirestar locations in Doraville and Duluth, so being that I work in Lilburn, I figured the Duluth location would be most convenient for me. To my dismay, I had to work late so when I arrived to the Duluth store, they only had time to mount and balance my tires. I would have had to go back for an alignment. The manager of the Duluth store suggested I go to their location in Tucker for the alignment, being that the Tucker store is closer to my place of employment. I thought that was a great idea. The next day I went to the Tucker Tirestar for an alignment. After about 2hrs, the technician drove my car around to the front saying that the alignment had been completed. I am accustomed to receiving a printout of the readings/adjustments each time I get an alignment. For some reason this Tirestar did not provide one. I asked the tech if the alignment was really off and if he had any problem getting all four wheels within specs. He assured me that everything was fine. Before I paid, I asked the manager for a print out of the reading. After stalling for 15-20min, he finally said their printer was broken, but he too assured me the alignment had been done properly and everything was perfectly aligned.5 weeks later, the treads on the inside of my rear tires were completely smooth. The alignment was so bad that my brand new tires looked as if they had been on the car for 7yrs. The worn tires appeared to be an issue of negative camber so I took my car back to the Tucker store for them to check the alignment. There was one car ahead of me before I could have my alignment checked, so I decided to wait. After waiting 3hrs, a tech finally took my car in for the alignment. Just like the first time, I was assured my alignment was absolutely fine, and their printer was still broken so they could not provide a printout. The manager then tells me that my tires were most like worn so badly due to my extreme driving. He also said he knows people often use the type of car I drive for drifting, again suggesting that the tires were so badly worn due to my driving. The problems with his accusations were:1. He referred to my car as a rear wheel drive Nissan Maxima.2. My car is a front wheel drive Nissan Altima.3. Nissan no longer makes a rear wheel drive Maxima, and hasnt in decades. For the manager of an establishment that does nothing but work on cars, I expected him to have more knowledge than what he displayed. I drove from Tirestar to an NTB to have the aliment checked again. Just as I suspected, the alignment was horribly off. After two additional weeks of going round & round, attempting to have my tires replaced, the manager of the Duluth store said he would call the Tucker store for me and have them replace my rear tires. He also told me that if the Tucker store would replace them, he would replace them for me, even if it meant him paying for them out of his pocket.Steer clear of the Tirestar in Tucker. If you happen to find tires on their website that you would like to purchase, I strongly recommend completing the transaction through the Tierstar in Duluth. They have a knowledgeable staff and much more knowledgeable management.
