Easy to find the right size, customer service was wonderful, and the payment system was just fine. Secure, climate controlled, and simple. If storage needs arise again, I will return.

Horrendous. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Nobody to help at the front as both employees were on lunch at 3:30pm on a weekday. Made a reservation online and upon arriving to put stuff in our unit, were told they had our reservation but the tenant before had not moved out. So, they did not have the space we reserved 2 weeks ago—we were not notified and they could not put us elsewhere. Tried to problem solve and find a different sized unit for our stuff for the time being and they were unwilling to work with us. Asked to speak with supervisor to see if there was anything they could do and were told “that would put my job in jeopardy”. Very unprofessional and not helpful to local business owners.

Stressful time, unexpected job loss and move. DTC storage is convenient, affordable, our exchanges with staff were helpful and pleasant. The unit was clean and had plenty of space. We received timely responses to communications and were treated kindly. Made a tough time easier!

I started moving my stuff in the unit from my other storage unit in Parker to this location and it’s in a great location and close to where I live.

Great service, very friendly and would definitely recommend! While Jill has helped and been great in the past, Hunter, who I had the pleasure of working with was exceptional. I ran into a bind and needed a second storage unit quickly. He was right on it, very helpful, suggested things I haven’t thought of to make my quick move more efficient. Great experience renting storage space. Jill is so great! She went above and beyond to make sure our stored items were going to be cared for and safe.

I rented a unit here that said it was a drive up unit on the website. When I arrived they gave me one inside. My friend complained about the mix up and the young man at the front was very rude. When we moved things in, cause we needed the storage, bugs started falling from the ceiling all over our stuff. My friend once again called the front to say something and we were then told to get out. I started to move things out and we were told that if we were not out by 5pm we would be locked in. I asked for a full refund and was only refunded $9.00 out of $89.00. If you like dirty rude people this is the place. I could not believe the treatment we received for calling them out on miss advertising, cleanliness and customer service. Please choose another storage if you want ✌. I will be contacting BBB over my refund. Thanks DTC Self Storage.

DTC storage is amazing. Jill helped us when we rented storage, Jill was professional and friendly, The process of renting was very easy, She made us feel comfortable and less stressful when we were busy relocating to the new place.I felt very safe to leave our stuff in the storage. The place is well maintained, it required code to get in and out with your provided number so they have track of who were in and out. Hours are great, Free truck rental was definitely a plus!Truly amazing storage to rent!

After a very stressful moving experience we ended up having to find another storage facility with very little time. He has been very professional, friendly and extraordinarily helpful from day one.Matthew located the perfect unit for us and guided us every step of the way to ensure that our belongings were securely placed in the best location possible.We were living in between States which can be challenging when you are far away from your belongings but Matthew has always communicated efficiently and with great support.We have used this unit for almost two years and during this time we couldnt be happier. The Store Manager Matt was an amazing help, as well as the company as a whole! Matt and Self Storage was more than accomodatimg and helpful. Self Storage saved me $100 and got me a bigger unit than my old one with Cubesmart. Matt is very friendly and it is a very welcoming environment at this location. Matt listened about my grievances with CubeSmart as it was nothing other than a hassle as soon as I got a unit with them, and even gave me information on how the Store Manager at the Cubesmart location I was at, was prematurely processing paperwork. It helped me open my eyes to see that Cubesmart is nothing other than a business, however here at Self Storage it already feels like more of a family type environment. I have not recieved friendly and courteous Customer Service as I recieved today, at ANY business in a very long time. Thanks again Matt, and thank you Self Storage!

I have had many storage units over the years with my business. DTC is by the best experinace I have had with a facility. They are always on point, keep it shelved and clear of snow in the winter months. The customer service is a culture with many of my fees being reversed as they are here to work with you. Just overall the happiest I have been with a facility. Always clean too. Good work guys. Sad to be moving out, but happy I know where to go in the future!

This place was perfect. I worked with Matt and Mathew Paul and both were absolutely wonderful to work with, easy to talk to, understanding, and professional. They helped make my move much less stressful. The space was clean and big enough, and its great that they let you use their moving truck for free on move in day. That helped a lot and saved me some money. The facility was clean and organized every time I was there as well. I have had a storage unit with DTC for almost a year now, when I first came here the manager was hard to get a hold of and when you did she was always rude. The new manager Matt is wonderful, he is understanding if you need to be late, is always in a good mood and on top of things. He was even willing to come in on his time off to accommodate me. Great prices and great management, plus 24 hr access, cant beat this place.

My fiance and I have used this facility twice now and it has been wonderful each time. They are always so accommodating and helpful during the most stressful times of our lives and also have great rates. An extra thank you to Matt Vestal for always being our hero!!

Insurance kind of a rip off.whats the point of paying insurance when even if u get robbed ect youve got to turn around and provide receipts for everything. Its stupid to have to pay insurance. Also they upped my unit price 9$ when I made a complaint.

I cant say enough good things about this location, its manager, or its policies. The rates are great (especially if you get an inside unit). I mean GREAT! They have a moving truck that members can use (first time is free, then only $25 +mileage after that). None of these compliments hold a candle to how great the management team is. Amazing combination of friendly and professional. I feel lucky to have found this company.

This is a good storage facility. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly. Ease of access is good for cars, trucks, and small moving trucks. The larger moving trucks can be a bit of a challenge. The facility was clean and safe. Would use them again if it became necessary.

Great price on a great storage unit, staff is so friendly and helpful and willing to help anyone. They were fixing the pavement around and closed off the units for a couple of days without notifying anybody. I couldn’t get to my things when I needed them. Very unprofessional. Also charged me for an extra month of storage that I didn’t use & then didn’t bother to help me.

Great place, locally owned with wonderful employees! Realistic pricing with honest people! Did I say security? This place has it! Electric gates, Close circuit cameras and live-in security-management. Here your never left out in the cold!

I need 6 or better yet 10 stars to say how good the service I received.

Storage unit was good but the employees are rude. They continued to charge my credit card after I canceled my unit. They also charged my card without authorization. If you change cc payments you have to fill out a new authorization every time which is fine but then I was charged late fees. I was a customer for 7 years and still was charged a late fee if I changed my cc. It was frustrating when all my other billers were easy to deal with.

Not a good place a lot off drug addicts running around there. dont fill safe when there so pack up more then 10days before bill was due now calling me talking all crazy making threats because I did not tell them grow up get the crack•heads out we would have stayed

We just rented a space there and the managers knows her stuff!!! She even gave us candy and water. Safe place and very impressed by how cleans she keeps it. Moving truck and 24 hour access.

I am so shocked, new to Colorado looking for storage for our stuff that comes in next week. Walked in, the place smelled like weed, person behind desk was face timing someone who he didnt feel like he needed to get off with. I waited what seemed like 10 minutes, for him to act like I interrupted him and his conversation. He was short with me with me was smoking on some pen I assume fulled with weed. I know its legal but really this is a business not everyone is okay with this
