It went great! The workers did a very good and quick job! They also had a great attitude and they were very helpful explaining all the options that could be done and which ones probably should be done! The customer service is terrific, very kind and quality employees. Theyre definitely not trying to just get the most money out of you that they can, but rather they are trying to help you the best they can! Definitely will be coming back here and highly recommend to others to come here as well! Great work gentlemen!!
I needed a battery and barely made it here 5 minutes before they closed. Instead of being frustrated with me for keeping them just a little after hours, they were quick to install my battery and gave me a decent deal. Thank you Brandon for your kindness! Not a good experience here. Team members not friendly one bit. Went in for an oil change, brakes replacement, and fix the speedometer. First of all I asked if they knew how to fix the speedometer and I wasnt given a straight answer. Was then asked which brakes needed to be replaced. I told them cant they look at all the brakes and I was told I had to tell them which brakes to look at. This is a Fleet vehicle I drive so Im not allowed to look or work on the truck. Was never told what got done to the truck. I got the message that the truck was ready for pick up and went by the store. My keys and company card where the first thing you see when you opened the door. I wasnt to happy about that. I grabbed them and looked for an employee. I knocked on the counter, called out hello to see if someone was nearby. I walked around the store many times to see about getting an employee to help me. After that I figured calling them would help me reach someone. I called and was hung up on, didnt even get to speak to someone. Called again and left with no answer. I didnt know if I was supposed to sign anything or receive paper work so I left with my truck. I returned closer to closing time and they were all gone. Fast forward to Monday, 3 days after Pepboys had the truck. All fluid levels were low, no coolant, brakes were missing, and battery now dead. Took to Firestone and Now wasting more of my time because Pep boys didnt have stuff together. Not recommending to anyone.

I recently went in to another repair service and they told me my suspension was very bad I needed it fixed right away. I was hesitant to believe them only because my car is basically new. I took my car into pep boys and they found absolutely nothing wrong with my car! The service from Brandon was phenomenal! Thank you again Brandon, I will be retuning!

Stopped at Pep Boys in Casa Grande AZ today. We needed a battery for our truck--a simple thing we thought. The overweight unconcerning moron behind the counter, informed us that they had no batteries that would work in our truck, period. Wouldnt even look! Dont bother stopping there--
I ordered a part through NAPA Auto which is in conjunction with Pep Boys. The order was confirmed and should be arriving at the store by 6 p.m. 2 days ago. When I called this morning the person working at the store advised me that they do not carry parts at the store and it also took him 10 minutes to find my information when I gave him the order number at the beginning of the call. He assured me that I will get a phone call once the part arrived at the store assuming that special order parts will be delivered to the store through Napa to the Pep Boys store. 3 hours later I receive a cancellation via email.This is why the stock holdings are very low at Pep Boys. They are a struggling company and the workers there represent that 100%. Do not order any parts or allow them to provide you service at this place or even Pep Boys all together. This is a fair warning I took the lake so that you can avoid the stress in the future.

My husband took our truck to have it checked for a leak he discovered. They had it all day and charged him like $35 just to look at it. Then they told him that it was going to cost $1600. $1400 was just labor. They said it was an oil leak some where. He took it to a different mechanic and #1 he didnt charge to look at it #2The second mechanic found a different problem completely. He did check out the diagnosis from Pep Boys and they were completely wrong. It was the water pump and a belt and nothing more. We only had to pay $280. What a relief that was!!!
I booked a transmission filter and fluid replacement online, the website has my vehicle info and the price stated as low as $179. Upon my arrival I was told the price would be $300. This was my third experience (and last) at this location with 2nd time being somewhat ok.
I purchased items online and was emailed parts were ready at the store. Confirmed and arrived and the employee, John Valdivia would not walk over to the shelf to get them. They were 2 car batteries. Essential to keep the vehicle running. He was a joke and would not offer any type of solution. If this is the type of customer service at this location it will not continue to be in business. Do not support this business.
Cant thank these guys enough! We were on our way to San Diego when we heard a loud noise from under he car. After taking a look, the splash guard by the oil wasnt secure. Wed had the oil changed a few days prior and the people at Jiffy didnt lock it in place.After calling around to a few shops in the area, Pep Boys was able to squeeze us in! They fixed it right away and saved our trip. Super nice, super convenient, and eager to get us back on the road. Thank you so much!

