I needed a battery tested. The parts pro came to my car, tested my battery (deader than dead) and told me he had a replacement. The price was the best I found. Great store

Don’t send them any paperwork they will just lose it. It’s crazy how much better the Napa store in avondale is.

I was going all over town to find a stupid part that seemed like it should have been easy. Then someone suggested I try NAPA, I had never been in a NAPA before. Now I am sad that I did not go here first. Not only did they have the part I needed, one of the employees shower me a better way to accomplish my task.

I dont normally right reviews for places that I use while I work, but these guys deserve some recognition. I come to this Napa to get hydraulic hoses remade 90% of the time I go there. However today I ran into a problem while working that I need more power then what my tools provide to me. So I called Steve over here and asked if I could burrow some things. He was more then willing to help me out as was the older gentleman that I did not catch his name. They got what I needed done, quickly and without charge so my customer could get there equipment fixed. Best service ever, definitely above and beyond!

Day Auto Parts in Coolidge always helps me out when Im in a jamb. Counterman Dave is knowledgeable and quick on the keyboard. Always checks for the best value and the correct item(s) I need.

Best parts store in town. Locally owned by the very knowledgeable John Broom. Always get the right part for a fair price, the first time. Only parts store in town with on site machine shop. Always has part available or can get it within 24 hours. Best parts store in Casa Grande.

Always preferred NAPA parts due to better quality in most cases, but this store has proven to be a waste of time after giving them a shot at providing parts for my 20 year old vehicle multiple times over the past 2 years. In every instance Im told that the part is Dealer Only. Then I call OReillys and they will most likely have it in stock or at least can have it by the end of the day.

Cant say much about the store itself but the machine shop i had issues ended up having to drill out all the old freeze plug holes for universal ones

Ok this is the second day in a row I have got here at 5:30. 30 mins before it closes and its locked up. I left a part with someone and told them Ill be back after work to get it. This is ridiculous that whoever is suppose to be here leaves who knows how early because this is the two times in a row that they are gone and no one answers the door or the phone with me knocking on the door. If this is the type of business they run they should just shut down this location. Will never come back to this napa again. And it will be awhile before I try any napa again if this is the kind of business they are running.

I talk to Steve and he made it seem like I wasting his time by calling to get a price check. I called them because they 4 star rating after talking to Steve I sont know they have such a good rating .

Lame location but for the most part every time I come here they have what I need or can get it that afternoon from another store. Employees always seem unfriendly but they are helpful.
