Hi, Im at store and must say that Leo the Manager and Jacob worked for on or about 6 hours to help me with my phone service. I had an issue with my number being improperly ported out by another service and the two aforementioned gentleman plus Sharron and Angela in customer service worked without complaining until my service was restored...

I accidentally damaged my phone and needed to upgrade. The fellas working that day were absolutely amazing. Helped me effortlessly upgrade and actually put me on a better plan. When I left I had issues with the update and transferring data from one phone to the other so I went back. When I walked back in they showed no annoyance of me being in there again. They helped me again and I just decided to stay there until everything was working properly. Not only did they get my phone right they put on a movie for me to watch while I waited and even gave me the remote to control. I would recommend this location to everybody! #chickfilatypeservice

I had an excellent experience here, Jacob W was an incredible help. I’m going on a long trip, but didn’t want to lose my phone number. Jacob switched to a cheaper payment plan, he even called us back in to help switch it to auto pay, so I wouldn’t lose my phone number. Thanks Jacob!

Beware! They changed my plan-claiming it would save me money. Ended up costing me an ADDITIONAL $100+ per month and it’s now costing much more to get my old plan back. Just wanted a new phone but hundreds of dollars and hours of time later I’m still trying to figure out how to get back to square one. Even with AT&T request, the store refused to make it right.

Staff is helpful and friendly! Will definitely be my go to store in the future!

Ive gone to this location about 3 times, the young man who seems to always be there in the evenings during the week is very knowledgeable, but always seems bothered when asked a question. He could stand to be a little more helpful and friendly. I asked about available phones, he answers, we dont have many in our location, but you can go to best buy or the at & t on betline I asked if he could call beltline to see if they had the phone in question in stock, he answers its not that far a drive, best buy is right by there too. He and I were the only ones in the store, there was no reason he couldnt call instead of me making a 20+ min trip in rush hour just to see if a phone was in stock. Also, the location is in a weird intersection where you have to turn to enter. I wont be returning to this unhelpful branch.

Store is very small, the guy working said they can’t activate phones for others in store because their WiFi is slow (meaning they’ll have to go to another store if needed).The lay out inside is ok but very crowded and would probably look better if an update was done to it.. only one person was working when. I went and there was a line of people.

Well number one I didnt go to the AT&t store I went to Joes Pizza and pasta always amazing foodthanks a lot for me to say that from the Philly cheese steak sandwiches to their antipasto salads there pizza chicken marsala meatball sub whatever you want they have it and it is truly not people saying its Italian this is truly Italian and you will not be sorry Im just saying happy holidays everybody stay safe

Waited 45 minutes for clerk to finish lunch break. At 30 minutes of waiting, no one answers phone call. I just assume clerk went home 2 hours early

Unprofessional and did not try to help me fix my phone. Lady at the counter laughed and said thats why you should switch to iPhone.

Romario went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. From his patience to always being available to answer my million questions — I’ve felt very taken care of over the past few weeks. When the store didn’t have what I needed and neither did the headquarters or other stores — Romario found what I needed at another location and made the 30 minute drive on his day off to get what I needed. Romario even fixed my bill that wasn’t set up incorrectly at another location where I originally got my device. I would highly recommend Romario’s customer service. 5 Gold Stars for sure.

Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable and expedited three transactions for me quickly and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with.

Excellent customer service for the weekend people. The only issue is having slow internet connection taking the process of upgrades longer than expected.

Romiro and America provided wonderful customer service to me and my situation. I walked in feeling defeated from another carrier that I had dealt with for over 3 hours but Romiro was able to put me at ease by resolving my issues so quickly. I was out the door within 30 mins!!! Eden puts the e in excellent customer service! To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. My phone had been stolen the night before and I needed a replacement ASAP. Eden was caring and compassionate and immediately put me at ease. While helping me select a new phone, Eden allowed me to make and receive calls from her personal phone, which was critical to the recovery of my phone. After the phone was recovered, she also helped me turn of Lost Mode. People like Eden are why I plan to stay an AT&T customer for life!

I have been trying to get my Iphone 6 working most of the day it would say its charging but not. It wouldnt turn on. After Google search, I cleaned the charging port myself at home. Not working. I was getting frustrated. I know these stores sell phones but I went here to see if they could help. Santos used a little tool to clean the port and gave me the web address for the AT&T insurance claim. I plugged it in on the way home, a 5 minute drive, and it turned on with 4% charge I called back to thank him and for more information on Icloud backup and tech support and he gave pertinent information. 1-800-my apple. Thank you Santos.

