Done with Autozone, will pay a little extra, drive a little further to NAPA or Oreillys... been to store at 2729 pinal,... first time I heard they stopped making the trans fluid for my F350, asking the clerk what is the new manufacturer oil, he argued that i didnt know what was wrote on the dip stick for the original type, second visit... I was in store for about 5 minutes.. morning of 9/21, check film, no to help me at the counter, found clerk stocking shelf in rear of building and heard another but couldnt see anyone, but as phone rang I waited till they got up front, and someone appeared from behind the batteries... one jumped on the computer(believe was a manager), the other the phone and was totally ignored, never acknowledged with even a go to hell.... dont want my business, ill take it elsewhere.

Walk in Autozone theres a female clerk, Im thinking good, she will help me & give me fair prices we both females...Wrong,!! She was quick to say youre going to have.to go see a mechanic...I told her you cant you check with that thing you plug into car.....she takes a deep breath and says just a minute....cone back and says here you do it. ..,from now on, I will only go to men to help me!

Its ok, nothing to review about. I generally go in if I need something quick such as oil. Or a part I REALLY need that day. This location is quick to ring you out so thats good. I have noticed over a few recent visits I dont get asked about my rewards loyalty card anymore. I have to bring it up or by the time I remember I have already paid.

Got sold a lemon in LA and needed to make it to austin, TX. broke down in casa grande and words can’t describe how lucky i was to break down there, out of all places. i wish i remembered the names of those who helped, but thank y’all so much. one was a white gentlemen and the other was a beautiful young woman with the coolest tattoos. thank y’all for taking care of me. thank y’all so much. best city i’ve been in, ever.

How long will it take for your store to get a battery tester, I came to have my battery tested and was told not available at this location, purchased the battery anyhow, stopped by a few weeks later for something unrelated and the sign remains in the window

Auto zone is a good store, they can get what you need for your ride

Two nights ago. I went to clean freak. Car wash and for the second time my antenna was broke off. First time I let clean-freak know about it and they refunded me money to buy myself a new antenna. Well, I never took the money but I did go buy any antenna and AutoZone where the people that sold me the first antenna so on the second break I went back to AutoZone on Pinal here in Casa Grande and its kind of late. You know what some like almost 8:30. P.m. And I went inside and I was looking around for the antennas. I didnt familiarize myself with the story of the first time around so I had a little bit of a minute theyre looking for an antenna. But in the meanwhile there was a huge variety of things to look at and see and and find out what you can do to enhance your vehicle. A young man came out of nowhere and asked if I needed attention I said, yes. Yes. Thank you. He picked out at an antenna. Hes in welcome to the register and he was talking to me about the prices. And you know, whats what? And he walked outside with me. And he installed the antenna. I didnt even ask him. But he installed the antenna was it having to be told? I thought that was great. Plus I got a discount. So thats even more cool. But yeah, I was I was pretty amazed that here this young man. Is helping this old lady. and he went outside and Install the antenna without being told. He likes his job. He likes helping people. That young man deserves a raise?

The place was busy being a weekend but there was plenty of staff available. I waited in one of the 4 lines to request a part for my vehicle. It turned out they didnt have it and had no way of ordering it nor was there a universal equivalent. However, given that there was no option for them to help me, the associate was friendly enough to suggest a local custom shop as a possible place to find it outside of having to go to a dealership for it. While I was disappointed that there was absolutely no way for me to obtain my part, I really appreciate the staff thinking outside the box to ensure I left happy. He even took the time, knowing the part I was replacing, to direct me to a tool specifically made for replacing it which I happily purchased as a way of thanks for his help.

This store is my favorite to visit out of all the auto zones in casa grande it’s always clean no funny smells Claudia and Amy are great they always help me out with my parts. And overall I always have a good experience!Thanks!

Two women running store. Waited 20min plus to check out. Went to pay and waited for the women to finish a text and the other women wasnt any better. Had a line of about 10 people. And they where 1 foot apart from each other. Horrible experience just picking up funnels and a qaurt of oil for my generator.

Had a tricky return, and they took care of it quickly and patiently.

Went in to autozone for some parts its like the workers avoided me but a girl named Desiree came around the corner with a smile on her face and a positive attitude helped me with everything I needed even went out and helped install a few things she is a great worker always on top of things when I go in I never liked that location until she started there way to go autozone you need more workers like Desiree.

They had no wax kitsch. What Auto Parts store would not carry Auto wax!

This store was amazing! My serpentine belt snapped and I exchanged it for my warranty and they let me wait in the store where it is cool while I waited for the tow truck like an hour and a half and gave me water to drink. The employees are so sweet and nice!

Went in for a quick item and now I know Ill go elsewhere next time. The woman working was incredibly rude and didnt give anyone the time of day. Very unfriendly staff which is unfortunate for 9:30 in the morning.

Although they usually have the part for Less I really dont like shopping here because I have to wait way too long for service. I can be the only person in line and have to wait 10 minute. Ive ordered two things over the phone and I went to pick him up and they ordered neither one of them.

They said to order and pay a head gasket by 3:00pm, so they could have it ready by 5:30pm. We go at 5:30 pm and they said the guy that had to deliver it did not show up. The employees did not know were the delivery guy was and also mentioned they could not call him.

Michael, the store manager, provided excellent customer service when we came to Autozone to get assistance with our leaking coolant. Not only was he prompt and friendly with diagnosing what caused the leak, which was our bad radiator cap, but he also stayed with us to help fill the empty radiator with new coolant. While this act alone may seem trivial to some, I was in a stressful situation having to go down to Tucson over the weekend and having this unexpected problem appear derailed my plans but fortunately Michael was there to go above and beyond in terms of helping me get back on the road! I would highly recommend this particular Autozone for any car related problems. Thanks Michael for helping me out!

Have waited about 10 mins guy behind counter said he needed to wait on some one else to come back up to the counter before he could help me i understand that but why not go get some one to be there instead of just standing there and not helping your customers. Like most dont care about the name on the side of the building so i will not be using autozone again if i can help it but one customer dont matter right guys.

AVOID ! Incredibly rude staff. A daytime female worker was bar scanning every single item on the oil filter shelves as I searched for mine, she walked back & forth in front of me, never asked if she could help. I stood on line for 10 mins then another customer walked in & up to a vacant register- she went RIGHT TO HIM, PAST ME, & waited on him. She knew I was next in line. 6 mos ago I endured a very similar incident as I shopped for car maintenance items. I abhore this kind of rudeness, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
