Absolutely amazing customer service. There was an employee sitting at a makeshift desk in a corner who truly went above and beyond! The level of his customer service was so stellar that I’m in the parking lot leaving this review!!!!

I want to highly applaud Gary and his team at this UPS store. I had an unfortunate incident where a package I sent from this store was damaged on the processing line in Commerce CIty, Colorado and some inside items were lost (I was informed via email). When I called them upset about this, Gary and team, despite having no fault at all in this, went above and beyond by calling that facility and me repeated times to find out what happened and see if they could retrieve items for me, and filing my claim. Truly professional and kind, they renewed my faith in people! This is a good store worth going to.

Dont even waste your time on simple Amazon returns here. Staff was rude and glib. Only UPS store Ive been to that charges you more than a basic print charge to print labels. Single print page .15cents. Amazon return print page $3/EACH!

I always ship my package here due to the helpful staff. I mailed a package down the street at FedEx because I thought it would be delivered fast but it was more expensive and arrived later than I would have if I stay with the UPS store. I learned my lesson!

I stopped in at this location today because I’m in the area. Normally I go to the UPS near my house in Caste Rock. So I’m not sure if coronavirus is getting to people but the 2 men minus the one who held the door open for me that worked there were very unfriendly. Regardless, I was my usual happy self. There must have been some misunderstanding due to wearing masks and not being able to hear each other but I was dropping off a return to amazon which just only takes seconds after scanning the code on my phone (from previous experiences) but the gentleman proceeded to tell me this and that about scanning my code and the types of codes and on and on...either he was pulling my chain or I don’t know what. I’ve never had issues returning to amazon using UPS so I honestly was a little annoyed.I think these guys need a dose of customer service training again.

I wasnt sure which UPS Store to go to since I had items to have packed into a box, but SO HAPPY I decided on this one! :) Dottie (the site Manager) told me they pack all day so it wouldnt be an issue for them -- it was so nice to have someone helpful AND friendly! Recommend this store highly!!!

They were very busy as to be expected at this time of year. But the wait wasnt too long and one employee was staying late just to help out. They were friendly and expertly handled my packages and soon I was out the door and on my way.

Our cell service provider shipped me a replacement phone & asked that I return the defective one in that same box. We often use UPS, I was attending to a service plumbing call near Willow Creek Center and thought it would be convenient, since I has return box with me, to drop it off here. Whoever manages this location takes business seriously! Nice organized & clean place.

I was visiting CO, from out of state and mailed two boxes of family mementos from this store to my home. I must admit that I waited at the counter while three employees had a conversation behind the counter. Hello?! A conscientious trainee came to help me and did a great job! One of my boxes arrived on time and one did not. I returned home a couple of weeks later to find the lost box still had not arrived, so got on the phone to track it down. 1-800 UPS told me to call this local store for information. They tried to track it down, opened an investigation then after 10 days, closed the investigation and sent it to claims. I called this local store no less than three times throughout the process. I was always told...oh, an email just came in... and we arent employed by UPS, etc.... Never did anyone initiate any contact with me throughout the process. According the the UPS website, I shouldve been receiving regular updates. I never got one update. Id finally had enough and again called 1-800 UPS. Of course that person was off-shore and told me I needed to contact the local store. I asked both for a copy of the investigation report and both parties told me to contact the other party. Round and round we went until I got rude, demanding, and threatening. I refused to hang up the phone. Suddenly a UPS supervisor (overseas) reached someone in Overgoods, apparently in Salt Lake City, who sent her a picture of my box contents, to send to me for confirmation. Yes, it was my box of family mementos!! Please explain how this person in Overgoods located my box in less than two minutes when the UPS Investigation team couldnt find it in 10 days?! I realize this local store is not to blame, but they were no help in finding it. And I was told since I didnt have a list of the boxs contents and value, shed only reimburse me for the shipping! Seriously?! I would not recommend shipping from this location.

The shipping center on Quebec made the process so quick and easy for me. I needed two large boxes shipped and they assisted me with packing everything securely and had me out the door in less than 5 minutes. Very impressive. Thank you for the great experience.

Truly wonderful customer service. Gary emailed me almost daily with updates from DHL in Slovakia to make sure my package got delivered. He went above and beyond what I expected from a shipping service. Thank you!

2 registered notarys, had to make an apt, didnt matter because the one notary not already signing decided we were not worth the effort. 45 min for a one signing.Waste of time, then when asked for some help got nothing but attitude from dottie, to us and the other customers about us.Totally unprofessional and a waste of 10$

1 package I sent came back to me after a week. Another package I sent reached destination after 16 days.When I went to the store to resend the package I got back, I got rude answers We are not responsible. It is your problem.Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they asked me to pay the shipping costs again to resend it. Arrogant and irresponsible.