The worst customer service, called on Monday June 22 for an appointment for Wednesday June 24th at 11am. I went to this location to have service when the person at the counter tells me there is no appointment for me and that they are all booked up. Whats the point to having an appointment if your company dont honor their appointments. I would not suggest going to this Pepboys to have service done, you will not get in and just waste your time. If I could give a 0🌟 because they suck!
Was on our way to a water park when we started having A/C trouble. My husband and I decided to stop by this Pep Boys and we were so extremely pleased and grateful for the great customer service, time it took us to be seen, and above all, the price we ended up paying. Was Happy to get in and get two tires when I was away from home and had a tire with an impact break. Also had and oil change done while in . Was disappointed to find a 9.99 labor charge to replace an air filter that they had already removed to check as part of that oil change . If I had not agreed to replace the filter that I was given the procedure of the filter and no mention of a labor charge. The filter would have been reinstalled at no charge! They also neglected to give me a new oil change sticker to let me know when the next service is due
My vehicle broke down 😭. Didnt know what to do. I read on the internet that Pep Boys could help with the financing 🤔 if needed. After talking with them they towed my car (for 😳 free) & fixed it. I applied for financing and qualified for it! It was great! 😃 I was so worried. I recommend Pep Boys Highly. As of 20Sept21 Pep Boys is closed in Casa Grande.
(UPDATE) as of wed July 15th this pep boys no longer has a retail portion and is now soely a service center If you need auto parts go to OReillys or AutoZone before you come if you want to offer your own part for your repair. If you need tires go to discount down the road, for fluid and oil go to jiffy lube. Theres 2 on Florence Ave.Went in for a cooling system inspection and they gave me a no nonsense breakdown of what I needed to replace and what to fix. Did not arbitrarily start fixing and expect me to pay. I dont know if alot of the commentors actually visited this location or are just giving them bad reviews but quite a few of the bad comments dont seem to fit. Definitely going to go back and have the things fixed that they listed, not at the same time but definitely wont go anywhere else.
I have had many services and purchases at this Casa Grande Pep Boys and every time I’ve had nothing but the best customer care! I’ve purchased tires for multiple vehicles and always great service with a competitive price! Just today I had my battery die and David the store manager worked a ride for me to my car! You can’t get better people working for you.
I’ve only talked to them on the phone. The customer service desk/auto repair manager was super friendly and helpful, but when I called to get a tow the woman who answered was very rude and ill mannered. I almost hung up the phone several times because I didn’t like she was talking to me.

Scheduled an appointment over the phone on Monday to get my brakes looked at and changed. gave her all my information and set the appointment up for Thursday at 4 p.m. got there at Thursday a few minutes before 4 to find out that nobody actually scheduled an appointment yet all my info was in their system. the only day they had available was the very next day that I had to work and they were completely books throughout the week. But they really didnt seem to care. What is the point of setting up appointments if they dont actually get set up. Unreal.
I could kick myself for not remembering the names of the 2 gentlemen and 1 woman I see there. They stop what they are doing to answer my questions. I would get my car repaired there because they are knowledgeable and patient with a smile for me even if I mention something that has little to do with their products. They interact in the conversation as if Im the only one in the store yet I see all customers get that kind of time. The store is clean and they seem to be open more then their competition.
Came in pretty hopeful it wasnt too serious but it turned out to be a series of issues. To make matters worse I was stranded and need the car to make a living. They went above and beyond but it was hard to get parts and never panicked even though Im sure he was worried about getting it all done. Yeah and ended up costing more than I wanted and yet took all day but they never gave up on me and found a way to get me home to my family. Gabe and the team there have my respect and Trust in the franchise going forward

Currently waiting at this location for a job that I was told would be done by 1pm. That was almost 2 hours ago. Ive been here since 9:30am and not offered an uber or Lyft as I have been in other locations.I understand things take time, but its important to set proper expectations.Keep in mind, there was a room full of customers who either got fed up and left or otherwise. All complaining about the wait and their previous experiences with this location.I definitely wouldnt come here again. A friendly staff that doesnt value my time is trash!UPDATE. Directly after fixing the CV joint, now 4 PM, it broke again during the test drive. Maybe I did not tighten it enough.-mechanic (I was told his name was Philip)Now they need to do it again. Guess Ill be waiting here more hours.UPDATE:At this point, the manager has done all he can to resolve it and the world has NOT fallen apart.Ive also applied online to be a customer service rep in store. I have some great ideas on how to improve the experience and probably increase $$$.
I was stranded in Casa Grande with a blown out tire. The guys stayed late to help me and although they couldnt finish the repair today due to broken wheel studs they bought me a Lyft ride home to Mesa. My repair will be finished tomorrow and at a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