Jose the Store Manager attended me and I want to tell you this that I was very upset before I went to the store this afternoon because I had just spent 30-45min over the phone for help with one of our phones and customer service people were very friendly but had no knowledge of what they were doing. So I give them 1* Star.I had to go to Joses store and let me tell you, He immediately took care of my issues and was amazingly friendly. I’ve been with AT&T for years and have never dealt with a friendlier staff than at this location! They get busy sometimes but manage to help every customer! Kendall helped me and managed to juggle three other customers as well and stayed after close to help me understand some features on my new device! A+ customer service and more than satisfied AT&T customer!!!

I have been to this store 2 days back and found Mr. Allen, the best Att repressive I have seen. He helped me with an issue I had that none of the support neither other corporate offices could help me with. Mr. Allen basically was able to move my 2 prepaid phone number to my postpaid account. When I was at other store, they said we cannot move them cuz they are in different market!! Doesn’t make since to me. But Mr. Allen made the impossible by others possible. Mr. Allen deserves more than 5 stars. He is the Att hero. I really appreciate your help Mr. Allen. And I’ll come to you all the way from Denton whenever I need any help from Att.

I would definitely recommend going to a different AT&T location. While Ive been here several times and have had an overall decent experience, there is one man whose name I cant remember who makes every experience in this store unpleasant. Everyone else is great, but this person in particular lies about whats in stock (caught in the lie when another employee came out and overheard what he was telling me) and desperately tries to oversell things. After working with him for a while the other employee ended up taking over because he was so unhelpful and shady. I have had this experience with this particular employee three times, so it wasnt a bad day. Given how long it takes to accomplish a small task at this location and the one employee who ruins the reputation for everyone, I would suggest driving to the next closest location.

2 star review based on my experience today. Yesterday the employee Jose was friendly and willing to help with my upgrade/plan. He admitted that he was new, though, and recommended I come back today (Friday) to speak with his manager Jose who was working 8-6. We arrived at 4:45 and Jose was already gone. The lady working there was friendly but she was the only employee! There were 6 people waiting for service at one point, including us. She tried to multi task to help everyone. This is poor customer service! I dont blame her for trying; I blame the manager for leaving early! Keep track of your busy times and schedule more employees.

This store is an authorized retailer - staffs and customer services are not even comparable to company stores. They don’t greet me and I was not getting help or attention at all. I ended up just leave and they don’t care either. I hope that owner of the store aware about this.

Yesterday I was until 9 pm waiting to pick up My Samsung 20, and in the end the clerk told me there was no system, the worst service ever, today I have to go back because my phone is there.

GO TO AN AT&T CORE STORE! If anything happens to your phone after purchasing it here, you’re screwed. I’ve had my phone for 9 days and a thin green line showed up on the side of the screen. I haven’t dropped it or anything. The manager said he couldn’t do anything to help which is bullsh**! I work in customer service and assist people all day. This store has useless employees, it is not worth $1,000 to buy a messed up phone from this store!

So, Ive been here a few times before, and have never seen more than one employee. Considering the traffic that this place gets, its a bit surprising.That being said, Eden was amazing. Even before she helped me, she was multitasking like a boss, and going out of her way to help me as well as others. Because she knew I was going back and forth with at&ts on phone tech support/customer service (who couldnt help me btw), she stayed beyond closing to help me out.In general I have been disappointed with at&ts customer service, however, it is people like her that allow me to look past all their other issues. I had an issue with a sims card that ATT could not take care of over the phone. I was very disappointed but went to the ATT store to see if they could handle it. Jaleel was easy to work with, knew what he was doing and took care of the matter immediately. Excellent service. Glad that they are here to help.

Hey how about a phone number that actually calls the store and not the 1800 number. Had a simple question and wasted 45 minutes with the 1800 people trying to contact this store. How incompetent can att and this location be? Get this fixed immediately, the phone shoud ring and be answered by a local employee. Ridiculous

Was skeptical to help my fiancé based on his appearance. Did everything very slowly. Hes been with ATT for years and all he wanted was a SIM card transfer to a new phone and they were trying to ID him and say they couldnt help.

Went to store at 1:45pm on a Thursday. Door locked, no one inside, no note on door, nothing. Operating hours said 10am to 8pm. I thought 1:45pm fell into those hours. I guess I was wrong.
