I am really glad that I bought my new mini van Chrysler Pacifica from this dealer . The sales person Mr.White is awesome, he is very responsible, sensible and knowledgeable. Danny Blanchard was a pleasure to work with on our vehicle trade in yesterday. He answered all questions my daughter and I had in regards to our new vehicle purchase. This was a great experience. Went to see Jeffery Ayers not knowing what I wanted. Car, truck or suv, I drove several vehicles & still unsure. I left that Saturday and kept searching website, then I saw the Jeep that fit my need. Got back in touch with Jeffery, he checked over the Jeep and all good. I stopped by on my way home, traded my truck and came home with the Jeep. Everyone at Robert Loehr Chrysler Dodge went above and beyond.
Sold my truck back to Robert Loehr. The entire process was easy from start to finish! Jason and I came to an agreement and shook hands on it. Called me an hour later to let me know the check was ready. I was busy so I had to pick it up the next day. Josh was there and finished the transaction with no problems at all. I have sold cars to other dealerships and after a hand shake have them come back with a lower offer. Not here!! These guys are top notch. Highly recommend!

This is the worst place to take your vehicle. Have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk thats our baby. Took to Jeep specifically so it can be fixed right. Had it for 3 days, I had to keep calling for updates. Picked it up, a week later same code comes up. Have to wait 4 days to get it back in. Take it in Monday 930 am, told it will taken in first thing since its a come back. Also asked about radio they were ordering because it was defective. Thats in so they will install it while its there. NO CALLS AGAIN until Tuesday 430 pm. Just had to do a software update to clear code but still needs to be test drove to see if code comes back. Radio is in & can pick up at noon Wednesday. Go to pick up & not done (surprise) and radio isnt even installed either. My car is how I make money, asked about rental when I took it in since it took 3 days the first time & warranty covers rental. Told he will look into that for me. No call on that either. Greg our service guy wont look you in the eye when he talks to you cuz its nothing but lies. Try calling & getting a manager to help, hes at lunch & cant get to his voice-mail. My husband has been a service advisor for over 15 yrs but like I said, took it to Jeep specifically to be fixed right. Plus warranty only covers dealership.
Just a quick update, I would leave 5 stars for our corporations second experience at Robert Loehr as well. Scott and his team took on a big job and turned one of our diesels out in a matter of a couple days. On any given day out fleet passes 10 different dealerships but we won’t be going anywhere else. After owning and maintaining fleet vehicles for over 20 years now I can tell you the professionalism of Scott, Cody, Jared, and the skill of the diesel mechanics in the shop is second to none.Robert Loehr was referred by a colleague. I own a midsize corporation that does business in GA, AL and TN. We worked with another dealership for years but as each year passed it seemed that less priority was placed on work trucks and the techs seemed to lack the experience to efficiently troubleshoot and repair diesels. We brought in one our 2020 model - 2500 Cummings Diesels and in one hour Cody and his team had diagnosed our issue and had parts on the way. If you’re in business and depend on your fleet I would consider their service department above any other.
This rating is for the service department only as Ive only had limited interaction with the sales department.Id give them no stars if possible.....What should have been a simple repair of an ac problem turned into seven weeks of loss of use of my 2020 Grand Cherokee. It sat there from 9/3 to 10/2....an entire month! My GC still isnt repaired and is now at another dealership for the original problem and having everything Robert Loehr Jeep damaged while it was there repaired. Not only are the technicians incompetent they took my vehicle for a 50 mile joy ride and got caught speeding 3 times by the trucks telemetry. 2 violations at 10mph over the posted speed limit and one for 15mph over. The 15mph was on Mission road near the elementary school. Then he sat at his house for roughly 30 minutes in the middle of the day......and ran the tank down to 4% fuel on his joy ride. When I stopped to check on it the service writer told me they put fuel in it, like the were doing me a favor, it had slightly over a quarter tank when dropped of a month ago....thanks....Theres so much more I could add.I have pics of damage, and telemetry reports available for anyone who wants to see. Just ask...Avoid this shop at all costs.

