I pulled up to the auto zone I noticed there was a grey car parked a crossed two handicapped spots ( blocking the spots) I walked into the store and realized it was the assistant managers car. She recognized me as a former employee, she mentioned something to me, so I asked her why she she blocking the handicapped parking. I went to the back to get some antifreeze for my car. They were all out. I was told to go to another store to get it. Luckily Johnathan was able to find me a gallon of 50/50 antifreeze witch will get me by. Why should a customer be told to go to another store to go get there product. When they should be keeping up with stock and I dont understand why an employee would be parked in a handicap spot also.. I guess auto zone doesnt care for customer satisfaction anymore.
I went into Auto Zone on Pinal Avenue in Casa Grande, Az and asked for help getting three different taillight bulbs replaced. I was having difficulty removing the bulbs and Ernesto helped me get it all done, removed, replaced and back to 100%. I appreciated his calm and helpful manner and would come back again if needed without hesitation. Ernesto did not have to help with the kindness and chivalrous characteristics that he displayed but I really appreciated his wonderful demeanor and getting me back on the road in a safer capacity. Thank you Ernesto, great customer service.
I had came to this Autozone at the time I was close and this gentlemen Ernesto was amazing help. He helped me get the prices of the battery I needed when I first came he was nice and helpful so that made me come back today to buy the battery I needed he even helped me and put it in! Amazing worker and cares about what he does canβt get that much from around here anymore.
Used to go to this Auto zone all the time but will no longer. I went in for some oil and some other things and they were busy. Which is fine but after waiting for a while I noticed an employee who wasnt doing anything to help, from what i understand at auto zone, employees wear red and managers wear grey, the man was in grey just sitting in the back at a computer by commercial and wouldnt answer phones. He had a beard and was just sitting around. Other employees were having to bounce back-and-forth between customers and phone calls and he was acting almost completely oblivious to what was going on.never once did he look up to see what he could do to help and finally a gentleman named Johnathan came to help me and apologized for the wait. What should have taken me 5 minutes took nearly 20.

My car was not starting good, took my car into Auto Zone, being new to town they were very nice and helped me out to figure out it wasnt my alternator, which would have cost a fortune, but it turned out to be just a battery, which was much less expensive. Thanks for being so helpful and honest.
The Chinese guy that works their with the red shirt is just lazy and rude, he felt very intimidated and scared by installing a battery, I went in to buy a $180 battery and he refused to install it and he made it a big deal it was two screws he needed to remove and terminals and this AutoZone lost $180! Went to ORileys and the guy that got fired from Autotune was working their and he install it and won my business what a difference of customers service! AutoZone always replacing good employees with trash ποΈ
I shopped at auto zones in Tucson alot. I was passing there Casa Grande today and stopped to look for new seat covers, I herd a woman yelling at someone in the store. They way she was speaking was in a way I would never myself speak to my kids, so Im taking an assumption she was an employee. This continued on for about 20 min till I finally had enough and walked out of the store. While walking put I looked to see who was speaking and it was a heaven set woman whom I believed they called Kim. When I lady responded to being calling her voice matted perfectly to the one I was hearing.If in this day and age for when people get fired for such manners is speaking this way. She should be fired. Im so surprised auto zone has not taken action and let her go for her choice in words and mannerisms in such a public place. It upset me so much I had to leave the store.
Was told/shown where the 2nd fusebox is allowing to change my phone again in car along with mainly where my parking lights fuse is by the wonderful worker even though she needed to have the other worker come to the counter to help another customer buy something
Went in for a battery replacement, they were quick and friendly did the job right. Shout out to Ernesto for getting the job done. Go check them out!!

