They had exactly what I needed, though I guess 90% of that could be chocked up to luck. Sam is an extremely helpful employee, with a good attitude and professional personality. Give that lady a raise!!

Ordered a console online for in store pickup because their website said they had 3 in stock. I paid in full and thought everything was good to go. This was for my son’s birthday. They then cancelled my order on the day I was supposed to pick it up. When I called, they said they didn’t have any in stock and the website inventory is never right. Very frustrating as a customer. I called other locations that showed in stock inventory and was told they are all sold out and you can’t trust what the website says.

Im kind of the old school gamer, and its nice to have a place where I can go and find accessories and games for my old school systems. And finding a place that you can actually walk into an interact with the sales people is a plus in these days.

Rip off on games. Check at wal mart first. Same game cheaper prices.

The associates are very knowledgeable. My son is autistic and this is his favorite store. Its nice going somewhere where they remember you and freely engage in conversation. They always talk with him about his gaming interests! Highly recommend this location!

GameStop might not have a reputation for quality service but I think you can say the people working here will do their best to make you think otherwise. My experience here was fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and were willing to help me find a Switch when they were out of stock everywhere (including there). Its a small store so come during off hours for a quieter shopping experience.

The girls working the day I went in were super nice. They made my shopping trip much more enjoyable

Great selection knowledgable employees, they help me figure out how to get through some games. Always has the latest games and there pro-membership give extra trade-in credits at times.

It is always hot. Air hasnt worked in years. Workers are nice but I question some of them.... experience with them is mixed impressions of how they did.

Good store overall the employees are cool but just dont return your games your getting none of you money back basically for example new Game: 60$ Returned game: 5$-10$ youll get back

Awesome store with smart knowledgeable staff even though most of the customers look and smell like they ate cigarettes for breakfast.

Staff knows the games usually very well and helpful. They always seem busy but nature of the business I suppose. Dont expect to run in and out quickly. But plenty of stuff to look at while waiting.

Im honestly glad this place is on the decline. Everything is overpriced, they rarely have everything you need, and the internet is making this place irrelevant. And everyone knows how aweful the return prices are. The only reason this place gets two stars is because the staff are nice and understanding.

Love going to gamestops always nice and ask for help or if your looking for somthing and normally have some kind of deal or deals going on

Use to love this store, has gradually been going down hill. Last few visits have been terrible. Products are same as always but the staff is horrible. The woman in charge especially, 3 visits in a row she was rude for no reason.

Wouldnt give my brother cash. Because of his age. Then wouldnt let me do it for him saying I am so random person. Then our mother comes there and still wouldnt take the trade

The staff is incredibly friendly and clearly like what they do (even for folks like me who like retro games or offbeat indie games rather than AAA titles), but they have got to get their Saturday staffing down. Ive walked out three times now because they will have ONE person working on Saturday, their busiest day of the week! You gotta know its going to be weird on a Saturday - folks want to do trades which take forever, parents asking questions since they are taking their kids to get games, pre-orders, issues, etc. EVERY Saturday they have line with an absurd wait time in a store that is entirely too small. Listen, Ill work Saturdays for you if it will help; ANYTHING to reduce these waits.

Son is a gamer and the associates are nice and knowledgeable who dont mind answering his questions.

The staff is helpful though sometimes it takes a while to get their attention. They seem to be very familiar with inventory. Location near walmart is always a good thing.

They have great customer service, when youre trying to buy something. It seems like I can never get anything returned up there, aside from what their lying website will tell you. I cant return new or used merchandise and they always have a different excuse. I wouldve left a 0 star review but it wouldnt let me. I will NEVER shop here again, ever

The games are great, trades ins are great and used games and consoles sell and can be purchased for a decent amount. Very satisfied.
