I am so impressed with their extreme knowledge, friendly service, and fast turn around on my 06 Lexus GS300. These guys are awesome! I got a new engine and transmission put in my car and they communicated with me every step of the way. They had great suggestions for me and they took care of all my service needs. Ryan and Kerry are who I dealt with and I couldnt be more pleased. My Lexus purrs like a kitten!! Job Well Done!

Went to speak with Mechanic to see if he could rebuild engine in Stealth twin turbo. He gave me a reasonable price, so I will be bringing him the car to start on it. Ryan was excellent!!

I work at a mechanic shop (scotts auto center) and brought them my personal engine out of my car to rebuild for around $2000 that took me a year to save up and Ive had nothing but issues from the beginning and with the rebuild tons of oil consumption issues I have to put half quart-full quart (depending on how much I drive) of oil in every week, they used the wrong model year water pump that I had to replace again, one of the valve cover bolts is stripped now (it wasnt before) and the vehicle has blue smoke coming out of the exhaust . They said it was just the valve cover or pcv valve which I know its not. Im assuming the valve seals or rings werent done or werent done correctly . So now Im just out that $2000 because its out of warranty .

I have gotten an engine and transmission from them and it was super easy. They both work fine!

I took my 2006 Toyota Sienna for a complete engine replacement, and I could not be happier with the Japanese Engines services. They were customer service oriented from start to finish. They even called to check in to see how the new engine was working out. My Sienna is running good as new ! I know I will be taking my mothers car there in the next month for an engine replacement.Dependable, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable !!

I brought my 2007 Tundra for engine replacement about a week ago and I just have picked up my car today. I love the way it drives its better than ever. I recommend these guys, they are knowledgeable, fast, & very kind.

My BMW has been at Japanese Engines Import for over 2 months to replace the engine. Today is October 22, 2020 still I do not have my vehicle. There were several issues that came up which meant more $$$$. I will be editing this review daily until I get my vehicle back.

Horrible and lazy, these people cost me so much money and my car got worse with each visit and simple repairs. Took my car for a radiator hose replacement and my car started running hot. They say I need a new engine, turns out I didnt, they simply didnt screw the parts back on. Their trying to destroy their customers cars hoping to make more on new engines. They are frauds.

Dont take your vehicle to these scammers! Paid $2100 for an engine rebuild, within 6 months I have major oil consumption because the valve seals failed. This is because they didnt change them now they want $500 to fix their mistake!! Never again will I deal with these people and neither should you!!!!when the engine was opened after you worked it, I was missing 1 cam bolts, 2 rocker arm bolts, and all the seals were old. Thats not seal failure, or your workers errors, they just werent changed simple as that! I had to pay a machine shop to change the valve guides and seals. Just admit you didnt do what I paid for !! Seals dont fail in 8 months maybe one, but not all 16!! The job I paid for didnt get done!

I took my 2007 Scion tC to have an engine installed. They performed the work fast and its a great engine. I would definitely recommend.

I had my 2006 Honda Odyssey serviced at this place and I would say they are more than great. Before I came to this shop, I checked with 3 repair shops including Honda dealer. They all said I needed to replace the transmission but the Japanese Engines Import diagnosed and found the real problem. It was not the transmission problem, it was electrical wire problem. Thanks to them.

I have a 2005 Nissan Alitma 2.5l. It had been knocking for few days and it was pretty bad. I took it to this place and they replaced it with JDM motor. It sounds really good and it runs good. It only took 3 days to get it back. They are the best.

Do yourself a favor & STAY AWAY!! Im in the process of filing a complaint & making sure they dont rip off anyone else, bad customer service, dont leave car over the weekend, they put over a hundred miles on my car, I had new tires & they stoled one, put an old one there. Warning comes before destruction, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

Dont do business with this company, they are destroying peoples engines hoping to make more money on replacement engines.
