I was very impressed with how fast the process was from start to finish. Every team member present was very helpful in the process and extremely pleasant. Good customer service is hard to come by anymore but 10/10 for this location. I would highly recommend this location for service

**** Updated retraction below!!***Extremely misinformative.... They will send you a rental agreement that means absolutely nothing.... After you sign it and send it back they will go pick your items up at another store and THEN tell you that they need additional information and that the pages long, legally binding contract that you signed is only to guarantee product availability. I took a whole half day from work because I was told to come to the store once items were ready and I needed the tools for the rest of my workday... Very low integrity and mgmt DOES NOT CARE!!!! I will copy and paste this complaint to every rating site I can find. If I could give zero stars or take stars away from them I would...***********Updated 5/5/2021*************Spoke with District Mgr. Rich and was confirmed of illicit reservation practice and redirected to Lewisville location. I spoke with Trey store mgr and was given a loaner set of tools until the tools I originally wanted came in!!! Both Trey and Rich were EXTREMELY helpful and I am now a VERY satisfied customer!!!

I have purchased items from this location many times. I would HIGHLY recommend you visiting this store if youre looking to be treated with the upmost respect. Not only are they polite but the manger Juan will make sure he gets you whatever items you need or want even if its not in stock. Victor was really amazing as well making sure my delivery arrived quickly and Aaron the delivery guy was very efficient. I can honestly say they have amazing customer service and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I wouldve given them 10 stars if it was an option.... Thanks guys!!!

05/16 I went to RAC on Josey and spoke with Victor. His customer service is out of this world!!! He is so friendly and so funny. And he went out of his way to help me with getting a washer. I will say for some of the negative reviews I have seen about Victor being rude I have worked with him different times and never once was he rude. He makes you feel comfortable about your purchase. Answers all your questions. And goes out of his way to help you to get you you need. As far as prices being high of course your going to pay more your renting to own and there is interest on all items. But you also have to to pay it same as cash which is a lot cheaper. Just saying. I cant thank them enough for being there when I needed a washer. And the delivery guys were great and very helpful.

Did not have a great experience with the Manager Victor per our phone conversation this afternoon and I am highly disappointed with the lack of empathy I received after being advised of a certain process regarding my application and conversation with a prior agent. I’ve worked in customer service and it is so unfortunate that that had to be my experience.I applied to get my living room sectional faster but I can afford to purchase the sectional out of pocket and rather shop at Rooms to Go or Nebraska Furniture Mart for much better customer service.Such a disappointment.

Juan (manager?) not very helpful. I was given an incorrect remote to a 55inch smart TV over a year ago. I have called about this at least 3 times. Still no remote.. I called to purchase the TV in full and wasnt granted any kind of compensation..... just sarcasm and nonchalance.

Juan the manager is awesome he goes above and beyond for his customers. My husband and I, had just moved in to our new apartment and needed our couch. They had been holding it for us while we found our new apartment so when it came time to deliver it. Juan the manager went out of his way to deliver our couch and set it up for us. Even though our new apartment was now out of their delivery area. Once again thanks Juan!

