Ive tried so many cell phone providers that were horrible: TracFone, Consumer Cellular, Metro PCS. In comparison, Cricket has been absolutely wonderful. Their young representative, Alexa, was so incredibly helpful and compassionate. She helped me deal with harassment from previous carrier, TracFone, got me a new Cricket phone, and all has been well ever since. Cricket is great to send me a reminder a couple of days before my bill is due (not two weeks prior), and Ive never had a dropped call. Other carriers will not allow you to continue service if you only buy their minimum plan, but Cricket seems happy to have my business. I highly recommend.
On Friday 9/11/2020 my partner and I went in to upgrade our phones, He got he Samsung Galaxy A11and I got the Nokia c2 Tava. Kim was very helpful w getting the ones we wanted and answered any questions that we had, She transferred all our info from the old phones to the new ones. After getting them home and going I realized that mine was not going to meet my needs, I called the next day and spoke to Kim and she let me know about the exchange, The following Thursday before going to work I took my phone back and exchanged it for the Samsung Galaxy A11. Derek was also helpful with the exchange and getting my new phone set up, Getting home from work that night I realized I forgot the memory card, I called them the next morning to see if they still had the phone. They checked and called back saying they had the phone and the memory card. I went in and Derek installed the memory card into the new one. We are happy with the new phones and the friendly customer service we got from Kim and Derek. This is the 2nd time we have purchased from this location and have been happy with the customer service.
I came after work to upgrade my phone. Due to my horrible work hours, I had to come later in the day. Derek, Vivian and Gilberto were so patient with me from start to finish. I was able to get a new phone (which I love by the way) and for a lot less than I would have paid with Apple. They are great employees!! Extremely friendly and caring. Im so glad I switched to Cricket Wireless. Thank you again!!

We have a service with Cricket Wireless we enjoy the service that we have with them. When Im in the area I like to stop over and talk with them and also pay my bill when its time. They treat me so well I enjoy the service with them and the time is that they show me and also the friendliness of the staff. You cant go wrong with Cricket Wireless:-) :-):-)
They never have enough staff to deal with business volume. I waited almost 30 good minutes to purchase a phone. If any other stores in the area had the particular phone I wanted I certainly would have left.
Subpar service. They use Google to investigate issues with your phone.
Went into store to change the billing cycle date and was done in under 15 minutes. Cloud the clerk gave me great customer service! I will return when I need a new phone or anything else cell-phone wise!

Their service is subpar. They really need to improve their customer service skills. They also were a bit slow.
The workers on this location will help you easily without sounding like they dont know what theyre talking about like the two other locations off of Frankford and Beltline. I recommend this spot over any others in this area.
I love going there. No matter what my issue is, they solve it and they dont make you feel dumb when you are the one who created the issue .Alexis is awesome
Terrible knowledge of cricket policy. Sent me to another store for a exchange even though you can only exchange and return at the location of purchase. Dumb Rep. Terrible customer service don’t recommend coming here unless you want your pockets to get leeched.

Of I could give negative stars on this place I would...I switched to metro PCS because of this place. They are slow and have no customer service skills. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!
Friendly but did not have the Nokia 3.1 in stock. We had to go to another Cricket location.
