Excellent experience so far. I had three salespeople to ask if I had been helped. And they werent pushy! Plenty of cars to choose from. Shaleace is good at her job...knowledgeable and efficient!!

This review is for the service department. I have spoken to some lovely people in the other departments and they were very nice. The service department dont value customer experience at all. I made an appointment to get my oil changed. When I arrived they didnt have my appointment in the system even though I had a confirmation email but they said it wasnt a problem and that it would be done in an hour and a half. I left to go get dinner. They never called me and after about 2 hours I started calling them to inquire about my car. I was put on hold for 30 minutes and wasnt told anything about my car. I called back repeatedly. I knew they closed at 6 and it was getting close to 6 so I headed back to try to get my car before they closed. I was on the phone this entire time on the way there still being put on hold or directed to phones that didnt pick up. When I got there I discovered that they had closed up and left with my car sitting right where they left it and had lost my keys. They had never done the oil change and were just going to go home for the night without letting me know. No explanation as to what happened or why no one had called me or even answered my calls. My keys were finally found somewhere. I took my car and dont intend to come back. The lack of communication and lack of respect for my time as a customer were disgraceful. Its clear they didnt want my business so I will give them what they want and bring my business elsewhere.

Bought a used CX-9 from Capital of Cary my salesman was Rob F. Very professional and knew the vehicle like it was his own. He answered every question that I had. He didn’t try to push the car on me, Again he was very professional and a laid back atmosphere. I would highly recommend this dealership and would buy my next car from here.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. First, upon entry of the building, the whole place gives off the air of going out of business. There were only two cars in the showroom and one of them is pre-owned. Their overall inventory is low and the staff does not even know what they have in hand. After walking in, I was assigned a salesman to aid in turning in my lease and securing another. Joe was not only arrogant and rude, he also played ignorant on the process of pricing the lease. He would not answer questions I had about how much taxes and fees were. All he would do is show you the paper with lease payment totals after varying down payments. I asked for the money factor or for the fees being charged. He claimed the computer only gave him that paper and that was all he could tell us. He clearly had no interest in trying to help us or in making a deal. After he once again said he could not answer my questions and the price in front me of me is all there is, I left. Even though my lease was originally from that dealership and I had a good experience 3 years ago, clearly things have changed.If you do need a Mazda, I highly recommended going to Southern States Mazda. Even though I arrived late in the day, they were welcoming and thorough. They have many more cars available, even though they too are experiencing high turnover right now. They show pricing of lease along with a breakdown of all fees involved without even asking. I was able to get the exact car I had been looking at with Capital Mazda but here I was happy with the deal we made. I did not feel like they were trying to rip me off. They were knowledgeable and helpful. They are everything thar Capitol is not.

Just bought my new car at Mazda with pandemic the car industry has been turned upside down. The internet folks Blair and Will did a great job and got me a fair deal for both sides. Can wait to drive my sled and hope for a long continued relationship with the dealership.