05/30/2020-- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND ARE VERY SHADY!!! THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.My washing machine went out and I am waiting on the warranty company to either repair or replace it.But in the mean time I need to wash my clothes. I could afford to purchase a brand new washer cash right now, but if my current washer will be repaired instead of replaced I dont want to have to deal with the hassle of having to get rid of a washing machine IF mine is fixed. So I decided to rent a washer for a month instead.After doing a Google search, this location is the first that came up. I called, provided all of the necessary information and paid. Mind you, I was told that I cant rent a washing machine alone, I have to rent BOTH the washer and the dryer. I told the sales person, whose name is Anna, that I already have a dryer and I dont need it, but I will pay for both of them, but only deliver the washer.She told me on Friday before I sent over all of my information and paid, that I could get the washer delivered to me on Friday. After I paid, she then told me that I cant get it on Friday, I will get it on Saturday, either in the morning, or between 1 and 6pm in the afternoon.At 1:30pm on Saturday I called the store and spoke to a male, to try to find out what time they will be delivering the washer. I was then told by him that I will NOT be getting the washer till Monday, and that they dont even have the washer at their store, they have to get the washer from another store.Needless to say this annoyed me. I am irritated because I was being lied to all this time, just so that they could get a new customer.Added to the fact that I am at my house, sitting, waiting and watching for them to call me, and they had ZERO intentions of doing that today.I even wanted to go grocery shopping, but put it off because I am waiting on them.This is NOT how I do business, so as soon as I found this out I told the man over the phone to cancel the order, his response to me was Bye.I said again, to cancel the order, again he responded by saying bye. It wasnt until the third time when I raised my voice and spoke with a stern tone, that he responded he needs my card info before he could cancel the order and give me back my money.He became very disrespectful and combative at this point, and accused me of cussing at him. I didnt even bother to respond to him because quite frankly, I WILL NEVER BE DOING ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN IN MY LIFE....so why waste my energy on him?I just gave him my card number and then hung up.I dont even know if I he has canceled the order, or if my money will be going back to my card. But what I do know is that THIS IS THE WORST PLACE THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, AND I WILL ADVISE EVERYONE TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.Im not even worried about the money, I can always dispute the charges with my bank, and then block them from ever trying to charge my card again.I will get my money back either way. Plus whether I have, or dont have that money right now, I will still be able to survive.What I am worried about are the desperate people who are having a hard time, and are using them as a solution, because they have nowhere else to go...Imagine how THEY are being treated by this terrible place!!!!

I realize that it may be over the top to write a review of a rental center with the phrase renews my faith in my fellow man... but these words are - literally - the truth!My elderly mom was being put into a rehab center and was really, really scared and stressed out the situation. The rehab center we found allows for my dad to stay in the room with her overnight - but theres no furniture in the room comfortable enough for him to relax in for an overnight period of time (and for the weeks that shell need to be at the rehab facility).Owing to the various bureaucracies inherent in the transfer of Medicare patients from hospitals to rehab facilities, the transfer wasnt confirmed until 4:00 in the afternoon. So, relatively late in the business day, I called up this Rent-A-Center and had the good fortune to have Juan take my call. Even in the late hour of the day, he scoured the area to find the chair that we were looking for. When a through normal channels delivery wasnt going to be possible until tomorrow, he enlisted the help of his mother and his brother to acquire the chair from a store clear across the Metroplex and deliver the chair to the facility where my mom is - all so that my Dad can stay there with her every night - including the first night. And he did most of this well after store hours.The chair is great, my dad is comfortable, my mom just feels better that hes there with her, the chairs price was incredibly reasonable, and the whole rental process was smooth and fast.But yeah, Juan (and his family!) really went above and beyond - WAY above and beyond - to help out my family - complete strangers - who really needed the kind of extra kindness and effort he put forth today.Cant recommend (or thank) this place - or Juan - highly enough!Kevin

Today, 1/15/2020 at approximately 3:21 pm I visited this location & victor was more than rude. Rude is an understatement. I asked for any discounts the store may offer especially for customers who has payed off items. ..being that I purchased my whole entire bed set from this exact location. He then goes on to look at me as if I’m crazy & says “Well the customers should already know that “ I responded by saying “ St I don’t work here so I thought I should ask an employee” he replies “ .. “it’s posted everywhere, Even on the website” he then rolls his eyes at me...I asked to speak to someone else .. perhaps they would be more friendly.. I would never ever recommend anyone to this location as long as he is here. My 1st experience at this store was amazing.. the second time I came back & met him, I felt completely stereotyped .. His name is VICTOR by the way!!!!!

I was looking for a washer and dryer, and needed a new set immediately. The sales person was courteous and explained their options, but there were 2 models to select from and I didnt want either one. My only regret is the lack of choices their store offered for those appliances. I left the store disappointed and without making a purchase.

They are too expensive they charge me 200 and something dollars a month for a pre-on mattress that was not in good shape at all I went somewhere else and get me another bedroom set for $120 a month brand this place sucks aarons is better and cheaper

The RAC on JOSEY is the WORST. They delivered a mattress with a huge blood stain on it. The driver lied and said he didnt see it..the manager NEVER called me actually NO ONE from Rac ever called me. He was conveniently unavailable, I finally got my money back horrible service!!
