I took my vehicle here for an oil change (first time). They were able to fit me in the schedule the same day, service was incredibly quick and you can’t beat the cost anywhere. The men that work here also seemed very honest and genuine. Highly recommend!

I take my old MG here for service I cant do myself. They have been very helpful and honest about repairs. Also get tires for the daily driver. Prices are good. Great guys.

I want to leave a five star review here, but I cant for a couple of reasons. Bull Tire has overcharged me and done questionable work on my car over the past two years. Although I have had good experiences here there are many times I have had bad ones. I think there are good people here that have hired bad employees and managers.

Only been here a couple of times after having bad experiences at nearby mechanics, but the difference in service quality is immediately noticeable. The staff has been fantastic, the prices have been fair, and the work has been done quickly & efficiently. Look forward to calling Bull Tire our mechanical home for however long we live here.

I was referred to Bull T&S by TAO Auto after they replaced struts on my vehicle. Called for an alignment. They were able to schedule me that afternoon. Service was performed while I waited and in a reasonable time frame. I was provided a print out of the results of the alignment showing that it was now in factory spec. Thank you to the staff at Bull!

Can not say enough positive things about Bull Tire; Ken, Larry, and Earl are all terrific and they have a customer for life in me. Honest, professional, great work, and first rate customer service. Having a garage you can trust is a big deal, and Bull Tire is the best around.

Bull Tire stripped my oil pan by over torqueing the drain plug. This was the only place I took my cars for ten years. Larry and Ken were good to me until this happened. I asked them to replace my oil pan and they refused. I explained to them that a stripped oil pan takes two visits. The first visit to over torque the drain plug and the second visit to remove the drain plug and realized it is stripped. Since they were the only shop I used it was their mistake. I ended up taking my car to another shop and paid $500 to fix their mistake. I no longer go to Bull Tire.

A few months ago, my husband had a flat tire. Instead of pushing for new they tried a repair. When that didnt work, he got a new tire for a great price (and no charge for the attempted repair). They werent pushy salesmen but understanding, helpful and seemingly honest. Today, I took my car to a franchise tire place because I had a small leak and thought it only needed a quick, inexpensive patch/plug. Unfortunately it was in a spot that couldnt be repaired and they told me I really needed 4 new tires. They quoted me two tiers. I called a popular warehouse store tire center thinking they would have a better price. They were $10 less, but 30k more miles on the warranty, so better than the tire franchise ( I wont mention names). Then I remembered my husbands experience here. I called and they got me in the same day, with a comparable tire (comparable warranty) for $200 less. Plus they will do rotations for me for free in the future since I purchased my tires there. The gentlemen at the front desk where courteous, kind, honest, and informative. I will be back for sure!

This place is awesome! I’ve been taking all of my cars here for all of their service for the last 15 years. What I love most is that they are fair, honest and friendly. Ive had a very good experience twice now, with two different flat tires. Each time, the service was fast, pricing was good - everything was fair and I left happy! Now I just have to figure out how to stop driving over screws....

I live way outside of Cary but they are the best. We have bought tires here for years and they always have the best customer service. The value far exceeds anything you are going to get at a warehouse club.

Nice employees, fair prices, quick service.Docked a star because the website doesnt list tire prices which means you have to call and ask about any tires youre interested. Not a huge deal, but if youre looking into a lot of different sets then it can be a pain to inquire about each.Would definitely recommend and come back in the future.

Less wait times. Easy to get appointments. Fair pricing and besides all there is no unwanted recommendations . I always try to get my cars serviced here. Recently changed the tires as well here. No complaints so far.

I had a great experience here when I needed some help. I was lucky enough to get a flat pretty much right at their service center. Im new to the area, and I was very flustered and upset as I was alone and had no idea where I was. They took great care of me and were very fair in their prices. It didnt take them long at all to fix up my car. I definitely recommend them!

5 Stars.....My college student daughter came home today and her brakes were not working properly. I called the shop at 1:15 told them of the situation with my daughters car and they advised me to come in right away. After doing a thorough inspection of the vehicle, it was determined that the car needed break service and both the rear and front wheels. They gave me a very good price and I thorough explanation of what needed to be done. They called me 4 hours later and said the car was ready and I went to pick it up around 5:30 this evening. Could not ask for anything better quick service, very professional service they have a new customer for life. Not a typical alpha male mechanic with a condescending attitude towards non-car people. The people here treated me with kind attitudes, and they had great attitudes with everyone I heard take phone calls for. If youre looking to avoid that uncomfortable situation with a D Bag mechanic, I would recommend these people to anyone solely based off of the way staff members like Bill and Larry treat their inbound customers.

