Worst prices around. Not only that, but I walked the entire yard and found some basic parts like factory cassette only radios in multiple Rangers & was quoted $100 for just one. Also wanted a factory bottle jack from a ford van & was quoted $65.I tried to explain that a new bottle jack at Walmart was cheaper than what they were charging & that I could buy a factory Ford cassette player for a 1/3 of the price they were charging me on ebay, only to be told that ebay wasnt their competitor....really?!This place is a joke, they currently have the land listed for sale so I dont think they really care if any of their parts sell unless its for top dollar. Called another salvage yard and the guy laughed when I told him the prices I was quoted here.

Made me wait 2 hours for a brake caliper that was already broken. When I returned it I had to wait another hour just to have them give me the SAME broken caliper and say they replaced it. I will NEVER do business with them again, especially considering the fact that I bought a brand new caliper at autozone for the same price he charged for his broken one. I purchased a door that should have had power door regulator, as stated and guaranteed by their warranty. When I picked it up, they had stripped off the parts I needed. When I called to speak with a manager, they blocked my number and refused to honor their warranty. They had three other doors that fit my car and could have easily made this right but chose to to do the most dishonest thing and left me hanging. It cost me a $100 more to buy the regulator new. Be careful dealing with this crew. A few good people don’t make up for the crooks in charge.

I went in today to get some parts for my sons 1995 4runner. Great service and great people. Spoke quite a bit with the owner, Patrick Brooks. Real good guy. I will definitely return next time I need parts and would recommend then to anyone looking for used auto parts.

This place was a lifesaver! Best Salvage yard I have ever been to, by far! I recently moved from Miami to Atlanta 3 years ago, and my car had many problems when I arrived. After much searching, I realized the Honda parts I needed far exceeded my budget. A friend told me about Brooks Auto Salvage because they had not only helped her locate parts in the past, but she also sold them a car and got top dollar for it. They not only gave her the best cash offer for it but they picked it up at her location at no charge! Obviously, I called them. They were super helpful and got me all my parts for less than half the price all others were charging. After this experience, I have dealt with them and only them for 3 years and would never even think of going anywhere else! I currently drive a car I bought from them and I am a happy customer. They are professional and honest which explains why they have been in business for 29 years and are still strong!

Buddy is a RIP off gave me the wrong part and would not even take it back toward the right one on toward another much larger purchase. Be weary and specific exactly and then match it up to a perfect match before buying.plus he will charge you to go look to see if it even will work or if it is even there.

Awesome place.Very honest dependable people.I picked up a transmission that didnt fit from them that I thought was the right one.Turns out I gave the wrong specs and had tge wrong one. I was a week out of my guarantee with brooks auto salvage at this point and brooks still helped me out.Called all over for days to find me the right transmission and still switched it out for me even though I was out of my 30 days.I highly recommend this place to anyone.brooks and his staff are honest and his business is ran with the up most integrity.I coykdnt of asked for better service.

I have shopped at their store several times over the years and let me tell you, theyre the best at friendly, competent service and reasonable prices. Ive needed some awful hard stuff to find and they always find it. They had a problem employee up there that was kinda rude last year, bad attitude, but hes no longer there. I always deal with the owner, Patrick Brooks, for the best deals and service. After over 30 years I guess theyre doing something right.

I called at 10 in the morning. Sleepy needed more information. So I drive to the truck, got the information (wheel base). I called him back with the information and was told he had the part. So I drive 90 miles to the salvage yard. 2 hours later and $20 worth of gas, I find out they dont have it. The guy behind the counter tells be to get past them not having the part. Ill get past it. Save your time and money and stay clear of these toothless clowns.

UNTRUSTWORTHY!When I called they quoted a different price then when I had a man call. Every phone call solicited a different price. For me it was $75, for him it $65, then told $49, only to be told $65 again. They were the only yard that had the piece so I had to purchase it. When I showed up for the parts he tried to charge me an extra core charge on a part that doesnt have a core. After taking the part to the mechanic, IT WAS THE WRONG PIECE. They tried to say it was our fault even though we gave them the correct year 3 times. Stated they would bring the peice to the mechanic to make amends THAT NEVER HAPPENED! Theres more to the story and dealing with them but all in all. STAY AWAY!

Always deal with Mr. Patrick Brooks if you plan on buying anything from this place the other guy is extremely rude and difficult. Other than that I got what I needed at a decent price

Son was told the price of an alternator was $35 and he also purchased a battery specific to his vehicle. Total was $122. The battery was faulty and it was returned. The store tried to sell him a substandard replacement. My son knew all the specs that were needed and refused to buy something that would cause him issues later. He was refunded only $68 after all of that which, means they still kept an extra $14; after he drove all the way from Marietta to Cartersville. Sometimes, it is just best to go new. You get what you pay for in the long run. He shouldnt have had to contend with shiesty, cheating and horrible customer service. Thanks for nothing!

You can tell which ones are the fake reviews by them always stating how long theyve been in business. An average customer wouldnt know how long theyve been in business. False reviews. Customer service is and always will be terrible. I believe his name was Steve and it just so happens a Steve gave this place 5 stars and stated the same thing about knowing how many years this place has been in business. Id bet $100 its the same guy.

I love this place. Of course I own it and its my pride and joy. I have been serving folks nationwide since 1983. How many places can you do business with the owner of that business. Well, here you can. It perturbs me a little when I review some of the feedback here but its ok. What really gets me is how an unhappy customer will review, have their mom review, and use their fake accounts here on google and facebook to leave multiple reviews when they made one purchase. Still ok. I wake up with me and Im here to help you with whatever you need. Please call me anytime. Thought for the day, some people are just unhappy, no matter what the events of their day, they chose unhappiness.

Very poor customer service. I asked them to look up a part, and was told that would get back to me as soon as possible. I called back the next day to check, Brooks response was Well if we didnt call you back, that oughta tell you something! Completely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially since Im looking for a rare part. I would not recommend to anyone that may be travelling long distance for a part.

This place has been a terrible experience for me they would not order a part until you pay first in person then was told would be in next day took 4 days went to pick up part it was broke so they had to order another one phone call after phone call day after day waiting and being told I will call you back 7 days later the part was in went to pick up finally but when I arrived it was broke also what a waste of life I should have listened to the reviews and went somewhere else very unprofessional not sure how a place like tbat stays in business i wish i could give zero stars