Normally I dislike buying a car, but not this time! Robert Loehr Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was fantastic. Our salesman Dusten was great to work with. The finance manager was extremely nice and explained everything. My daughter and I never felt any pressure. 100% service and help getting my daughter the car she wanted. Where most dealers are having trouble getting inventory and will tell you they can’t get you a Jeep Grand Cherokee with the features you want, we got more than we were looking for at a fair price. The price wasn’t inflated, 0% financing, fair value for our trade, and great pricing on GAP insurance and the extended warranty. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Dusten!

UPDATE ****We spoke to the owner and he fixed our Jeep. I’m so glad we ran into him. If only his employees were as honest. Very nice man that was down to earth and understanding. I would buy from here again only if Robert Loehr himself helped us. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This dealership is the WORST buying experience EVER!!! My husband bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler not even a month ago and there have been endless problems with this vehicle. 38,000 for a decked out Jeep that has many many issues that were not checked before they resold it to us. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
I bought my Jeep Compass from this dealership yesterday. I had previously bought a Grand Cherokee from them and traded it for the Compass. Had the same salesperson, Cody. He is very nice, not high pressure, very pleasant and easy to work with. The grand Cherokee had become too difficult for me and my 93 year old mother to enter and exit. We love the Compass and got a great deal!

Friendly people but more concerned with social media than customer service. With a 1030 am oil change appointment for today I arrived at 950 ish and received my car back at 11:24. I asked the service advisors multiple times in that time frame to please have the technician check the tire pressure. Once I get on the road, my tire pressure was not touched. Little things make all the difference.
I had a great experience with these guys. I called on a Monday to inquire about a car and later on that night he sent a guy to hand deliver my car across state! I highly recommend!!!

Called to get prices on oil change,young lady today me to go to web site for coupons, I sent the coupon I wanted to my email, showed it when I went in, added tire rotation and left for lunch with my son and daughter in law. got a text when it was ready.. everyone is super kind, and courteous in the service department!! I have been using them for over 2 years now and TRUST them . I drive 42 miles there because they never take advantage of the fact that I am totally car maintenance illiterate and do not try to sell me something I dont need but tell when I might be needing to do certain services. highly recommend!!!

Worst experience at a dealership ever. Cody completely stereotyped me, and told me what I couldn’t afford before even asking me what I could afford or even wanted. Told me he didn’t have time to go test drive with me because “they’ve got us doing dealership stuff that other dealerships don’t have salesmen do”. When I came back, he was in the parking lot with a new customer showing them cars. Wasn’t even a busy day. Liked the car a lot and was ready to sit down and talk but he was clearly not interested in making a sale. 0/10 recommend this dealer or Cody.
I would go somewhere else. The highest labor rates look it up. They wont help you unless they make money off the deal and its not cheap. You want a warm fuzzy feeling by going to a official Dodge dealership. I should have went to Marietta because it was closer but my wife used to take her Jeep here so thats it for me. They gave her the run-around too but she didnt know it. They also got over on the Dodge Corporation Mopar because they did warranty work and didnt even tell me about it. At the end of the day I still love my charger. Good luck

My salesman Mo was great. He is very helpful and knowledgeable of the make and models of the vehicles at the dealership. I was in and driving out within 2 hours of me arriving and I was never pressured or convinced on making a purchase. Mo and the finance manager were open honest and never made any empty promises. I was able to get exactly what I went there for with a good offer.
I sold one of my trucks to this dealership a few months ago. They gave me a really fair price to buy my 2019 ram 2500. I didn’t even know that I was shorted from the payoff. 2 months later, they sent me a check in the mail for the the difference that I was shorted but didn’t even know about. They could’ve just kept it and I would’ve never known. That means a lot of me. They had a nice facility with a good selection of mopar vehicles. I loved my ram so much that I decided all my trucks will be Rams from now on. Unfortunately, I had to sell my new truck so lose the payment to buy more equipment for the business. In a year or so when I’m ready to buy another truck, I will definitely be buying a ram heavy duty from Robert Loehr in cartersville

