Karina is great she is always very friendly and has a great attitude

Been with boost for almost 4 years. ever since I switched over I have brought friends and family. Karina has made it easy to be there when I need service on my account and even tech advise. She is great and knowledgeable. Every time I go she offers the current promotions and advices sincerely accordingly. The store is always very clean and organized. The new update fits great. The hours are also very convenient. I will be staying with boost for quite a while.

Going on two years with boost. Service has always been great weather it be making a payment or recommendation on new phones. Karina made the transition very easy and quick and of course its always good to walk in a store and get greeted with great attitude. She has always been ready to go above and beyond to help with what ever I have needed.

I had to visit this location because the store closer to my house went out of business. I was coming to purchase a new phone because mine was basically out of storage. I was at this store for almost an hour and a half. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store that whole time. The gentleman who was helping me didnt seem to have any idea what he was doing. The other employee was having to tell him what to do. He kept calling the 1-800 number for Boost so that he could get my phone switched and, they had him on hold for forever and, hung up on him several times. Now, thats obviously not their fault all! The whole process was just ridiculous. Ive switched to a newer phone several times and never had it be such an ordeal. That being said, the employees were friendly. I will say that. If I need to go back to a store again, I dont think Id return to this particular location.

First of all let me start off by saying, I normally go to the Dallas location off of NW Hwy. The service there was terrible to the point where decided that I was going to leave Boost for good. Thanks to Karina Segura Ive totally had a change of heart. She made me feel like I was really valued and that I mattered. I think she needs to go teach a customer service class at the other location. Im glad I decided to go to the Carrollton location and this is now truly the only store I will be visiting from now on.

I love this store they were actually open unlike two other boost stores I went to and the lady who helped me was very sweet and helpful and made sure that my transaction was successful thank you!!

Worst service ever the lady there called me out of my name in front of my child after I walked out of the store for a second in front of other customers to that was so unprofessional they are on their cell phones making personal calls it took them three hours to switch our lines over the girl is very rude and she told us one time she did not have time to look up our account and they still have 20 minutes before closing I am really thinking about switching to another company just because of her service I should not have to go further to get what I need just because she doesnt know how to treat customers I do not recommend the location off of Valwood and Josey

They have good prices and customer service. Also the service and coverage is amazing. Before I had verizon, att & t, and tmobile and they dont compare to the price and coverage. The customer service is great. The girl I think is Karina is always attentive and attends well.

This place is of people who offer good customer service. The saleswoman named Karina is a poor education person who treats people badly, closes the door in the face of customers.Hopefully, the manager will tell you about the person you have working for him and find out that Karina is not a suitable person for this type of business. The workers name is !!!!!!!! KARINA !!!!!Manager takes into account that with this class of employees your business loses customers and credibility since it is a place where you have to lead with many people and your employee Karina does not have the qualities to offer good customer service and the worst thing is that this far from knowing what it is to be amble with people ..I came to this location today hoping to pay my bill, but instead I came out very disappointed. An employee there name Karina, was extremely rude. You never close the door on a customer.Ive never felt so disrespected by an employee until today, Thanks to !!!!! KARINA !!!!!!!!
