Awesome shop. Will be my go to muffler shop from now on. Took on an aftermarket muffler installation shops in my hometown didnt want to tackle and did a fantastic job. Friendly happy people working there. Worth the extra drive for me!

Went in for muffler repair and to get bushings replaced on level ride system. They took care of both quickly and price was reasonable. Going back to get sway bar bushings replaced. They were the only ones that had an outdoor lift capable of lifting my 18000 lb. bucket truck. Very satisfied with the service.

I was looking for an honest business close to home. A friend suggested Cartersville Muffler. Ive brought my car several times now and theyve been honest, helpful and affordable. Its nice to do business with folks I can trust. Me being a woman who doesnt know much about car repair tends to get ripped off so this is a blessing to me.

Reasonably priced and good work done. Not completed fast, but that was because of the labor force shortage right now. We will be using them again.

I have a 2005 Honda Civic hybrid. It has not passed emissions for the past two years. I always got it to pass. I was tired of seeing the check engine light on all the time. I read the code and it was a P420. Catalytic converter. I got the the name of the shop from Barry at Mavis tire shop in Acworth. I called and talked with Jason. He quoted me a price to replace both catalytic converters. I thought the price was fair. Had them do the work. It took a few days to have the parts delivered. That was a couple of weeks ago that the work was done. I finally got the emissions checked today and it passed with no codes. Oh happy days. They did an awesome job. If I need any exhaust work I will definitely go back. I will also tell anyone that asks where to go for any exhaust to Cartersville muffler. Thank you very much Jason.Mark Racine

These guys have always been honest and fair. Weve been using them for two years and theyve never steered us wrong or tried to sell us repairs that werent needed. The prices are mid-level but youre certainly going to get more than what youve paid for.

They fixed our car, but the grill is missing. They claimed they didnt lose it, but it was on the car when we arrived. Then the guy was rude about replacing it.

This was my second visit for exhaust work done, two different vehicles. I needed some custom exhaust work done and they got it done real nice. Good welds, clean look, great price, and I got my truck back before expected. I will continue to use them for any future work needed.

I would like to receive all of my family and friends because they really know what they are doing and they are really great. I went there yesterday and they fixed my car and I’m so very happy. First I took it to K.0 Automator and put it on their machine and drove it and came back and told me that I lost a screw in my muffler so I needed to take it to a muffler shop so I took it to this place and they said that it wasn’t my muffler. They had to weld a Heat Shield because mine came loose . I can never say thank y’all enough for fixing my car and I’m truly thankful for going to this place .

I needed a new muffler on my truck and was looking everywhere to find a place that I could afford... I saw Cartersville Muffler and pulled in and by the time I left my truck was quiet again and my muffler was fixed and it took a total of maybe 20 minutes I was so happy!! The staff are very polite and helpful... made my time there very nice... Thank You so much for everything I recommend these guys to everyone!!

Had a brake job and oil change done here. Reasonably priced. But the waiting area could use an overhaul. And if you plan to be with card be prepared to pay a percentage of your bill to use it. I dont recall the fee but it was close to $16 or so on a $440 bill.

I didnt get anything done today. However Jason and his crew were super sweet to me and let me know what my problem was. I will be going to them to get it fixed,and theyll be My new mechanics

They tend to be about 30-50% overpriced verses other places Ive been to for similar work. That being said they do quality work in a timely manner. Theyre also very friendly and quick to work you in. They dont have clear cut rates per hr and they re-use scrap at new prices. Its tough running a business, and you have to make money. Id rate them higher if they had a better billing process that wasnt so arbitrary. So I guess thats the price you pay for the decent service.

I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car. I have just moved to town and was told I needed a $1500 car repair. After taking it to Jason for a second opinion, he assured me the car simply needed an oil change. He took the time to explain the possible repairs that would be needed and what they would do to diagnose it. Cartersville Muffler & Brake is honest, has very reasonable prices, and they treat you like family!!

We have an RV and we are from out of town, and while driving, our muffler fell off. We needed it to be fixed quickly, but well done. This place was the right place to stop for a great price and customer friendly.

Not sure if it was personal or what, but they had 24 hours to do a 15 minute job and still didnt do it. Left me on hold for 16 minutes at 8:50 a.m. this morning, then hung up the phone. Felt very personal, yet no evidence to prove it. Had I known this would be my experience, I would have never walked in those doors. I had a great history with Cartersville Muffler many years ago, yet I fear the trash theyve hired has set the bar for the future. Most definitely will not return. Sorry, not sorry. The facts are there.

We brought our sons car in for manifold damaged caused by Firestone in Cartersville Ga. they knew immediately what the problem was and had it repaired by the next day. Shout out to their staff for the care and attention given.

Very friendly and knowledgeable of what needs to be done to make it right. Highly recommend them, true professionals.

As a woman, I get nervous when going to mechanics because a lot of them will try to rip off or overcharge...or even up sell a woman. However, at this location, this is not the case. I knew I needed a new muffler, but when they raised it up and looked, the mechanic told me that there was more wrong. I thought...ohh here we go. Something amazing though, he let me come out and look, and sure enough, he was shooting me straight. I ended up having to have the majority of my exhaust system replaced, but it saved me money in the long run. Also, they did beautiful work, and Im very happy with the results. Its been a couple of months now and everything still looks great. I cant recommend these people enough, especially to women.

I have a 1990 Chevy K1500 (25 year old truck). The muffler fell off and it did not have a tail pipe. Shawn installed a new tailpipe/muffler and connector pipe. The welding looked good and the tail pipe was secured well. Shawn is the mechanic who did a great job.

Thought I found a trustworthy shop when they did my brakes earlier this year. (I had price shopped around before bringing to them).Had to replace a bad part recently and was charged $250 for a $90 part. Too bad I checked after the fact. Expensive lesson learned after being ripped off. Just do your homework before as the work they do seems pretty good.

Pretty reliable place, I personally have had 3 exhaust systems installed here and I have been very pleased with them, plus it took about 30 minutes from start to finish to cut my old exhaust and weld a new one and back down the road, I highly suggest this place, the guy jason is a very nice guy.

5/5I had them install flowmaster mufflers with tail pipes and an H pipe. The price was right and Im very impressed with their work. I would recommend this shop to anyone in town.

I bought some brakes from this place & less than a month after getting them, they started scrubbing really bad. i ended up buyin another car & sat that car down. i later took that car to a dealership & they told me the brakes and rotors were GONE! this place did a terrible job on my brakes. i would not recommend this place for brakes!

These guys are ridiculous I took my Dodge Challenger in looking to get 2 flowmasters installed and this idiot named Dave or Jason cant remember gave me a ridiculous price of 398 for some off brand series that he said were almost the exact thing I asked him if I bring in my own flowmasters what would be the price difference he gave me $80 difference which was 318 then rounded it down to 300 these guys are double if not triple the price of everyone else then this idiot thought my resonators after looking at my car were in the middle and the mufflers were in the back how can I trust someone that wants to rob my pocket then doesnt even know what hes talking about wont ever go there again a bunch of tobacco chewing idiots