My 2018 Ram needed the radio replaced, the screen had delaminated.I called Chrysler Dodge, and they referred me and made an appointment on August 4th to bring in the truck.I told them I had an extended warranty, they advisor inform me that it doesnt cover the radio, I said I called and they said it does,After a few days I get a text on August 7th from the advisor, he needs the radio number, I texted the radio number with a note why they dint take the number when I bought the car in and waited 3 days later, which a had taken a day off from work.I never got a respond back, on the 17th I called to see if they had the radio in stock, the service advisor was still waiting for my text and never order the radio.on the first week of september I called Service T and left him a voice message, no response.I called back again spoke with a manager, he said the radio hasnt arrived yet and he will call me when it does.The same afternoon I get a phone call from the warranty company that my radio is there at the dealer.I called the parts department person and confirmed the radio is there than they set up an appointment to get it installed on September 11 th .when I picked up my truck the radio was not set correctly and had some kind of epoxy glue on the frame, dirty sloppy.I wasnt gona review, but I got a text from the service advisor on how important is to review them, so here it is.I do not recement this dealership for any repairs, they dont communicate, very poor customer service, or call I had to call the insurance for this and I was Charged a Deductible ..MO 49660they total was $1134.60, $300. was labor!!!

Changing my review. I was able to get my vehicle back in, they found the culprit. Previous owner had Joe Shmoe replace a cylinder, and apparently put put all the wrong hardware in the wrong placed, causing cam bolt to break loose. Once I let them know all the trouble and bad luck I was having we ith the vehicle, they were able to expedite and get me taken care of. Seems to be running great now. Ill update this review in a few weeks for posterity sake, and make sure all is well. Thank you for your work.

First let me start by saying I WAS a loyal customer of Robert Loehr. I bought my last two vehicles from them and had a great experience. And probably would have bought my next there. My problem is with the service department. Ive had an ongoing issue with my head unit. The first time they replaced the head unit with no problems. However The issue persisted and they were going to replace the backup camera. This is where things went south. They had my vehicle for a week to replace the unit. That was quite extensive in my opinion. They called to tell me it was done and I went to pick it up. However upon walking around my vehicle before I left I saw that it was damaged in several places. Not just a little nick here or there ...it looks like they took a crow bar to my trunk and there were marks on my bumper that I knew wasnt there prior. We went back to service and Josh, our service advisor, told us they would take care of the trunk but not the bumper. He just immediately said They did not do that. We had to get the manager on the line to get the bumper fixed. I dont understand why I was told my vehicle was ready. Did they just hope that I wouldnt notice the horrible damage they did to my car that I am meticulously overprotective of. I think so. They should have told me it was damaged and they would take care of it up front. Not come get your car its ready.Now my car had to go to the collision shop to be fixed and repainted and it took another two weeks. It looks great but shouldnt have had to be done in the first place. And did anyone from service or the dealership follow up? NOPE! They have lost a loyal customer. One who referred others to them on numerous occasions. And the icing on the cake? The original issue is STILL NOT FIXED. But they will not be touching my car again.

Car bought from them broke down THREE times. They didn’t give me back my car until a month later saying they were looking at it everyday. Just got my car back and it broke down within thirty minutes after they claimed to have put a new engine in it. They said they forgot to close some part under the hood after repair??? Car overheats not. Coolant spitting out. Smoking when driving. Now they claim to be working on it again.

It was a used truck but great condition, new tires and fully serviced to make sure we were happy with the vehicle. I switched loyalty to this team from another “⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ dealer” and couldn’t be happier. While I haven’t done business with the sales or finance departments, the service advisors are attentive to needs and communicate promptly. They handled a repeat repair in less than two hours that was quoted for much longer at a higher price elsewhere. The courtesy shuttle provides a nice touch as well.
I started out using their service department and they are wonderful so when I decided to purchase a new vehicle, I went to their sales. They entire process from start to finish was great. Very friendly and professional staff without being overbearing.
Disappointing visit with the Service Department. I took my new 2020 Ram pickup in for its first oil and filter change. I drove my truck home and parked it. The following morning as Im leaving I notice a large oil spot on my driveway. I called the dealer and took my truck back to them. They checked it and found that the service tech didnt tighten the oil drain plug all the way. Having to waste time on a Saturday to fix something like this is ridiculous. Changing the oil and filter isnt a difficult job. My confidence level and trust that this dealer will perform a quality service in the future has dropped dramatically.
Went in looking to trade in my high mileage subaru, Tim White did everything he could do to get me within the budget I gave him, it took 2 days (do to my indecisiveness) but when I finally made a decision on the second day him and JW got me in and out very quickly. Would definitely recommend to others.