You should never be late to an appointment. We were however, we got there as soon as we could; we were greeted and provided with very nice customer service. We had two vehicles, were in and out in no time at all. We would totally recommend!!

I have been a customer of Bull Tire for the last 4 or 5 yrs (dont remember when they opened) for my oil changes and vehicle inspections and have always been pleased with the work done on my Highlander. I refer all my family and friends to Ken or Larry and theyve all been taken care of. My mom was visiting from MD and was especially pleased when Ken put back on her hubcap and filled her tires with air without charge! I also bought my last tires from them because they were cheaper than the competitors and always provide top notch service. Great team of dependable guys every time!!

$154.44 to change thermostat on my Honda Civic. Come to find out these folks are about 1/3 more expensive than the nearby competition. Parents buy tires from them & said they are nice honest people & felt I would be in good hands...I guess not. Giddy up!

I have dealt with this repair shop twice now (once for a tire patch and once for brake pad replacement) and both times were excellent. The people here are eager to help you and will go the extra mile (pun intended).Its hard to find an honest mechanic that prices fair and does good work, so these guys can expect more visits from me if my car ever needs service. I would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

Ive gotten my car inspected there the last couple of years, and my wife has as well. We never make an appointment, but are always in and out in 30 minutes or so. The staff is professional and polite, and the service we get is first rate. We definitely recommend Bull Tire.

Brought in my Chevy Cobalt about 45 minutes before closing on a Monday and they were able to take care of it right away. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and the front desk staff were all friendly and informative.

My family (4 vehicles) have been going to Bull Tire for many years. I have found them to be honest and dependable and am glad to know I have a shop like them when I need work done. I have boughten tires, batteries and had both major and minor work done by them. We have all of our oil changes and tire rotations done here too. I appreciate their expertise!!!!

I had a screw in my tire the night before leaving for a long weekend. Dropped the car off late-night and used the key drop. I wrote instructions to replace the tire. Ken called the next morning, 30 minutes after they opened. He told me he recommended repairing the tire vs replacing it. He also told me that the Michelins I purchased there had a three-year road hazard warranty, so the would be no charge for the repair. I asked if I could leave the car in their lot until we returned, and they were fine with that. What could have been a couple hundred bucks and a stress-filled weekend turned into nothing but a minor inconvenience. These guys prove time and again that real customer care and pride in service are still alive and well.

Hours say they close at 6pm on Fridays. Drove a friend to get their car, got their at 5:30pm and no one was there.

I have been going to these guys for three years and always had a great experience but when we went to get our alternator replaced they tried to gouge my wife.According to RepairPal (iPhone App) my vehicle and year should cost at MOST 441 in this area (low end 324) to replace and install my alternator. He quoted my wife 580 at first and then later when she was balking he came down to 481 because he was a nice guy.I shopped around and even the Dodge dealership would have been cheaper at 450.Anyway, because I had worked with those guys before I asked them to come down to 400 which was mid-range and more reaosnable - he said he could not.So - I suppose they cannot do oil changes and tire service for me anymore either.Here is the deal - it costs at most 240 for my alternator (I actually found them for 169). It takes them 1.5 hours to replace said alternator. Are they saying it costs me 240 dollars for 1.5 hours of their time? I am in the wrong business.Ill replace my own alternator for 240.

Great service and honest. Had tires installed recently, had to call for a price but they beat everybody else around.

Dropped my truck off because the rear passenger break was making a loud noise and grinding. They told me the bolts had fallen out and the caliper was barely holding on. Charged me for labor and that was it, they could have been shady and said the caliper or pad was bad and charged me a hole lot more. I will be making this my regular shop for maintenance and service from here on out. Thank you.

I had a good experience with them in the past but I am incredibly disappointed and very upset with their service from my most recent experience. I talked to Ken multiple times about leaving my car to get looked at while I was at work, over the phone and e-mail. I dropped the car in the morning and put the keys in the box. It was pouring rain and I didn’t see the slot for the keys. I spent $40 to uber to and from work so that they could look at my car before I went out of town. When I came for pickup, 20 minutes before they close, everyone was gone, and Larry spoke with me and told me it was my fault for not putting the keys in the right space. (Despite my multiple conversations with Ken about leaving the car there for the day. They did not even offer an apology.) if you use them as a drop off, just maybe try parking right in front of the garage or front door, otherwise you’ll be wasting your time and money
