I went to get my iPhone screen replaced and he also noticed that my battery needed to be replaced. He was very nice and explained everything so well. I thought prices were decent and the service is just wonderful! My mom also went there to replace her iPhone battery and had a lot of questions unrelated to the repair but they were so kind in helping her figure out her new phone. I really appreciated that.

Took advantage of my daughter when she tried getting her phone fixed. Charged her nearly $160 and phone speaker still doesn’t work properly. Will be speaking to the owner on Monday for a full refund and will then update after their response.

Was quote a price for repair and was charged a higher price. Didnt notice the higher charge until Ive already left. Not professional. Was very disappointed.Updated: 06/08/2021. Received a call and informed me of a system issue that affect the pricing and that difference was not noticed. They credit back the difference immediately. Since it appears to be an honest mistake, Ive changed the rating for this interaction to be more positive.

I had an iPhone issue a couple months back and ended up changing the battery on my phone with IFix. Today, my phone wouldnt hold a charge. I came back and talk to Phillip, tech that fixed my phone prior, and he felt mysterious about my issue as well. He kindly went in the back to look into the issue to find out it was a faulty battery. After I accidentally dropped and cracked a small part of my phones screen about 2.5 years ago and no issues with it during that time other than in recent months it randomly started to dim and flicker, the screen went black and stopped working last night. This was my first time that Ive ever had this kind of thing happen and then obviously needing to take it to get repaired for a little while now during those dim and flickering months, but even more now since the screen stopped working. Always seems like you get so nervous over things like this and afterwards you wonder why you were even nervous to begin with. Lol. Looked online for some of the best phone repair shops and found this place. They were all so nice and very helpful. Answered any questions I had and took great care of my phone. Very pleased and happy with everything. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you all so much again for fixing my phones screen, a new battery and even giving me the free tempered glass cover for the extra wait time which wasnt any problem at all. This place is INCREDIBLE!!! They did such a great job on repairing the charging port on my sons tablet as well as removed the headphone jack that had broken off in the port that I did not even ask about when we first brought it in. (I had forgotten about it being in there). They removed it at no extra charge. I cannot recommend this place enough! My son told me in the car on the way home that he wants to work there when he grows up! Haha...he is 8!

Took my laptop here after I was previously told that it could not be fixed and that I would probably need a new one but after a short consultation I was reassured that my laptop would be able to be fixed. I spent a week going to AT&T, Apple and Best Buy trying to see how to get my monitor to work (broken/partially blacked out from a long fall but not cracked) to unlock my iPhone X and back up my data to my computer before getting my phone fixed. i had a ton of new pictures and documents that I just couldn’t afford to lose. I’m anti-Cloud! Popped by here and it literally took 20 minutes for them to repair my damaged monitor, switch my SIM card and get back to business. I thought he was kidding - I had brought my laptop and magazine ready to spend a great deal of time there instead I went and got a bite to eat. Literally 20 minutes and my phone looks brand new. Bought a case and screen protector as well for $20. Worth every penny! It was $189 for my X to be repaired. They didn’t ask for my life insurance lol and I didn’t have to sign any major documents. Just in and out like a lunch break! Best Buy and Apple without insurance was $300! I could’ve came here a week ago. The owner was very helpful, speedy and his team was friendly.

Horrible experience ever in my life! The owners are misleading and JR was very disrespectful as his wife had a bad attitude. JR the owner was way out of line in many ways from discrimination to making fun of weight to bragging on what kind of car he drives.He had a very short fuse. As a business owner and definitely does not know how to treat a client.The service was less than 1 Star. Two other clients walked out based on his behavior and told me they were doing some shady stuff to me.

I took my MacBook in on Saturday afternoon after a good amount of water was spilled on it. They were testing it until Monday and decided the only issue was the motherboard, and it was ready for pickup by Wednesday. They were nice, quick, and efficient throughout the whole process. Ive had no issues with my laptop so far, but they do have a 30 day window to bring it back if there are any issues.

Today was the first time I have used this business and I was very impressed. I cracked the camera lens cover on my galaxy and needed a quality repair as I depend a lot on my camera and its fantastic pictures.. Not only did they do the repair on the spot at 5 pm Saturday they even cleaned up my phone, now it looks and works new again. Very polite. Friendly service and prices much lower than if I did warranty work with AT&T. Hopefully I wont need a lot of repairs but when I do, I know where to go.

I was in a bad situation. I had accidentally broken my laptop display while repairing the hinge.I walked in near 10:00. The tech took a quick look then made a phone call to his supplier, turned around and gave me a very reasonable quote for the repair.I accepted the quote and left. On Friday I submerged my cute pink I Phone. I had an extra larger 6+ in a box so I reluctantly moved my SIM card over and worried that I needed a protective cover for the plus.