Theyve treated me well however for sure not the cheapest place for service. But whats true is You never get what you dont pay for & seldom do you actually get what you do pay for. However here you get a good bang for your buck. I highly recommend their service department.

Utter lack of customer service overall. I have ongoing issues with the service I had done on my 2018 JLUR and now the dealer will no longer respond to me or Jeep. First off, we were promised a rental vehicle when dropping off my vehicle for a recall and upon my wifes arrival in the morning, they didnt have one. They lady at the front said she meant to contact us the night prior, but never did (wouldve been nice, even if it was the morning of since we had an appointment scheduled). Then, after they conducted the V41 recall, I looked at the steering stabilizer and they installed it backwards (which you can easily tell by a sticker that clearly points to the front of the vehicle, which it did not, as seen in the attached pic). Then, they inspected my ESS that stopped working and never replaced the plastic rivets that hold the fender together AND my ESS still isnt working. Finally, they ordered a replacement seat belt Ive been waiting on for several weeks now, but wont reply to my inquiries. Ive even had Jeep attempt to contact the dealer, as well, but to no avail. Jeep said the part was available and shouldve arrived the week prior, but the dealer is apparently ignoring me -- a customer. Now months later, Im still waiting for a resolution on my vehicle. Considering they wont respond, Im hoping this review will get someones attention so theyll follow up. If this post is still a one star, there has been no corrective action taken by the dealer and I cannot recommend them for any sort of service.

Worst dealer experience ever! Took my Jeep in to activate my trailer lights. I was told by Jared, my service advisor that Id be in and out in an hour. Two hours later Im told that they have called the number to Chrysler and its activated but not working and wanted to keep my vehicle to begin diagnosing a wiring issue and that it would cost more for this diagnosis. I said no and then was forced to pay for the activation they said they did and I took my vehicle home. I wound up at a different dealership for a second opinion on the issue and before service started they let me know that I had a factory recall (no mention of this from Robert Loer). They have my vehicle for less than an hour, magically activated my trailer lights and confirmed that this dealership didnt activate the lights like I was previously told and fixed the recall. I called the manager, Scott to address the issue with them and to ask for a refund because they didnt provide the services they said they provided, IE. the activation. I was told no because I didnt bring my vehicle back to them. Now why would I bring it back to them to ask them to verify that the activation was done when they already said they performed it? I was charged for services that I as the customer had no way to verify was done correctly without taking it somewhere else. Bottom line is I paid to have my trailer lights activated in the computer which they said they did only to find out they in fact did not do that, then refused to refund my money for services that were not rendered. Then on top of that tried to charge me even more money claiming its a wiring issue.
They were very nice and courteous they did a good job on my oil change my car still runs smoothly and they gave me a good diagnosis on my car and I appreciate everything theyve done for me I I will recommend them to others they have a hundred star point from me

I brought my Dodge Challenger in for an oil change. It took less time than expected. I was in and out quickly. They took good care of my car.
On a second trip to the this dealership, after the first botched repair did not work, the door of my Fiat was damaged. My vehicle had a normal functioning door handle when I left it at the dealership. When I picked up, the cap that secures the door handle immediately broke…..in the lot. I have used every Fiat dealership in Atlanta and this location is the only one that returned a damaged vehicle. F

I would give Zero Stars for service if I could. I stopped here since I was 5 hours from home, my check engine light came on and my truck was skipping. I talked to service department and he said they are full. I asked for them to put a scanner on it to see what the problem was and if I could make it home. He told me You made it up here, you can make it back. So I called Dewayne Davis at WOODY FOLSOM in BAXLEY. They sent me a new truck and picked mine up.
I am relatively new in the area and needed to buy a new truck. My neighbors told of several Dodge dealers in towns near my home but no one told me anything outstanding about their experiences. Just out of pure luck I chose Robert Loehr Chrysler Dodge. I actually enjoyed the buying process and since that day I have found their service department to be very customer friendly. They work they have performed in my service request have always been quick and exactly what was needed. I will keep my business at this dealership as long as they continue to take care of me in the way they have so far.

Went to the hiram DJR location for service, specifically an oil change and wow. what a complete difference in the customer service than what i had when i used the cartersville location. wish i could rate better. will be going to hiram from now on.
