My daytime running lamp was partially out on my 2016 Accord. It was literally 1300 miles out of the warranty ...to replace it along w/ the service is $1200. They covered it!!! And, since it was taking longer than expected put me in a brand new loaner for the day! I picked my car up later after work ...it had been completely detailed on top of the them doing a complete inspection (I had just had it done at 35,000 but they did it since it was there). All was well. I slid into my beautiful car (I have a love affair w/ my Accord Coupe) and was over the top happy with Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville, Tyler Bone, the service dept manager & the entire service dept team!