This place sucks! I brought my truck in for an alignment one day, got my truck back and the steering wheel was off center. So I called and made an appointment to get it re-aligned a couple days later and they told me it would be about an hour wait. I took them an hour to even put it up on the rack! A full 3 hours later here I am still waiting for a simple alignment. SMDH
I can out of Pep Boys with a smile a mile wide. Not only did they listen to the concerns I had with my car and spent time to help decide the best treatment needed with service that was honest and sincere but I drove home with everything taken care of beautifully and within the time they estimated it would take. I made a 7am appointment for Saturday. I even called to make sure they have the right stuff to complete my request and return the call that was made confirming my appointmen. when I go to drop off the car I get oh well I know you made an appointment online but he maybe too busy to fit you in and oh we dont have the right oil to do the repair. This is strike 2. I am done with this store.
I ordered two tires from Tirerack and had them delivered to Pep Boys. After receiving notice that the tires were delivered I called PepBoys. After a short search, they said theyd search and call me back. After two days, I contacted Tirerack who contacted Pep Boys and was told theyd call Tirerack back after making a search. Two days later I again called Tirerack who said Pep Boys never called them back but they would contact Pep Boys again. After finally making contact, the tires were still missing. Tirerack is now resending the tires to our winter RV Park location. I will have my tires mounted by someone other then Pep Boys.
Lost me as a customer. The workers at the front counter are rude when they actually help you after a long wait. I have been coming to this store for over 10 years. I dont recognize anybody nor do i feel welcomed at this store anymore. What happened to david and chrissy? They Sold me parts for all my vehicles and always went above and beyond. This place is not the same, took my money down the street to autozone.
Twice I have been to PepBoys for service. Never again. This time I went with an a/c problem. Still have an a/c problem, $64 later. Do not fall for their FREE A/C checkup. All they do is tell you to pay $50 for their A/C diagnostic. My car a/c blows hot air for 15 min before getting cool, not cold. They told me pressure was good, so it wasnt low on refrigerant. Mechanic told me to go home and use my garden hose to clean the condenser coil. Service writer tried to sell me a new compressor when mechanic had just told me he didnt know if it was a bad compressor. Oh, and still blowing hot air. The car that is.
Best experience I’ve had here in awhile! I haven’t been to this location in years,the service advisor Alexia was awesome!she helped me find exactly what I needed and also helped me learn a few things about my vehicle! Very professional :) I will for sure be returning to this place!!
Had a Smart car serviced! I question if they did half what I paid for. A 79.00 service which changed oil and replaced wipers ended up costing me $127.00! Further I truly believe if I had not asked for the air filter they were to replace they would have charged me $198.00! They said the service on the air filter which WAS in the original quote would be and additional $48.00 labor! This is a 2008 Smart Car for two ! Look at the You Tube video of changing the air filter on this car to see what a dishonest group this really it, in MY opinion !

Super nice staff but twice now they have given the wrong oil change, Im sure they were honest mistakes but highly suggested you you tell them EXACTLY what you want before handing over your keys. Other than that they have a waiting room with coffee and water and a tv for customer who dont drop off vehicles and are there waiting, very clean and they have a reward program.
I’d give them no stars if I could... very dishonest people . I went in for brake pads and rotor change because of a squeal . I paid full price, over $300 and they did nothing but spray brake cleaner to stop the squeal . I have two small children so I could not sit there and watch the repair on my vehicle . When I picked up my car, everything seemed fine until I braked a few times . Squeal was back ! I took my car to firestone after that, turns out pep boys just took my money and they changed nothing!! Same rotors and pads . Beware when going into this location, watch your car ! They refused to admit their deception and refused to refund my money. Bunch of crooks !