Went to recycle oil and got alot of attitude for never dumping there before. Was eventually told how things work and that I could only bring certain amount and have to dump ourselves. Next time guide people and show them what to do and how you do things

Good place to find what you need for your car or truck but be prepared to find it on your own and stand in line for checkout. Only 2 people working in the store and they were swamped. Also counter and check out lines are very disorganized with ropes and multiple red dot spots on the floor to stand. You have no idea on where you should go. so you arent inadvertently jumping the line in front of someone. They need an organized way to que up customers. l
Very helpful on a return item that had been in the trunk for probably 6 months the receipt was in the box they took it even with the box beat all up gave me back cash

Another store/employee gave me an incorrect part. Alex at this location really took care of me. Didnt give me a hard time and not only replaced the part (a thermostat) but also replaced the coolant and sealer that poured out because of it being the wrong part. Ryan was awesome...I called in about my RV not starting and didnt know exactly what I needed or even what type of engine I had lol..he told me to come down to the store and he would help me out.he helped me locate the part I needed and was very patient with me and very funny! Im moving from California to Texas. Im having horrible issues with my transmission so my family and i stopped to get transmission fluid at this location. My mother went in and asked to use the restroom, they allowed her. I went in after her and asked. I was told there were no public restrooms. I get discriminated against for my appearance all the time but it was the first time its happened with my family around. Pretty humiliating. If the restrooms are not for public use thats ok. Theres a pandemic, I understand. But open for some and not for others... I dont want anyone to get scolded just maybe live life with a little bit of empathy or abide by the rules set (no public restrooms).
Tonights visit to my local parts house was a much different experience . I went in for some oil walked up to the counter the parts guy was pleasant and professional and offered a nice balance of small talk . I paid and went on my way . I love AutoZone I was losing faith I didnt get their names but between this guy and the other one that was on shift tonight Ill remain optimistic that the AutoZone stores in my area can be what they once were . Good job guys tonight your Customer Service was awesome !

I dont write many reviews, but wanted to write one about my experience with Ryan. Ryan went out of his way to help replace my battery when it went out at work. Out of all the times Ive gone to auto zone, I dont think Ive had an experience where a worker like Ryan took the time to help me and answered all my questions about purchasing and replacing batteries in the future. Ernesto was such a big help he helped me put coolant in my car and even taught me some stuff about it. He also kept a good sense of humor while helping me I will definitely come back if I need anything!

SORRY, The review I initially posted was for pep boys and apparently google DID mispost the review to AutoZone. However, this store always had a part I came and asked for EVEN A RADIATOR FAN for my chevy sonic. I thought I would have to wait for it but I was stumped when the employee came back with the exact radiator fan I asked for. Im not changing the star rating, still 5 stars even if the review was for a different business initially.

On 05/11/21 I came to 3 diffrent parts stores to get parts for my GMC Envoy then i went to Autozone going through my commercial account getting great service from Angelique in the commercial department. She was handling phone calls, finding parts, and helping other employees do there own job. You dont see that now a days people cant pull a dam part half the time they pull the wrong part. I called autozone in a pinch on my way to work and needed parts. Ryan answered the phone and asked how he could help me. I told him what I needed and he assured me he would have the parts waiting on the counter so I could hurry in and out and be on my way. He is one of the best parts guys in town. Went in yesterday concerned that I may have needed a new battery or that my alternator was giving out. When I got there Ivan helped me out and ran tested the battery and alternator, everything was still running properly. He was very helpful and told me exactly what I needed to know. The staff at this AutoZone were super helpful and fast. As always, I had to wait for the 5 other customers who wanted to ask a million questions but, once I got to the counter, I was out of the store with a new battery in a few minutes. I had to bring my core back to get my refund and I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes with cash in hand. The staff are quick, knowledgeable, helpful and the prices are good.

I am very disappointed! During the day all this autozone employees wear a mask without a problem the night people are carless and show no support in not spreading the virus! none of them wear a mask make me feel very uncomfortable and i just left π no good autozone shame on your night employees

Pulled in to Auto Zone today frustrated with a dead battery. Ivan came out and tested my alternator and battery, and determined it was a bad battery. He found my battery under my warranty (after the other auto zone store told me they could not locate it) he switched the battery out for me and I was on my way! Ivan was super helpful, great to talk to and had an awesome attitude. Thanks Ivan!!
