The manager Ray of this store is Awesome. I used to go to Safe Ship down the street before but they closed and I went here today and they have great customer service. Highly recommend this store. I will do all my business here.

A week or two ago, we tried going to a UPS store near us just before 5pm, but found out they closed at 4pm. We called around and found this UPS store was open until 5pm. When we spoke to the employee, we explained that we were just a few minutes away and had a bunch of Amazon items that were due and asked if they would take us. Without hesitation, he said yes. When we got there, the two employees working there helped us with a lot of different items even though it had them there until after working hours. They could have told us no, but instead they exhibited excellent customer service and accommodate us anyways and were courteous while doing it. We haves lot of choices, but I would definitely recommend this UPS store if you’re in the area!

I love the convenience of this location. It is always open after I get off work as well so I can get things copied, faxed, scanned without any hassle or in no time at all. I was in on Wednesday night this week and needed to fax an item and found out by the 2 employees their, that I could email it for a cheaper price I truly appreciate it. It took me no time at all. I will continue to be a customer at this ups, thank you for saving me money.

This UPS store employees and owner were extremely resourceful, professional and helpful in assisting get my personal belongings back home. Abhi worked for hours ensuring my things were packed and in fact they arrived safely. One major factor: he made sure the the shipment was most cost effective for me!

I have UPS store conveniently located a few minutes from my house. But I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to this location because of excellent and fast service. I shipped two packages and got a document notarized and copied in less than 10 min.

This is a great UPS store! I come here to return Amazon packages and they are always efficient, friendly, and very helpful. Abhi is especially friendly and in tune to customer needs. I continue to choose this UPS store over other options for dropping off my Amazon packages because it is a great experience every time.

Terrible Amazon return experience. Amazon claimed I did not need a box but the employee on-shift did. He would not help me out and now I have to find a box and make a return trip. He claimed I had to buy a box.Do your UPS business at another location is my advice. They don’t appreciate their customers here.

I usually never write reviews but I had to write because my experience at this ups was so great! Michelle was so polite, kind, and helpful. There was great music playing and amazing customer service. I am not the type to complain about shipping costs because I know it is not the workers choice, and I know that many workers are having to compete with large corporations such as amazon. I do not mind paying a few extra dollars to have my packages handled with care and for supporting such kind people.

The employees are very nice. Sometimes I need to ship more than 10 packages one time, they are always patient and kind to help.

I went in today to mail something and got the pleasure of working with an older gentleman that was so kind and sweet to my daughter. I genuinely drove out of my way to come to this store because the one by my house is run by an extremely rude woman. I am so happy I had this experience and now I know where to ship my packages from.

Went in to ship something that needed to be delivered the next day. Was asked if I wanted 8am, 10am or anytime delivery. I paid more ($150) to have it delivered at 10am. Explained that it was really important that it be delivered on time and asked if it was guaranteed to be there, was told yes. Next day item didn’t show up and tracking number wouldn’t pull up. Called the place just to find out that item will be delivered 4 days later as per their tracking.I’m certainly going with FedEx and never UPS again. $150 later I still can’t track my box and it won’t get there even close to when it needed to be.

And its the absolute worst news for me but the best news for the Centennial locations they are moving to. Check out the reviews for the UPS store theyve been managing/leaving and youll see 4.6 stars...thats right...4.6!! And there is a reason. Their service is exemplary! Outside of concise professionalism and extreme helpfulness - youll find their kind and welcoming smiles are something to look forward to. When I lost my box key they were more than accommodating - they were kind and supportive! It was a rough day and they smoothed the anxiety of having lost my keys by providing immediate access to my mail. Outside of that theyve held my mail for more than three months at a time, put up with my late payments (their help was completely accommodating most places just cancel your service!! Dave and Michelle arent like that...they let you know you ARE A VALUED CUSTOMER and kept me going in the right direction both professionally and personally. You wont find a better power couple to help you with your professional and personal mailing, printing, and shipping needs. Perhaps youre quiet and want to be able to just stop in get your mail and take off...yep, theyre accommodating! Even better if you want to feel as if you are in a small town post office - even though it is UPS store, these two will make you feel welcome but more importantly theyll support your needs in a professional and timely manner. Dang!! I will NEVER have service like theirs again...back to my old big city UPS store. Dave and Michelle you will be missed at UPS#6507. Staff is always friendly and helpful. During the holidays I go here instead of waiting 3 hours in the post office line... it is well worth the extra money. I dont think they cost very much more than the post office, but Im sure that depends on the package.

Dave and Michelle Hall are the best! Courteous, helpful, fun......they will come to your home and pick up anything and take it ti UPS for shipment! They have help me and my wife out of jams all the time - and rain or shine they will deliver........even if it has to be carried on a bycycle. I wish there were more that 5 stars for this review! I have shipped through this store for the last 3 years. All of my packaging goes through them. They are a great store with great customer service. I have never had to wait for very long. And the hours work great.

The employees here are not nice. They are constantly high on illegal substances and offers me and my overweight wife some. The workers were so high they asked my overweight wife step outside because “the floor might collapse”. 1/1110 would never go here again.

Dont ship here unless the owner is there & get quotes in writing!! Originally shipping & handling was only going to be $235. When I actually went to have items shipped the price jumped over $100 with an AARP discount. I was told that shipping to arrive on Monday would be $400 & then was charged $344+ for the shipment to arrive on Tuesday? Since there is another UPS store close by, I wont be shipping at the location again. If this was the first time Id had a problem with this location I would have thought it was just me. However, several months ago I left something to be shipped & then needed to make sure it wasnt delivered. The same clerk told me he couldnt help me when I called. I drover over in person & fortunately the shipment hadnt even been packed yet, but it was in plain sight, so there wasnt any reason that the clerk couldnt locate it!

I found luckily the tracking slip on the ground. even though I was home, my car was home, my package did NOT get delivered yet the slip said an attempt was made. Due at END OF DAY. Now the note says an ATTEMPT will be made at END OF DAY today.Thats bull.Someone is doing a poor job at UPS, which is too bad,MV Bleaus Gaylord st.

First - and last - time in the ups store. Prices are outrageous, and the empmployees, while pleasant enough, are utterly incompetent, and entirely unhelpful.

Overpriced supplies, dont waste your money or time.

Very expensive shipping charge, I will never use your services again, YOU lost a good customer for inflating the shipping cost.