Made a confirmed online appointment for Saturday at 7pm. Drove 40 mins to get there. When I got in, I was told that there were no appointments made. Showed them the email confirmation. But they still couldnt do the oil change since according to the counter person, all their mechanics already left despite posted signs that the service bays closes at 8pm. So what is the use of the online appointment system if there is no symetry between your website and the stores?

My husband and I bought a used car from a dealer in Gilbert. The very next day the car presented with an engine rattle. Donald at Pep boys first looked at it for free. We had him complete a diagnostics and he insisted we take the car back to the dealer as the rattle was coming from the engine. Thankfully, after a very stressful 24 hours, the dealer took the car back. If not for Donald and his customer service, we would have been stuck with a car that probably needed an entire engine re hall. Donalds actions showed that he puts the customers first. They have earned my business!
If i had the option to put ZERO stars i would. Stood at the counter for over 15 mins waiting for help even yelling hello and nothing. finally some older lady with glasses i think her name tag said christina walked out of a door, no hello at all almost like i was a bother or inconvenience to help never apologized for the wait time just made excuses that her employees dont do anything and continued to bad mouth them. Needless to say 20 mins later I finally left with my belt, this lady needs social skills or a different job.

They fixed my car quickly after I had to buy the part else where. They did over tighten the lug nuts and being disabled it made changing the flat tire they over tightened difficult.
The ladies here at PepBoys were absolute lifesavers. We broke down on a cross country drive (TX to Reno) and were lucky to only be a couple miles away from their location, which was also the only place in town open for service on a Sunday, so kudos to them for being available.Lexi was fantastic work with. Even though they didnt have the power steering line in stock we needed she called around to all the parts places in town to try to track it down. We were stranded for a few hours since the closest part was up in Mesa, so we made the trek up and back in our second car. The mechanic was very considerate and stuck around to the end of the day to put the part in for us. TWhile we spent most of the day at the store or in the parking lot Christina (apologies if Im recalling your name incorrectly) was an absolute sweetheart in offering us a soda or water since we were stuck there until the truck was fixed. I couldnt rave enough about the service we received from everyone, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
This place has gone down hill in a matter of months. Nobody is ever at the front counters to help us. I have had a couple run ins with the new manager cristina and they are not pleasant, full of excuses, rude and unprofessional. My husband has been coming here for over 15 years and we don’t recognize anybody anymore!!! the customer service is terrible and wait times are ridiculous. Not sure why the crew has change but heres some advice from now a PAST loyal customer, GET SOME NEW EMPLOYEES!!!!!
We had a small hole in our exhaust and some clutch work to be done, so we took it to Pep Boys who said they could do it and quoted us around 650-700 dollars. They had it in their shop for nearly a week then they told us it was fixed. We picked the car up expecting it to be running better than when we took it to them, but come to find out it is now worse than before and making way more noise than it ever did. When we took it back they told us they couldnt do anything about it nor could they refund our money. So in short never take your vehicle to this Pep Boys, they are literal con artists and are there for nothing more than to steal your money.

Made appointment 1 week ahead for head light bulb replacement, chassis check, and wheel alignment. Got there for appointment and was told they could not do the chassis check or the alignment, did not have lift or equipment for sully trucks. The service writer view my truck prior to making the appointment, and now I was told that they were not able to complete. As far as the light bulb replacement went, their so called machnic stood and looked at the head lights and could not figure out how to install. I went had to go out and tell him how to complete. Instead of taking 1/2 hour per, it took nearly 2 hours. Would not recommend this PEP BOYS FOR for any work.
Had a slow leak in tire they Checked our tires found the leak repared it no problem never changed us, they were so friendly and professional the company should be very proudHappy customer.
Brutal service. Made an appointment for 10am to drop car off and wait to get four new tires on. Should take 1hr, or 1.5hrs normally. Went for a walk came back at 1130 thinking car was done but car was still parked outside not even in shop yet. So had to cancel all plans for rest of the day. Long story short car was ready at 3pm. If you got all the time in the world Pepboys are your place. Customer service is not there strength. Wont go there again.
Ive had ALOT of bad experience at this location in the past and I said I wouldnt come back but my 5 stars goes to one of your employees. She took care of my elderly mother and father with lots of compassion, while also not making my dad feel less of a man. They went in for a new battery, and my dad has been recovering from back surgery and my mom from knee surgery. Without hesitation cristal ( I hope thats her name, my parents wear hearing aides) took old battery out of there trunk, tested it and gave them an awesome deal on a new one. My dad attempted to try and carry battery to car and cristal immediately grabbed it and carried it for him to his car. My dad said she joked about trying to gain some arm muscles, which made my dad feel better about not having the strength to carry it on his own. Just a small act of kindness goes a long way and i thank her for the great customer service my parents received.

