I called the location speaking with Jason as it pertains to a package sent from this location 11/17/2020 ((Nearly a month ago!)) After a ghost chase with customer service, tracking, claims and no real information on my package I was seeking further communication specific to the region where my package was shipped for an internal communication. Instead of expressing empathy or even attempting a solution he tells me to he can give me the number for customer service. I expressed the lack of resources and help I received from them already. I become frustrated and asked to speak to a manager. Theres no manager available and he says until some time this afternoon. (He doesnt know when management will be available) Like who runs this store? He then becomes rude and takes on my frustration telling me theres nothing they can do for me after a package is sent from their location. I didnt deserve that type of customer service seemingly because I always ship FedEx and the issue is caused by the inefficiency of FedEx employees. I will be escalating this complaint. That call should be pulled and he didnt handle this call with proper etiquette.
FLO is awesome! She is helpful and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. I was in there getting some copies and cutting some flyers for almost an hour and she treats EVERY CUSTOMER with the same attention and respect. You go, Flo! This will be my Fedex of choice from now on!! Someone give this girl a high 5 or a raise! 😂
I use this location to have training binders made once a month for the last year or more. While there have been sometimes I felt the customer service was a little lack luster, recently I have experienced an amazing increase in my experiences. There is a new manager to this location that is awesome with providing customer assistance and with his new influence on other employees they too are more engaged in completing my request in a timely manor while interacting with me as a valued customer. Its such a marked increase, I was inspired to give a 5 star review. Good job to this locations team. Keep up the great service.

A great convenient location with plenty of parking and very easy to get in and out of. The service is fast, the location is big, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy coming here to pick up supplies and drop off packages. There is also a great place to eat just next door.
The greeting was welcoming from the gentleman, but the lady that helped me was for lack of a better term nonchalant and appeared to really not want to help me today. When packing my item she left the item completely unprotected so I had to package it myself so that it wouldnt get damaged in transit. Apparently she is not interested in her job at all and has better things to, maybe she should be doing those other things that are clearly more important and they should hire somebody that is interested in providing good customer service.
Had help from Amy while sending a package. As a child of the 90s I havent really sent something since that pen pals project in first grade, but she was super kind and helpful! Great place to send your packages!

The cost is fair and the turn around time seems appropriate.
I needed to scan 2 documents. The store manager was awesome. Great customer service
I ship several times a week for my business. In order for convenience I pre-pay and pack my own boxes. I also use more cost effective boxes from another company. I typically use another fed ex location and occasionally UPS, and NEVER have issues. Occasionally I have to use this location for shipping, and it never fails... EVERY time I get harassed and my boxes overly inspected to “make sure” they are shipping boxes in an effort to sell me on their pack and ship. Being that I ship so frequently, I am pretty capable of choosing boxes and packing them myself. I very rarely have issues with ge boxes getting where they need to be and in tact. The harassment I experience at this location is absolutely uncalled for, and I really try to avoid going here. If I experienced this at every other fed ex I visit, this would be a different review, but this is my experience only at this location.

I will never be returning to this location or be using FedEx services in the future. I was skipped twice in line waiting to make a purchase by the girl at the counter. She even made eye contact with me more than once and still continued to help other patrons that had just walked in. This was a very poor experience and is unacceptable given the circumstances. There was no excuse to be so blatantly ignored.
Credit card machine was down and although the weight was accurate when we used the websites estimator, it was nearly twice as much. Next year Ill try UPS.
I came to make copies at 8:30am, when they open at 8am on Saturdays. The doors were locked and they were not open

Extremely rude customer service. I spoke with one representative on the phone and was told one thing (after asking several times very specifically what I needed so my trip was not wasted), only to get there to pick up my bosss package and could not because I was told incorrectly. The representative behind the counter treated me like I was an idiot for thinking I could pick up the package.
Terrible customer service!! In particular a woman employee with short hair no help at all the whole time, not even helping co workers, then comes and shakes my boxes and tells me they will not take them even though they are not fragile, cant leak. UPS certainly doesnt give me huge hassles. Terrible store, ship via another carrier and another store dont give them your business. They should fire this woman, for her terrible attitude and customer service skills.
THey literally put up a “Please excuse any inconvenience. Will return in 30 minutes” sign on their front door and locked the store up during 1:00 on a Saturday. This is crazy that this is the second time I’ve seen this within the week and unacceptable. If you’re to broke it s business to staff the store then close the location. Simple.
I was charged extra time by the PAINFULLY slow computer and PAINFULLY slow internet connection. I recommend fixing this pronto.

Wow is about all Im gonna say. HORRIBLE customer service. Not only did they look at me blankly and completely confused when I asked how to make a copy, they then didnt care I couldnt figure it out and I just ended up goin to Walgreens.

Crap. Ill continue driving further to the DTC location. You dont decide what I can print. ID is not required to have to print a piece of paper.
They refused to use my box. Saying it was not up to their standards. And guess who sells boxes. What a joke and a waste of time dont bother with this store.
This is one of the most NON-Customer friendly FedEx stores I have ever seen. I will be avoiding it in the future, even if it means I have to drive further.