Complicated for a simple task. First they stated they are understaffed. They wanted me to schedule a purchase of 2 tires for next week. Then the 3 PepBoys gift cards I just received wouldnt process, so they tried the phone number on the card and they couldnt fix the issue. The local employee then over road the system to get it to accept. This was a 40 minute process to pay. When I asked for a break light bulb they offered 2 different ones. $1.99 & $8.99. They dont have the $1.99 ones. So no bulb. Next I find after I left that they didnt replace the custom valve stem cap on one of the tires. A return to the store and they located it. The employees were friendly but it shouldnt take this much effort to buy 2 tires.

Go shopping for prices first. You HAVE TO watch them work on your car, because they take short cuts and, sometimes, not replace parts (like an oil filter). The people at the main desk are salespeople who work on commissions! Watch your wallet and ask questions.

Everytime I go here they never fail when it comes to disappointing me :) today was the last straw as I called on Friday 8:30 am to schedule an appointment for a brake inspection and oil change and spoke to a “Dave” who CONFIRMED my appointment for the following Sunday at 9:30am. I come to my appointment 5 minutes early only to find that there was no such thing in their books for my appointment and that my only option was to wait until 4pm EVEN with my phone records as proof that that call in particular on Friday morning had indeed taken place for that exact location. Needless to say I was disappointed when I had taken the time to call, schedule ahead, given confirmation by an employee, and only to show up and find out that it was NEVER scheduled. Not only that there has been numerous times I had called and spoken to the manager Teri herself about costs of other services and she has always said “let me get back to you on that”, collected my name and phone number but was NEVER given a call back. The manager and staff of this particular Casa Grande location is incompetent when it comes to the basics of customer service and communication and I would know as I worked plenty years in retail and being a customer service representative. The drive is long for the chandler pep boys location but more worth my time than trying to get anything done at the Casa Grande location. Never will I be wasting my time here again.

I took my vehicle in because the engine light was on and Autozone did a free diagnostic on my car saying the #3 fuel injector was misfiring. I went in and told Karissa exactly what Autozone told me and she said they had to do an engine diagnostic for $90. 1 engine diagnostic and tune up performed and completed and my engine light was still on and my car was running the same...nothing was fixed. I was told its a computer issue only the dealer is certified to fix. Really?!! The staff was rude when I picked up my car...nobody answered my questions...and all the tests they told me they ran are nowhere on any paperwork. I want my $226.52 back. Do not trust this shop or this company. I will never take my vehicle back here again. Criminals.

I visited this location this week for parts for my car and they went above what i had expected from any parts store in town. The manager chrissy was very helpful on the phone and in store, she had my parts ready and also honored my coupon from my phone. I will not go back to autozone. Pepboys will be my go to place from now.

The local managers t this site are awesome! So 5 stars are for them. Major issues with corporate and new computer systems. The systems have wrong OEM specs loaded, it is painfully obvious s I can show door sticker specs. Local store is limited by corporate IT and the regional directors lack of common sense or refusal to recognize the major IT system errors. Please address wrong input of oem specs in your systems.

I am rather angry right now at Pep Boys. I called to get a quote on how much it would cost to buy and replace my turn signal switch. They quoted me $356.00. Well, I just bought a used one for $22.00 and watched a YouTube video on how to replace it and it took less than five minutes for me to replace it! How can they justify almost four hundred dollars!!! Grrrr...

Alexi who was a great help got me right in and out she also assisted me with getting the right oil change and battery for my vehicle I was satisfied with the work and also isaac was the one that worked on my vehicle,he was very fast and very knowledgeable with his work. Prices are way to high,i walked to AutoZone to get my part n they had a mechanic give me a ride back to my trk n install part,i would highly recommend everyone to avoid pepboys at all cost.the folks greet you nicely n try thier hardest but that doesnt do anything for overprice parts this place is the 3 worst friends your truck could ever have
